Blacksmith kept us informed and responded quickly to any questions we had. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in the time frame stated.

After searching for a roofing company and having Blacksmith come out and inspect my roof, I thought I was in for a smooth job with all the 5 star reviews. I am not sure, but maybe since my roof was on the smaller side I got their less than elite crew.

The good:
The clean up was practically spotless.
The roof has stayed on despite the crazy wind we have had.

The bad:
Day before the install the project manager Austin texted and said they would be starting around 6am and make sure to have the driveway clear and be out of the garage by then. 5:45 my wife goes to leave for work and opens the garage door and there is a dump trailer blocking her path. It arrived at 4:30am… I texted Ryan the salesman meaning to text Austin to see about getting it moved. No response. Called Austin later and he sent someone to move it.
No one from Blacksmith roofing is on site or visits during install. They rely solely on pictures sent by their subcontracted crew to document they are doing things correctly. I had a list of times I noticed after time which I sent to Blacksmith. Salesman Ryan came out to see on them and said they would send someone to repair the items which I had not resolved already. Next day Austin calls and I second guessed my decision to have them do any repairs because lack of confidence of them being done correctly so I canceled. Day they planned to do the repairs 3 members of the original crew show up and put a ladder up against the house to get started. My wife tried to tell them we canceled, but they did not understand since they did not speak any English. They had to call their uncle to communicate since he spoke English.
I thought I was going to be dealing with a reputable company, but my experience was they are more concerned with increasing sales than increasing the quality of their product. I have more I could say, but I am just trying to warn others be leery of seeing 5 star reviews and be expecting a 5 star job.

We got our roof fully replaced 2 years ago by Blacksmith Roofing. Just had them replace my grandmas roof last week. This company goes above and beyond working with insurance and gives you options! We didn’t end up financing but it’s a great perk if you need it! Their communication is on point and they are very professional. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I’d also like to add that they came and put tarps up, so the storm damage didn’t get worse while we were figuring everything out.

The Blacksmith team was efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. The completed the work within a week of giving me a free estimate.

We had a ceiling leak at the dryer vent exit. Blacksmith was quick and accurate. I'm really glad we won't have to worry about our roof with new storms approaching!

Blacksmith Roofing & Construction was a great company to work with for the replacement of my roof. They do what they say they are going to do in a very timely manner. Working with Paxton and Austin made the process flow very smoothly. Communication was very good so that we knew what was happening and when.
The ten person team that put the new roof on were very hard working men that paid close attention to details. They protected our gutters, plants and the pool. They made sure all debris and trash were completely picked up prior to leaving.

Blacksmith roofing was extremely helpful when dealing with my roof repairs. They sent someone out quickly to assess the damage and tarp anything they thought needed. They took pictures and discussed them with me before talking to the insurance company. Dillon work on my case with me and the adjuster letting me know everything. He even worked through the weekend. When repairs were scheduled , Austin contacted me quickly and let me know a repair crew would be heading to my house. The repairs were completed quickly and safely. Austin checked back after the repairs to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. The whole team top to bottom from the office to the crew at the job site, they did a great job! Victoria, Paxton, and Austin were easy to communicate with and always available during office hours. Paxton did a great job at explaining everything from the first time I got an estimate till the last inspection. He explained how they will do it, why they use these materials, why they are adding more vents and what are the steps of the installation. Austin was clear when the crew will be coming out and when the materials will be dropped off or picked up. Victoria was clear when I need to have the payment ready and when I need to send my certificate to my insurance agent.

Cesar and José were the heads of the crew members at the job site and the whole crew did a fantastic job from the start till the end.

I had a great experience with Blacksmith Roofing! We had leak in a rent house we own during the recent round of rain and wind. We wanted to use a local Broken Arrow company if possible, and Blacksmith came up during our search. Their reviews were great so I gave them a call. The inspector identified two possible causes. They worked us into their schedule and were able to get the work done the day before the last round of storms. I highly recommend them. They were responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

They were very prompt, professional and personal! They guided me all the way through the process and were flexible with requests.

Very professional and easy to work with. The roofers came out and hit the job done quick and cost to fix our roof was very reasonable. If we need roof repair or replacement in the future we will call Blacksmith again.

We didn't think we had storm damage till a week later when water started dripping thru our ceiling. Still pouring outside, we eventually were able to go out and check things. Nothing. So I was able to get ahold of blacksmith. They agreed to come out and check it out but would be friday(this was monday). They called same day and said they could come Tuesday. Great. The examiner came Tuesday. Had quote for 375 to fix the chimney flashing that was old and needed replaced. Agreed on quote. Things were completed on Wednesday. No hassles, extremely effortless and friendly in every type of communication. Thank you

I want to give a big huge thanks to Blacksmith Roofing! Sometimes contractors can be really pushy and disrespectful to a single woman getting bids for work. Not these guys! Each step of the process of straightforward and chill. I never felt rushed to make a decision, but I also knew that they cared about taking good care of my home. Worked diligently from 6am-8:30pm & finished our house in record speed. Our home, pool and landscaping were all well taken care of and they returned three separate times to ensure that everything was left just as they found it. Our entire experience with Blacksmith has been amazing. Paxton came out and made sure he was here when our insurance adjuster was here so they could look at the damage together. He provided helpful suggestions and never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Austin provided several updates before installation, such as how to prepare, material updates, and gutter updates. The installation was quick and the crew was very respectful and aware of their surroundings. They cleaned up after themselves and we were impressed with how good everything looked. I had the opportunity to talk with Steven, one of the owners, and he was kind and seemed genuinely interested in everything we talked about. Great local company to work with!

The crew arrived at 6am and they were done by 10:30! They got right to work and completed job quickly and efficiently! We had an incredible experience with this company. Steven was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and then explaining the entire process to us. Communication was great throughout with everyone at Blacksmith. One month after they were paid in full, I had a question and someone was sent out within a day to correct a very minor issue. What a great experience we had with Blacksmith roofing! I’m alway leary about having to work with insurance etc. Blacksmith did all the legwork for us from start to finish. Paxton has been the best and answered all our questions, was the liaison to insurance, met with us when it was convenient for us and was just overall awesome!

I was so impressed with the prompt service I received. The customer service extended to me by Austin was incredible. I called and left a message about my roof leaking and on the same day, Austin called me back to set up an appointment for someone to come right out and check out the leak. The next day, someone showed up at the appointment time and put a tarp over the hole in my roof until it could be repaired. That very night, a storm came through and my roof didn’t incur any additional damage. I’m so very grateful for the prompt response from Blacksmith Roofing. The day after the storm, they were able to come out and completely repair my roof. I am totally satisfied and I highly recommend them!
