The estimator was knowledgeable, explained the work and provided me an estimate the same day. The price was more than reasonable. The work was done when scheduled, with care and expertise and cleaned up when they were done. Always got personalized service when contacting the office. I would do business with this firm again.

Nate helped quickly diagnose and fix my loud sump pump (Quiet check valve malfunction).
He did a great job replacing the components, cleaning up after, and was kind to speak with.
The company also covered this service at no cost even though I was a couple weeks outside my warranty period! Great service, company, and professional work. Very impressed

Excellent experience with Basement Improvements.
My basement was BAD. Deep water and a cement block wall that had become compromised with a lot of old house weirdness thrown in. Literally one of the worst most contractors I had called to look had seen.
Basement Improvements crew was not scared. They installed a sump pump and repaired the wall for much less than the other basement guys and the work was top notch. The team was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them work in my home. They cared about providing a quality job and setting it up for success with advice on actions I could take to help improve the situation even further.
This spring, they came back to bury the discharge pipe. Such care was taken that I could hardly tell where it was! I was fully prepared to come home and make it look good, but it was perfect.
This is a solid company who performs good work with a lot of integrity.

Happy and grateful for the work done by Basement Improvements! I've had an area of basement that has leaked for years when rains are heavy......but no more! They also fixed my sump pump discharge hose. All work was timely, owner is very knowledgeable and crew was skillful.

Their pricing was affordable and connected me with a service to receive a rebate for the insulation. They were able to get my work done quickly and were prompt and a great crew to work on my project. I had some shakiness in my living room floor that I needed repaired, and I was really nervous about the possibility of paying way too much, getting pushed into doing more work than necessary, or having a team come in and do something sloppy that wouldn't last.

I could not have been more impressed with Basement Improvements. Their whole team was so kind and communicative, everyone from the person answering the phone to the people who came and installed a steel beam in my basement. They talked me through every step of the process, were clear about why each piece cost what it did (they were also so much more reasonable than other companies I contacted—literally saved me thousands of dollars vs. what I was quoted from other companies for the exact same scope of work & exact same materials), and they worked with me to make sure we were addressing the true foundational issues without going overboard.

I'm blown away by how much more stable my floor is now. This is a team who knows what they're doing, and they don't charge you an insane rate for it.

We were looking to remediate a basement water issue and happened upon Basement Improvements at the Auburn Home show. I liked the looks of the equipment displayed, particularly the Space Basin Pro basin and Blue Angel pumps they use. They provided the service I needed without trying to upsell more than I wanted. The techs, Justin and Seth, were able to answer any and all questions I had when they arrived for the sump pump install. The installation was quick and the area cleaned before they left. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The process was seamless from the initial call to the end result. The crew that worked on site were very professional and actually worked the whole time. No smoking, no vaping, no phone in hands. How refreshing. I let them know as well because they needed to know that this was noticed and VERY MUCH appreciated. This company is amazing. They are quick to respond and Mike came out to give me a very reasonable quote for waterproofing. They are honest and will not try to sell you anything you don't need. They got me on the schedule quickly and Ryan did a great job repairing the hairline cracks in the wall. Lastly, a special thank you to Nikki who answered all of my questions thoroughly and is always quick to respond.

Were very respectful of the inside of the house while working. Had just under 40 feet of brace wall done in basement ( interior access only). As well as dealing with our dog, they were tops as well! Wall looks great as well as power braces to fortify areas that were sagging, no more bounce in those areas!! We are grateful to God for answering our prayers regarding the rodent infestation and damage in the basement of our newly purchased home. The crew's prompt response and professionalism were impressive, and we are thrilled with the results. The temperature in the basement has increased by 20 degrees, and we no longer have to worry about rodents entering through holes or dealing with broken pipes. The quality of the work seemed to be great. Several contractors said that that the plumbing pipes were hung in hazardous places with plastic tape that could melt. After 2 months of contacting Basement improvements. The owner was sent an email. He was evasive and did not address the problem his company created. When I tried to redirect him to the point of the subject, he became argumentative and said "we are not plumbers" despite the fact that Code Enforcement told me that a plumbing permit needed to be pulled. He did not take any responsibility.

Very friendly and knowledgeable from the estimate through work completion. Service was scheduled very quickly and looks excellent! Will absolutely be contacting them again if I encounter any more issues in my basement!

Basement Improvements, LLC provided a professional and timely service for us. Foundation crack sealing and a sump pump/basin install was completed. The customer service was excellent and the two installers were great!

I called Basement improvements back in July. They came out to give me an estimate, after that was approved we scheduled for September, they were/are busy.
The team came out this week to do a perimeter drain, add a sump and vapor barrier my walls. Every one was personable and friendly. The communication was good and in 2 days everything was done. It was easy to set up and got done quick.

Basement Improvements, LLC recently replaced two sump pumps which were not properly working. Work was done efficiently and professionally by Ryan and Chad; great communications with us as homeowners, excellent attitude amongst the installers. They were on time, got everything done, were easy to deal with, gave me good information and made my basement better than it was before the flooding! Family room, here we come!

Although I wasn't expecting them today, they were well equipped to finish the job and very courteous. I asked them to move the cement blocks back under the well tank and to put another hanging support on a pipe, which was no problem at all. They listened to my input and concerns before they started and as the job progressed.
They cleaned up the area well, even disposing of some rotten wood and old drain hose.
It extended their day, being a bigger job than anticipated, and was very buggy, but I heard no complaints.
If I had had a little notice, I would have been able to move perennials that were lost in the process.
