Spahn and rose is my go to hardware/ lumber yard. I purchase all my building products from them. The folks at the desk always have time to explain what products are right for my job. If I have questions they take the time to answer in a way that I understand. And they are there if I have any issues after installation. Yes, there products might cost a little more than the big box stores. But the service far exceeds their competitors. And there may be delays. With the pandemic it seems all venders are struggling to meet demand. I have learned to be patient.

Ply gem siding and your supplier now have a worse rating than this. Received my corners, siding and utility channel, but you and your suppliers and ply gem manufacturers cant come up with, I can't even remember how many I have ordered it has been so long maybe 10 or 15. Anyway it has been a month. My thoughts are to tear it all off call the newton store to pick it up and find someplace else.

I called politely to ask about improvements on my home, and needed just a slate of wood. The man was very rude and said "We don't do that here. I offered to pay to have it custom and he hung up on me. I have been disrespected before by this company. They don't know how to treat people or potential customers.

Follow up. My wife who was also grossly mistreated was called back by Ryan one of the regional managers I believe, after contacting corporate. They kindly listened and apologized. Also took our measurements and agreed to help us. They went above and beyond so we thank you for the compassion and understanding and wish this company and all its employees a long a prosperous life.
