Donavan was so professional and yet gave you the local feel. He was very easy to work with and kept to the schedule and also willing to be flexible. We had a walk through and found an area that needed more attention so he came back the next day to redo the area.

I am so pleased with the exterior window service. It had been 8 years since hiring someone to do our windows and experiencing the soft wash technique is unique and now I can’t see myself hiring anyone else. They arrived on time, did the roof and even a few areas in our carport, cleaned and packed their tools in just the time estimated. Absolutely professional service! I got estimates from two businesses that used an algae cleaning solution in addition to pressure washing. The algae cleaning solution is meant to prevent algae growth longer than just pressure washing alone. The job entailed cleaning my solar / PV panels, my vinyl fence and my sidewalk. Although Softwash was not the lowest estimate, I elected to go with them due to Mr. Morgan's professionalism. I was not disappointed. My fence and sidewalk look like new (unable to attach photo).

Donovan and his men arrived on time and finished the job in just 3 hours. They were neat and thorough. We will recommend them to other people.

I also greatly appreciated that Donovan came out to do the work himself, and took the time to return to the property to do some touch-ups in some challenging areas that needed extra attention. Softwash did an awesome job of cleaning the roof and exterior walls of my house. He also did a wash of the driveway which was over and above what I expected. Donovan is very personable, his work is thorough, and the end result is striking. And then he sends you drone pictures of the aerial view of your roof and property which is a nice touch. The images have surprising clarity of a view that you normally don't get to see. Well done, I highly recommend them.

Seriously they did wonders for my home. Customer service was beyond incredible. Donavan had time on his schedule the same day I called him to take a look and give an estimate at the 7 years of fifth built up on my house. If you don’t know what soft wash is I’ll explain…. I’m no professional but let’s say if you know what pressure washing is well it’s harmful to your home. Bacteria comes back faster and stronger with just blasting it away with high pressure water. Soft water is just that, hose water with solution (there’s a science) and well the filth melts off your home with no damage. Similar to newer car products that help clean the outside of your vehicles. I learned about this when I lived in Georgia and no one really knew what it was in Hawaii. Softwash Hawaii is a newer company and I am soooo happy I found them. I love supporting small businesses wherever I move and before the actual service, it was Donavan’s professionalism that wowed me. My home is now clean, sanitized, and really waxed to prevent future yuck from getting on my home. His services can restore or preserve your investment/property. Donavan was very surprised I knew what softwash was, so with that I hope I have helped you understand too. I’ll be sure to post before and after once I get them together.
