What an awesome job Socon did on my condo. It was the original wood siding from 1985. Had a lot of issues, but Stevie talked to me step by step as issues came up. He has gone above and beyond to help me with this project

Steve did a awesome job on my welding shop, His quality of work and knowledge of the craft is unmatched. Even when a manufacturing problem popped up he had a solution from many years in the trade to correct it, and production continued on schedule. He's done the flooring in our home, repaired doors and trimmed out the roof. I've made deliveries to several of his jobs over the years and I get the grand tour of his work and it is always A+ very impressive. Steve is a very respectful and hardworking guy, you'll not be disappointed!

Steve replaced our siding (he removed the old pine siding and put up vinyl) this fall and did an incredible job. He clearly takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers. Since we liked his work and trusted him, we asked him to do several additional projects while he was here (storm doors, replacing our bulkhead door, etc.) and he was willing to do them. He also found a bunch of issues with our house after the old siding came off and was happy to take care of them. He even took our dogs out during the day while he was here if we were working long days! I really can’t recommend Steve enough. He’s a very nice guy who you can trust to do a great job. Even better, his quote was the lowest of five companies we contacted.

Steve does everything correctly and honestly. He responds quickly, works hards and goes above and beyond. He redid our siding AND installed all new windows - he fixed the many errors our original builder made and we are now confident that everything is done correctly. We highly recommend him and are beyond pleased with the results

Steve worked with my family and I for over a week to frame and enclose our off-grid camp in Grafton NH and we couldn't be more happy with how it came out. Steve's immense experience from rough framing to finish carpentry was just what we needed on site and leading up to the project start he was always available to help via phone, text, or email. As an architect I have very high standards for contractors and Steve surpassed all of them. My wife & I needed our entire ranch completely done over. Steve came highly recommended to us and we weren't let down. I had a great experience working with SOCON Constuction with my exterior remodel. New windows siding and sheathing a complete overhaul of the exterior. Steve has a great eye for detail and made sure that everything ran smoothly and all the work was done right. He went above and beyond our expectations I would recommend him for any project you may have. If I ever need a contractor for anything else SOCON Construction will be my first call.

I am very happy with our entire experience with Socon construction. After having two contractors fall through on us already, we were very ready to get someone who would have some real follow through. Steve came to our house on a Sunday, to talk to us about what we wanted done and start to work out an estimate.

During these uncertain times, it’s especially awkward to invite people into your home. I didn’t have to ask Steve to put on a mask and he didn’t ask if I wanted him to wear one. He ALREADY had it on. This gesture may not mean much to some people, but it showed me how considerate, responsible and respectful he was.

We wanted a window put in to a wall in our house. This required ordering the right window and doing major demo and reconstruction to both the interior and exterior of a load bearing wall. He had more attention to detail than I did and was in constant communication with me throughout the process of ordering the window.

During construction, Socon felt like family and we were honestly sad to see them go. Trusting them with this job has been the highlight of 2020. I am very happy that I get to enjoy our new window and their hard work for many years to come.
