Never got a chance to see if their service matched with everybody's saying. The gentleman called me, we discussed my issue. I even sent him some photos, he asked me one question about one of the pictures and never has responded. Not even us I'm sorry we can't help you or anything.
The first word that comes to my mind when writing this review is "WOW" - I simply do not recall working with any service/vendor individual who is so cordial, real, friendly and calming about the issue requiring us to have even met (leaking skylight). Art provided the necessary service at the time of need. He is responsive, present, and not over-reactive. Yes, eventually we will need to replace our 2 skylights but as we "manage" through this recommendation, he provided a temporary fix. Art is not greedy but realizes the cost of replacement and talked us through it. I highly recommend Art for any repair, replacement or installation skylight project you may need. So, so glad to have Art as our skylight vendor. Thanks Art!
We just moved into our new home. The one thing we knew we had to do right away was to have solatubes put in to brighten up the place. Are and his crew did and excellent job installing the solatubes. There is a huge difference in the amount of light in the house. Now we don't have to have lights on 24/7.
