We highly recommend Solutions Heating and Cooling. They provided us with prompt professional service installing a new heat Pump on one of the hottest days of the year. The work was labor intensive because the outside unit had to go on the roof of a 3 story condo and the inside unit into a very compact space that was difficult to work around. Still, they were able to complete all the work, leave the place spotless and explain exactly what they did and how to operate everything. They also helped us with a payment plan that made a major purchase feasible. What we found truly extraordinary was that 1 year later when we had technical questions, the technician responded politely within minutes providing a full explanation with photographs. It is rare to find a company that is as friendly, professional and reliable as Solutions. We highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Shad Dortch and his crew were exceptional from start to finish. Shad's depth of knowledge when completing the consultation made my mother feel at ease with the process of choosing her new heat pump. Not only did he recommend the most efficient, worry free product for my mother, he also went a step further and recommended products that provided rebates with her power provider.
The day of installation followed the same pattern. The entire crew was thoughtful, knowledgeable and respectful during the entire process. They explained the entire process before starting and took the time to show my mother how to work the different elements of her new furnace and thermostat before they left.
