Matt Soloy is a very talented & fair general contractor.  He cares a great deal about the homeowner and goes out of his way to ensure their needs are met.  He also provides very valuable input during the entire process, as I can recall several times during my house project when he came up with ideas that made the finished product even better than I had envisioned.
His crew consists of some great, hardworking guys, and I was also quite happy with the subcontractors he works with.

I can’t speak highly enough about Matt Soloy and his team at Soloy Construction. From beginning to end, the experience was enjoyable and rewarding. When it came time to choose our contractor, we heeded some great advice; materials are materials but the person you work with will become family. When we were sitting across the table with Matt for the first time, we could tell right away that he was the person we wanted to work with. He was very engaging, informative and personal. His schedules and budgets were what he said and even surpassed our expectations. Throughout the process, he was open to suggestions and changes as he emphasized that this is our house and we should expect to build what we envision. We were very involved with the construction which allowed us to really get to know his sub-contractors. Matt has built a great team of people who care about their trades and us; they saw us as not only clients, but people. Now that our house is complete, we could not be happier. The solid construction allows us to sleep well at night but more importantly, we have a home. For a home is where memories are made with family and friends. I had a total house remodel by Soloy Construction about 7 years ago. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and accurate estimates. Last year I sold that house and the person that inspected for the sale mentioned the nice workmanship.

Last year Matt started building my new house. Once again he and his crew did an awesome job. His sub contractors are excellent. I love my new home and would not think about anyone else for a construction project.

Jennifer Anderson just took the words out of our mouth, our experience was very similar Two days after accepting his bid the crew rolled into our yard. Everything was done to "more than our satisfaction" and we also know who will build our next home! Matt noticed things that we would have overlooked and had them rectified .
