We contracted Space Decor Contractors for a large remodel on a bank owned property that we had purchased.
It needed EVERYTHING!!! Roofing , Guttering,Carpentry, Sheetrock, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Flooring both hardwood and vinyl, and add a bathroom to the basement. To make things more difficult another contractor had started and quit before we bought the house. Rudy and his awesome crew stepped up fixed everything the first contractor had done wrong and finished on time and budget.
From start to finish Rudy was there answering any questions or concerns.

We originally contacted Rudy Soriano of Space Decor Contractors, LLC on the strong recommendation from the owner of Better Building Works, a company that did an energy assessment for our 115 year-old home in Old Southwest. BBW helped us develop a plan to improve our home's energy usage, and it was recommended that Space Decor Contractors were the best folks to complete the drywall section of the project. We did get a couple of estimates from different companies, but Rudy immediately stood out as the most reliable and ready to go. I'm glad that we went with him! Because this was a big project with various contractors working in tandem over winter (time pressure because we were cold!), there were scheduling challenges. He and his workers were all of these things: quality work, well-rounded (can pick up other parts of the project, as they do more than just drywall!), creative in offering ideas about how to best complete the project, fair in price, flexible in when they could do their parts of the project, willing to work at odd times (including late evenings and weekends), respectful of our home (outside of the work area), trustworthy, reliable to show up every day when they said they'd be here, and just hard workers in general. We now consider Rudy a friend and would recommend him and his company to anyone. I'm not even sure all of the things that they can do, so you may want to start with him and then branch out to other contractors only if needed! He could just be that "one stop shop" for your home improvement repairs and upgrades. 100% recommended!
