Southwest Heating & Cooling

We called them about 3 weeks ago, and they came to look at our home. We are still waiting on a quote. We called and they said they are busy, still haven't gotten a quote. We are going on 4 weeks. I will be willing to change my review if anything changes.

We were called shortly after this post. Unfortunately, the price given and the agreement that they want you to sign is a little worrisome. I am new to the area so I'm not sure if people here in Deming has issues on paying their bills. SW heating wanted close to $7,900 for a tiny home for the multimeter, install etc... They have no payment plan. They want all the money upfront or they put a Lein on your home. You have to sign the contract given stating this above. Unfortunately, we will be looking at other options. If they had a payment plan and no Lein on a home we would consider this business.
