Ethan is super nice. Came same day I called, after his day job. Replaced my rv water pump and an inline water filter. Solved all my issues. Good attitude. Listens. Very compassionate. I have adopted him as a "grandson." (And new friend.)

We used southwest rv solutions at Castle Gate rv park when we had a bad odor in our rv. It was a Saturday on the 4th of July weekend, and he was quick to respond and fix our problem which was bad batteries. Thanks to Ethan for keeping us moving on our vacation.

I highly recommend Ethan! He was professional from the time I called him until he was finished with the job. He was fair and transparent in his pricing. He scheduled an appointment for the next day and actually showed up. He got out of his truck, shook my hand, introduced himself, and then got right to work figuring out what he needed to do to get the job done. He explained what he was doing and why, as he diagnosed what the issue was. He was pleasant and easy to visit with. He had my RV slide fixed and working within an hour. It can be hard to find someone that is honest, trustworthy, shows up when they say they will, and, in my case, had it fixed in an hour. Thanks Ethan!

Ethan was amazing. He was able to help me with my teardrop trailer, installing a new converter, solar, and batteries. He was able to problem solve a few issues that are specific to this small Nucamp trailer, and really put in the time and the research. Ethan is friendly, reliable, prompt, and knows his stuff!
