The work was labor intensive because the outside unit had to go on the roof of a 3 story condo and the inside unit into a very compact space that was difficult to work around. Still, they were able to complete all the work, leave the place spotless and explain exactly what they did and how to operate everything. They also helped us with a payment plan that made a major purchase feasible. What we found truly extraordinary was that 1 year later when we had technical questions, the technician responded politely within minutes providing a full explanation with photographs.
