I was referred to Sonners by a neighbor who had his roof replaced due to hail. Dave stopped by and did a courtesy roof inspection the same day I called. He informed me that my 9 year old roof was actually fine however there were some small items that should probably be addressed. Even though it was a small job and Sonners is very busy, Dave went out of his way to stop by and take care of everything. He sent me pictures of everything he did up there. I will not hesitate to work with Sonners in the next year or two when it is time to get a new roof. Impressive company and I am very thankful for their assistance!

I am pleased to offer my very highest recommendation to Sonners Contracting, Inc for the fantastic work performed in a roofing replacement to my family home in Centennial. The work was complicated by architectural features and high pitched areas in the designer, multi-level home.

I selected Dave Sonners for a number of reasons. First, it was obvious that he knew the insurance business better than any of the other contractors. His professionalism and rapport with my insurance agent resulted in detailed discussions of specific claims items - for which additional funds were paid.

His clear communication skills and contracting experience resulted in all standards being met or exceeded throughout the work phases. This included new, higher standards imposed by the HOA, as well as coordinating all legal requirements and permit inspections. In doing so, he took the time to explain what my options were in selecting the new materials, and worked with my agent to ensure all costs were met.

Hard working and capable, Dave Sonners was the first to arrive at the worksite in the mornings, greeting his workers who obviously had tremendous respect for him as a manager. I'd see him directing the trucks with supplies, then up on the roof checking on progress, coaching his workers on one side of the house, then going over detailed notes on a clipboard with his superintendent in the front yard. It seemed like there were three of him.

Sonners Contracting Inc. performed repairs on our home after a hailstorm. We had roof damage and holes in our stucco requiring complete restoration to the exterior. Dave made the entire process, from matching existing colors to replacing the roof and gutters, seamless and efficient. He worked with our insurance company so we did not have to. The crews always cleaned up our property each day they worked and the outcome of the process restored our home to better than new. Dave Sonner, owner of Sonners Contracting is the only contractor I trust for any home repairs or remodels I need on my home. Our first experience with SC was when our roof needed repair. We were beginning to see signs of leaking in two areas of our kitchen and living room ceilings and every roofing company we called gave us the run around. Finally I was introduced to Dave, and not only did he get the process started right away, he also made sure our insurance company reimbursed us for an error they had made in our policy!
Mr. Sonner was at every inspection, and made sure our property was kept free of any roofing debris, not to mention handling every bit of the paperwork and insurance red tape.
Our second experience in our new home ran as smooth as the first. If there were any problems, we sure didn't know about them because the work was impeccably done.

We had golf ball size hail and I needed someone to come check out our roof ASAP. Dave was on my roof not even 10 minutes later checking for damage. I was worried that I was going to have to shell out my deductible but I kept my mouth shut and let Dave inspect. Dave came back down and said my roof was actually fine. Someone who makes a living off of repairing and building roofs deserves 5 stars for honesty when he easily could have made a sale on this. Definitely will be hiring Dave to repair future roofing issues.

Dave did my roof a year and a half ago. He treated my project with all of the skill and understanding of a wise old Indian chief. Which is odd because Dave is definitely not an indian, or all that old for that matter. Not that there is anything wrong with being an indian or old. It's just, that's not Dave ya know? Anyway, moving on. Roof is fine. I would hire Dave again.
