Joe and his team did a great job installing the rubbering roofing on top of our roof along with the gutters/downspouts on our front porch. FLAT ROOF REPLACED. Joe was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly and walked us through the entire process as we moved to newton from AZ and there are not many flat roofs there as they would probably melt! His pricing is very fair and they did the job they said they would do. His communication was great from material delivery to pictures and updates during the entire process. The crew was on time and finished the removal and install same day with no issues. The crew was polite and cleaned everything up when they were done. The" Nailed It" crew just finished our roof and I must tell you satisfied I am with their effort. Owner Joe Kolpin was very efficient and accommodating when he gave us our estimate. Two months later, today, the job was finished. Tarps were used all around the house to protect the lawn and flowers. After the job was finished, the deck and walks were blown off. Then the entire crew walked around our home, checking to see if any trash was in the yard. I placed the claim with my insurance and then called Joe to start the estimate process. He came over and started the process quickly, working directly with the insurance adjuster so that I didn't have to. He was easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions through the entire process. I would like to give a big shout out to Joe Kolpin of Nail it Construction of Newton for doing an exceptional job on the roof and repairs that he and his crew did to my home as a result of the hail storm damage.
I moved here 5 yrs ago and have hired several different companies to do various projects from electrical to building a master bath and Have gotten the shaft in some way or another from everyone of them.
Needless to say I was very nervous about hiring a construction company due to the scope of work that had to be done. I wanted to hire local to keep my dollars in Newton instead of hiring one of these fly by night businesses that have moved in here strictly to take advantage of people in the community that I would never see again if something were to happen. I have a house and two garages that needed roofs gutters and vinyl siding replaced.
Joe is a stand up guy! He followed through and did a marvelous job and completed all the work. His crew was considerate cleaned up after themselves and showed up on time every day.

We knew Joe previously, so it was no question as to who would replace our roof after recent hail storms. What I love most is what a great job that Joe does in keeping us up to date on the progress of our repairs and the follow up was tremendous. Anything that needed tweeked or changed he was there personally taking care of it. We also had damage to a home we were trying to sell and he was more than accomidating to get that repaired before closing. And, Kudos to the wives who endure all of the overtime!

Joe and his crew were wonderful to work with. I called Joe after my partner and I moved to a new house that was in need of a new roof. Joe was one of very few companies who returned our calls. Not only that, as the owner, he came out to our house, looked at our roof, and provided us with the quote and a competitive price. I had the good fortune of stumbling upon Nailed It Construction after our roof suffered minor some wind damage. Joe was immediately responsive, did a great job of working to fully understand the problem, and was extremely professional to work with. Even after a spell of Iowa winter delayed his first attempt to come out, Joe kept in touch to reschedule at a time that was convenient for us. They did an amazing job! Took out our 3 skylights and did our metal roof and gutters all in about 2 weeks time(some of what was for waiting for material to be custom made for color)

Joe, owner of Nailed It Construction Services, was so wonderful to work with. Weather got in our way the first few attempts and he remained in contact throughout the duration. Here's why we highly recommend his company:
1) Joe got to know us and we got to know him and his family. Jenny and Grayson (wife and youngest son) stopped by each day to help and our families hit it off. You know it's great service when your husband makes plans to go golfing with the owner!
