I highly recommend Bradford Renovation for your home improvement projects. We had a master shower complete renovation, crown molding in master bedroom, and entry door replacement into garage. The end result was a beautiful shower that is absolutely custom, and the crown molding adds to the appearance to our room. Bradford Renovations remodeled our kitchen for us and I wanted to provide a review. This project was a complete gut and required removal of a stippled ceiling, plumbing, electric, flooring, cabinet installation and crown molding around the room. I spent a lot of time planning and laying out my kitchen. I created a detailed scope of work and proposal form and contacted a number of contractors for pricing. I worked in construction and I warned each contractor that I would have high expectations (in other words, I am a PIA)! :). When I said that to Jon Bradford, he said with a grin, “I like a challenge!” I hope he got the challenge he was looking for because I sure got what I paid for!

Jon Bradford and his dad, Jody Bradford, met every one of my anal little problems with a smile or a nod and never told me no. They took care of every single little issue I came up with - a lot of which, Jon did personally! You just can’t ask for more than that. Their subs do excellent quality work but any little thing we weren’t happy with, there were no excuses. He made sure it got done right. I got pricing from several different contractors and his pricing was competitive and very fair. He is just straight-up honest! When I requested a breakdown of the proposal, I had it in 5 minutes. Both Jon and Jody were very responsive and available to address any concerns as they arose. Are they perfect? No, of course not! But they are very receptive to feedback and as a company, strive for continued improvement. At the end of the project they sent over cleaners who did anything I asked! My project is as perfect as is humanly possible and I am VERY happy! For all these reasons, they will be our go-to for any future projects we do. I have recommended them to many of my friends and I highly recommend them to you!!!

When looking for a contractor we searched google and found Bradford Renovations.
Read alot of reviews and decided to get an estimate. Jon and his team are top notch. We love our new renovations! Will definitely use again, and would recommend to anyone looking as well.

We called Jon to come out and take a look at our basement with very few ideas, except to add a fifth bedroom, a possible bar, and open it up to make it feel more comfortable. From that little bit of information, Jon did his magic and turned it into our go-to spot for family. His 3D imaging to show us what the space would look and how items would look in certain places was amazing. From the day they started until the day they finished, his team was professional and very attentive to little things we asked for. We definitely picked the right guys for the job! Jon Bradford and his team made my mish mosh Pinterest vision come true! It was a hectic summer, I have 2 toddlers, just had a baby, moved and then decided to tear our new house up with renovations. Jon’s price was fair, was never pushy and made the whole process a breeze. We had them renovate our kitchen, take out 2 walls to open our first floor up and then paint most of our interior walls. The foreman, Oliver and his crew was respectful and kept our house clean and free from any major hazards for my kiddos. His attention to detail and doing it right the first time was so appreciated! Had a complete bathroom remodel done, great job! Waited two months to review so I could see if there were any latent issues. None. Also needed a gate and handrail added to our deck, and some repairs. Jon and their team did an amazing job both in building our deck and basement. Their team is very professional, and work with high quality materials. Jon is very knowledgeable in the business and can guide you through the best options available in the market.

We called Bradford Renovations once we realized that our basement project GREATLY exceeded “DIY” work. Jon was quick to schedule a walkthrough and quote when we did call and was on time for our meeting and got us the quote in a timely manner. We did sit on the quote for nearly a month before deciding to go through with the project but once we went forward everything moved quickly and efficiently. We have an approximately 1300sqft basement that was down to the studs and within a month and a half we have a full basement with an additional bedroom, office, playroom, living space, full bathroom and separate laundry room. Communication was great throughout the project. We were working within a strict budget and although we chose to add a few extras throughout the project we felt that Bradford gave their honest opinions and were understanding of our budget. We worked closely with Jody who was the project manager as well as Rene and his crew. 10/10 would hire them for any future project we may have.

We had a 25-year-old deck that needed to be replaced. John and his crew were friendly, professional, quick, and did great work. We love our new deck -- it is rock-solid and beautiful. We will definitely use them for future renovations.

We had an upstairs bathroom renovated and decided later to have a shower door installed. Had troubles finding someone to install it until we called Bradford. The day we returned from a vacation, we sent details about the project and they arrived within hours to complete the job. Jon is absolutely the only home reno guy I will ever call. We needed a lot of painting, drywall repair, carpet replacement and general handyman type jobs to get our house ready to sell. We had a deck that was in great need of a new floor and rails. We identified what new products we wanted. Mr. Bradford made several visits to consider all options, anticipating unseen issues and provided good advice in the final selection. Bradford ended up with the best bid. Once materials were on site they were ready to go. His team was courteous and hard working. They did a great job.

We recently remodeled 2 bathrooms in a 26-year-old home. We interviewed several general contractors and based on friend recommendations and estimates we went with Bradford Renovations. I was impressed with the samples of work I saw and the pricing was very good- right where I expected.

The project spanned about a month. From Day 1, Jon was clear with the project scope and deliverables, and we had everything lined up in the contract. We started on time and also with the addition of another bathroom, the schedule worked out perfectly. Joey and 'T' arrived on time each day, and any questions or improvements we had were addressed immediately. It was a joy to have them working with us-- they were very conscientious and the detritus created by the demo was almost nonexistent. They were very easy to work with and very professional, I was impressed at the workmanship and attention to detail.

Throughout the project Jon was great at keeping in touch, and visited the job site often to review details. We worked together to land on decisions for flooring, paint, lighting, and detail work. They made it as easy as possible for us to continue living in our home while having our bathrooms fully remodeled. The results were a clean and comfortable space that my family will enjoy for years to come. We worked in some special details such as a heater/ exhaust fan combo that supplies heat to the bathroom during those chilly winter morning showers.

This was not my first project with John and his team. Previously we had him renovate our bathrooms and replace flooring in other areas of our house. John provided expert guidance and advice in selecting our new flooring and repairing a wall and plumbing when we had a water line break. All communication was prompt and work went as scheduled. He was very patient while we went through several detailed reviews (and questions) of different products to use. Once work was scheduled, he and his crew were very impressive in their knowledge and workmanship. I have wanted my ensuite bathroom remodeled for years. Bradford Renovations provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They are a family run business and one you can trust with beautiful work and amazing customer care. They found some mold and damages during demo and went above and beyond to repair things and make things right. I didn't just feel like another customer to them, they let you know that you are important and they take the utmost care doing their work. My finished bathroom is BEAUTIFUL. Our bathroom had an issue with mold on the drywall. Luckily we were able to catch it before it went any further than that. Bradford Renovations came in looked at the job and we’re promptly back within the week to fix it for me. They were professional and continued keeping the area cleaned up as they worked. The tile looks awesome and has stopped our issue with mold above the shower. They also recommended a new fan that notices moisture and turns on since my daughter isn’t always the best with that when she takes showers. It has been a great addition. I have recommended this company to anyone who is looking for renovations to be done and will continue to do so.

We started using Jon back in 2015 after we got a quote for a complete bathroom renovation...and I mean complete to include the ceiling, floor, and everything in between.
