Jamie and his crew are top notch. Upon inspection of my roof Jamie informed me that the damage to the roof would be covered by our Homeowners Insurance. Initially the insurance company denied the claim. Lowco pursued the insurance company with videos of the damage and stayed on it until the insurance company paid for the roof. The new roof looks great. I would highly recommend Lowco Roofing.

Jamie was recommended to me by a contractor. After checking with previous clients concerning their experiences and a builder, I chose Jamie to replace my roof.
My roof had storm damage that Jamie documented with pictures. I contacted my insurance company to file a claim. When the adjuster visited the property, Jamie had an employee available to assist, if necessary, because of the steep roof.
The supervisor and crew working on the roof were professional, dependable, and well organized. They cleaned the job site each afternoon, so there was no debris around the house or yard.
Jamie and his staff assisted in all phases of the process by answering any questions or concerns.

Jamie and Blake were quick to turnaround a quote. Their team started within a week and were there everyday and complete the work on schedule. There team did a fantastic job cleaning up all the old roofing materials and picking up old nails. Highly recommended for anyone needing a roof replacement!

I left a five star review! Jamie and Blake did an outstanding job. They came after we had a leak and hail damage and explained what to expect - from the insurance adjuster’s visit to the way they cleaned up so well after the new roof was on. We were only responsible for our deductible!!

Jamie and Blake handled everything from start to finish. They dealt with the insurance company from start to finish. Within two weeks I had a brand new lifetime warranty roof on my house and it looks absolutely amazing. They are the best company in Pawleys Island. We are all about supporting local businesses in the Georgetown community. I wouldn’t use any other company. They do what they say they will do- and importantly, they did it all correctly. The entire project was fast and easy for me.

Jamie and the rest of his crew just completed our new roof and they all did a great job. They offer full service and were able to complete siding and painting repairs at the same time which made it a convenient "one-stop shop" for us. We highly recommend them!

My neighbors contracted this company to install a new roof on their house. On the Friday before Labor Day large trucks and trailers dropped off a ton of shingles and other materials. Whelp there goes our peace and quiet this three day weekend, nope apparently they took off for the three day weekend (if anyone deserves Labor day off it's folks who work as hard as roofers) after this break they rolled in Tuesday morning at 8:00am with a large crew and just went at it. Around 9:00 right after the crew had finished setting up, the job manager Jim knocked at our door to apologize for the noise and offered to blow off the roof and give me an estimate if any work needed to be done. We have trees and cleaning the roof sucks but also I have been to quicky lubes and know all about "free" estimates. Long story not short this dude spent 45 minutes cleaning my roof in 95 degree weather and after he gets done tells me our roof is in excellent condition. Jim adamantly refused any payment for his work saying they have a good neighbor policy.
TLDR: I didn't even hire them they just popped by and cleaned my roof for free great company AND honest.

Lowco did a great job completing roof. Communication was great from start to finish. Roofing crew left no trace of being there. Picked up every nail and wasn't a single piece of trash when finished.

Blown away. Great price and excellent work. Sent me tons of pics of different roof colors I was considering so that I could see what they looked like on different color houses. We’re on time and did amazing work. Upon completion, he did a walk through to ensure I was happy and answered any questions I had. I had several spots of trim where the wood was rotten/soft. I’d asked them to replace them around the drip edge. Instead they inspected and repaired any soft wood on the whole house. Patched/repaired/painted. I was blown away. 1st class experience all around. Just not the norm these days! I’d recommend them without reservation. Very impressed!

The roof was replaced over the weekend, so it would not disturb our business. The roof looks great and the warranty offered is the best!!

Lowco did an outstanding job with the highest quality materials on my roof. They handle everything from the start of claim to the finished job. My insurance company denied my claim several times but each time the professionals at Lowco responded on my behalf and finally got my legitimate claim approved. I am an impatient person and at times it seemed like the process stalled but Margot and Jamie from Lowco are experts when it comes to dealing with insurance companies so be patient. I do not have the expertise to negotiate with an insurance company that does not want to honor a rightful claim but Lowco does. Would not have had claim approved without them. Highly recommended.

Initially provided a poor rating due to non response and resolution. Due to an emergency we were unaware of they incurred, the rating has been updated as they did respond and resolved our issue.

Lowco is the best around! After finding water damage and a leak in our roof Jamie came out and pointed out the hail damage we had and that parts of the roof wasn’t even up to code. Jim came and walked us through the process of the insurance claim and made it quick and painless. The guys showed up and with in two days completely replaced the roof, including new decking and fixing some bad spots in the old decking. Lowco is the best around and will always have my recommendation.

Loco roofers recently finished my roof replacement. They took me through an insurance claim for damage that hail had done to our roof. The job looks fantastic. They replaced damaged plywood, flashed appropriately, replaced rotten trim and even painted it! I couldn’t ask for a more thorough job.
The roof crew was fast, conscientious, and cleaned as they went. A new roof causes a lot of debris. The managing crew, Jamie, Jim, Margo, and Ally, were absolutely the best. I felt like they had my back the whole time.
I have no qualms about recommending their services, which I already have in my neighborhood. If you need roofing, give them a call, and consideration. Thank you.

LOWCO did an excellent job. I saw them working on a roof in our neighborhood and I explained the problems with my 8 year old roof. Jamie came over immediately inspected the entire roof and gave me a quote. LOWCO has a repair team and isn’t solely focused on replacing roofs. His team arrived next day and repaired water damaged roof sheeting from a leaking boot and replaced three other boots with lifetime boots. All exposed nails on the roof and ridge vent were sealed. The roof was blown clean of all pine straw and gutters cleaned. Various shingles were lose from recent storms, all were nailed down and resealed. LOWCO was very professional and cleaned up after all work. The quote I was given I felt was very fare. Jamie takes photos of all problems on your roof and explains the potential problems. I will do all my future roofing projects with LOWCO without reservation and will recommend them to all with roofing needs. Thanks very much for the outstanding service!

This company is excellent. They made the whole process so simple. They even worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to highlight in detail the damage that had been done to our roof from a previous wind storm. They are very responsive and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

I was lucky to have a chance encounter with Jamie @ lowco Roofing and he came out to inspect and assured me this was hail damage and insurance would cover the damages. Jamie made everything easy and had the roof finished in no time. He also set up a guy to pressure wash my home. He also did an excellent job. No corners cut and the best of everything was used for a great price.

Lowco previously put new roof shingles on my home. They did a great job, so I had them quote the install of all new windows. They were less than half of the big window suppliers locally. I really liked the brand of windows they recommended. They finished the install in two days. With my old windows, I heard every vehicle going down .y street and now the noise is completely blocked out. The attached picture is an after photo. What you see are vynil clad windows capped with matching aluminum in a way that they will never leak or require painting/maintenance. Highly recommend Lowco for roofing and now windows.
