This company is awesome. Buddy was a great sales person and made sure everything was taken care of, as did Trevor. I needed some minor repairs and they took care of everything. I highly recommend them!

Just had my roof replaced by SOS Roofing. I have to say they made the process easy. The roofing crew was fast and efficient and performed the job without incident or problems. Buddy kept in touch during the process and worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure that we could answer any questions that the insurer might have. Buddy performed a follow up inspection today of the completed job. These guys really seem dedicated to make sure that the experience was a good one and that they had solid focus on customer service. I am totally pleased with this company and would recommend them to others. Very glad we selected SOS as our roofing contractor. Thanks Guys ! ! !

His quote was thorough and lower than other similar roofing companies in the Georgetown to Myrtle Beach area. Roof was completed quickly and his team did a fantastic job! After Shane was recommended by a very good realtor friend of ours, SOS quickly came out and provided a very thorough quote on a full roof replacement, including price, color choices and timing. We had received (2) more quotes and they were all competitive, but Shane seemed to hone in our needs during the inspection, and so got the job-. Once the roof job was awarded, they coordinated with my wife and I on timing, then got to work. There were no surprises, no sudden 'upcharges' and no fuss and no delay. The roof and workmanship were both top-notch. Once the roof was complete, we contacted Shane to do an additional project of adding a 'new' roof to an existing rear deck. Shane proposed a few options, and once we decided on the option we wanted, the SOS crew got to it. The workmanship of this addition was excellent. Besides the great design and workmanship, I really respected SOS, as once the agreements were solidified on both projects, the team worked without excuses, and never asked for payments outside the agreed-upon progress payment schedule. This was very refreshing. Shane will be my first call if/when we do any more work on our PI home.

SOS provided excellent service. They were on time and worked through completion without loud music and other distractions we have witnessed in the neighborhood from other vendors. Jack was on site for the project and communicated what to expect and followed through.

The work itself was great quality, at a great price; but out of the dozen contractors I’ve had work on my home in Georgetown, SOS Roofing was BY FAR the messiest group of workers I’ve had here. I had my roof redone in July and it took them two days, which I was very happy with. With the weather starting to warm up and us just moving down full time after the bulk of the interior remodel was completed, I recently started to do some yard work/clean up. The amount of roofing nails and nails alike I’ve found scattered through the mulch beds and up against one tree in particular is insane. I moved down here with two dogs, and I’ve already had to bring one to the vet because her paw was punctured by a roofing nail (not looking for any sort of reimbursement in regards to vet) Nails and shingles ALL AROUND the house. I hadn’t noticed them before, because I was not here when the work was done and the fallen leaves covered everything up.

So glad we called SOS Roofing. They are fast and efficient and great to work with. Finished up our house and replaced Fascia boards in a day. Highly recommend!

We just had a roof put on by SOS Roofing. Jack Zawacki from SOS Roofing was very courteous and explained our options for a new roof. They did a excellent job and was on time. Everything Jack promised was done exactly how he said. So, he is known as 5 Star Jack.

I highly recommend SOS roofing. We had an addition put on and a leak in the same spot every year. After three years, the contractor went out of business. I called and spoke with Shane and he had Jack here the next day. They did a wonderful job and we have decided to ask them to help us with the roof on the main house. Jack was great. He explained everything to us. I cannot say enough great things about this company!

I just had a new roof installed by SOS roofing. This is hands down the best service I have received from any service company….. period! Shane and Jack sat down and explained the estimate. They covered exactly what materials would be used on my job. They explained in detail each step and exactly what I could expect. Their communication before, during, and after the job completion with was outstanding. Their crew were equally impressive, fast, friendly, and efficient. They took great care to ensure they were focused on keeping the mess contained and when the job was finished they cleaned everything spotlessly. I have had three different houses that I have had to re roof and this was by far the smoothest and best job that I have ever experienced. Harrelson McKenzie had great communication through the entire process and the team showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done before the snow hit the next day and because of the quality of their work I was able to enjoy the snow instead of worrying about my roof damage.

We used SOS roofing after we had a horrible experience with a contractor. Jack came right out, and explained exactly what we needed and what he planned to do. It only took a day to complete and everything looks great, with NO LEAKS! They follow up and are always there to answer questions. Cannot say enough good things about SOS and Shane. Had a leaky roof and interior damage. Came same day, covered roof temporarily and replaced it within a week. Set up interior ceiling repair. You would never know we had a problem. You won’t go wrong with SOS Roofing.

I have known Shane Stewart and his family for 24 years. When our roof was damaged we knew that SOS would do a great job for us. The roof was replaced vey professionally and on time. We had a pesky leak in our roof. We had two different roof companies here. One tried to sell us a new roof, and the other did 'something ' that did 'nothing'. Our neighbor recommended SOS. Jack answered the phone on the first try, came over promptly, and identified the problem. We set up an appointment for a week later. Job was just finished. I was caught in a time sensitive situation as an out of town home owner and needed a reputable, reliable, responsible roofing contractor. I saw an online ad for S.O.S Roofing and thought I'm in a pinch so why not!!! What I received was first class service, responsive communication and a very quick turnaround time from estimate to installation that solved my problem. Shane and his team worked magic and shared the photos same day to put my mind at ease. Clean up was a breeze. Never knew they were there. If you need a roof send out an S.O.S. They're a great company to work with.

We recently had to get our roof done for insurance policy reasons and we contacted local roofers for inspections & quotes. After meeting with our three finalists we decided to go with SOS based on a recommendation from one of my golfing buddies, a better warranty and a gut feeling after interacting with their representative Jack. They were originally scheduled to do the job on Wednesday & Thursday but we got a call from them the first thing last Monday morning to inform that they were moving the job up to that day and the following Tuesday due to the approaching hurricane. They had the roof all finished by late Tuesday afternoon and they finished the replacement gutters on Wednesday morning as we had added that job as an extra. Well the storm hit right on schedule Friday morning and I'm glad to report absolutely no problems with the new roof and gutters. I highly recommend SOS if you need any work of this type done as they did a very professional job and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

William Stewart from SOS Roofing was on site within 24 hrs to assess what we thought was a roof leak. It was an HVAC issue instead but he did identify a boot that needed to be replaced around a vent. He promptly fixed that and a few small issues. Will definitely call again. Highly recommend.

I contacted Jack Zawacki with SOS Roofing in Georgetown, SC, to explain about a fellow Veteran who had a leaky roof, and had been living with it that way for nearly 6 years. Jack and his assistant, Harrelson, set an appointment to come and inspect the roof, then sat down and took the time to explain to the Veteran homeowner and his wife what the process would be, the type of high-quality GAF Shingles that would be used, etc. He then was able to get three material suppliers to DONATE their materials, and at that point, the owner of SOS Roofing, Shane O. Stewart, decided he would cover the cost of the labor. This was a gargantuan accomplishment by Jack, and he was able to get his crew and the materials scheduled two weeks later. I was at the property for the entire process, and this crew was amazing, as were Jack and Harrelson. Professional, excellent workmanship, and great clean up of the property upon completion. This was an amazing blessing for the Veteran homeowner and his family, and I will forever refer anyone with roofing needs to reach out to SOS Roofing. I even had Jack and Harrelson come and inspect the roof of our VFW Post. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP.

SOS did a great job on my roof. Shane did exactly what he said that he would do. They did it cheaper and quicker than his competitors.

Very easy to work with through the entire process from proposal, installation, and cleanup. Solicited three bids for the same material and labor- SOS had the fairest price. Removed and installed a 4,400 sq/ft roof in one day. I watched the installers- they worked quickly but in a quality/ meticulous fashion. Company ownership and management were in and out all day monitoring progress.

We had hail damage on our roof and in true insurance fashion had a tremendously difficult time getting the insurance company to cover the damage. Tiffany with SOS Roofing was relentless in pursuing the insurance company and getting us the coverage we needed without her I believe we would not have received payment from our insurance. We’re extremely happy with SOS ROOFING and highly recommended them!

SOS Roofing is the ultimate for support in dealing with insurance claims. After my roof sustained damage, they came out immediately to assess the situation. I gave them authorization to deal directly with my insurance company which alleviated immense stress. They made sure they were present when my insurance company sent a third party to inspect the roof. After an initial denial, they continued to submit the proof of the damage and finally received approval to install a new roof. During this time, they covered my roof to insure that no further damage would be done. Tiffany and Shane were prompt and efficient. I could contact them anytime and they always responded immediately. The support they gave me was immeasurable. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and a great new roof! Their crew showed up on time, cleaned up amazingly and was well supervised throughout the day of install. They returned to follow up the next day as well!

SOS did a wonderful job with my roof
replacement, the workers were non stop. Completed job in 12 hours , cleaned up property. The next day a worker came out to go over the property one more time on clean up.
The third day another worker came out
and checked the gutters for nails.

Was fantastic. Able to come right away and take care of our roof repair after these crazy wind storms. Will definitely call them when it's time for a roof replacement.

SOS is fantastic! I had 2 additions to my home several years ago that are quite lovely. That went very well so I recently had SOS to install a new roof. SOS Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof after the recent hurricane removed many shingles. All of the employees were very professional and finished the roof in a timely manner. They did all the necessary work with our insurance company, and we had no problems getting our roof replaced. Our roof looks so much nicer with the shingles Tiffany helped us choose.
