I love this store!! Besides the usual hardware products, there are the coolest things. Plus there night crawlers are cheaper than Fastop

Steve was so kind and helpful. First he took me to the aisle for one item and when the 2nd item i needed wasn't there he walked across the entire store to get my 2nd item and brought me options!!
Also the lady in the paint department was very helpful. She kindly pulled out about 6 different gallons of "goof" paint so i could see all the colors. Then s
he carried my gallon of paint up to the counter and then offered to carry it to my car!

Every time I go there, I am made welcome to the store. Ateam member is constantly offering help. The store is always clean. The only problem I personally have is the fact that people bring there dogs in the store and the dogs constantly smell customers and sometimes bark.

Quick runs or last minute needs. Prices are a bit higher compared to others. I do love that they have UPS drop off & pick-up

For a local Hardware store their hours are ridiculous. They don't have homeowners hours. They have contractors hours. For any person that works and does DIY after work or on the weekend do not count on this store to be open when you need that one part to finish a project. You can't count on them to be open if something breaks. This forces people who live well off of route 4 to travel to St. Mary's county to Lowes to get a toilet bolt etc. Today I pulled up just before 6 and the store was locked and I was met by an employee that was astonished that I just needed an outlet cover and was aggravated they were closed at 6:00 pm on a Saturday...

A young man came to me in light bulb area and help me figure out which one would work for me as I had brought in broken one very nice. Thank you

I am soooo at ACE. If you don't know, ACE does not return paint. Some place on earth maybe, but everyone makes mistakes! I am so glad the store had only 1 gallon of the Royal Flat, since I wanted 2- phew! When I requested the paint I continued shopping. Once I Picked up the paint the person who mixed the paint wasn't there. So I inspected the paint, and I noticed the variance from the swatch. I accepted the paint because of the oops paint policy. Ace hardware wants us to trust, their expertise, and I am thinking maybe it will dry and take on the appearance as they don't make mistakes when mixing paints.

I was just there again this morning because you can't trust what the website says is in stock, you can't rely on staff saying if its in stock or not, and of course- yet again, they DON'T have what I need in stock... for the LAST time. I'll NEVER EVER EVERRRRR spend another dime or minute in this useless pile of junk.

Fantastic customer service!! Great "oldtime" business where they really care about their customers. They have exceptional employees who return your calls and give you a heads up on deliveries.

Great help with questions. Had keys made and battery changed in fob. Very nice young lady. Very personalable cashier upon checkout!

I have to say, about 80% of the time that I have gone there I have been overcharged or wrongly charged. I have been going there for 4 years now and just don't understand why my discounts are incorrectly applied or I get no discounts at all. I had to go back a few weeks ago and speak to a manager and get my transaction completely wrong because of getting no 20% discount that I was supposed to get on multiple items. The store is very nice clean and well-stocked but when you get to the cash register there's frequent problems.

Any local will tell you Ace is the Best! Love this location. They have a lot of swag and all tools you need. They do cool sales as well.

I asked the assistant manager why they closed at six on Sundays and he said I could shop somewhere else and then that escalated me saying something else to him and all and then he told me he told the girls not to ring me up . that if I came back that he would have the sheriff arrest me all he does is walk around all day and have tell customers what aisle stuff is in but he was very nasty and I didn’t like it at all that’s not how you treat customers he should’ve answered my question he should’ve said you need to call corporate are you need to speak with the manager? He didn’t need to say you can shop somewhere else and then I asked him for a price check and instead of him, putting it back where it belongs he just set it on the endcap of something else

Sneade's Ace hardware is a great place to locate hard to find items. I've found the employees are very knowledgeable on all kinds of projects and very willing to assist in getting exactly what is needed.

Great hardware store - very helpful and pleasant. I’ve never had a hard time finding what I need - they keep a great stock.

Great local store, always fun to just walk around and see all the new stuff they have available.My one complaint is I think they should be open on Sundays but that's it

They do the Best from the time you walk in the welcome you in and I ask a nice Lady for help not knowing she was already on a mission but in less than 5 minutes she was there helping me. Ace beats the pants off of Lowe's who has NO Service as far as I'm concerned ! But Ace needs to upgrade the front doors for the Handycap ! Plenty Handycap Parking but it's hard for me to get in the Door.

What a great store with super knowledgeable, courteous and polite staff! With all of the selections, let's just say there is plenty to choose from.  Their location and lumber yard assistance and propane refilling is super convenient... Kudos to all the staff. We will definitely return again and again and again! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Friendly people. Had exactly what I needed at good price. Needed to go to the yard for pickup and the associate was positive and loaded the purchase quickly.
