We hired Smith and Son for a sheetrock job and were very pleased with results. They communicated well, showed up on time and did a great job. I was especially impressed at how well they cleaned up at the end of each day. We would definitely work with this company again.

This Company is absoultely awesome. From Lance to his crew, they did a remarkable job on the siding on the outside of our home. Everything was explained in great detail and the final outcome, fantastic! We are now going to have them remodel our kitchen. Can't say enough good things about Smith & Son Construction Company. We are extremely satisfied customers!

We recently had smith and son come out to our home in Brentwood and replace our siding throughout the entire house and it came out amazing! The crew was very professional clean and organized. Smith and son walked us through the entire project and made us feel at ease with it all. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or update there property. We have them doing a complete kitchen remodel for us starting after Christmas now as well. Thank you Lance and team for all you have done!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called to make an appointment and ensure they came to my area, they do, great. First appointment time comes and I get a call from Lance that he forgot about the meeting and could he come the next day. Inconvenient, but I appreciated the call and said yes. The next day and time comes and goes and no one show up. I don't get a call. I call Lance and he doesn't answer. I call the office and speak to Kierra (who is never actually in the office when I call even though I call within business hours). She says she will get back to me within 5 minutes to see what's going on.

30 minutes later I get a text to the effect of "sorry for the inconvenience we will not be taking the opportunity to provide a quote".
After this they no longer respond to texts or pick up the phone. There has been no further communication.

Now as a woman I get treated like garbage all the time by companies I hire and was hoping they were different based on their reviews, which I now believe are fake.

I moved my schedule to be able to accommodate their "forgetting" an appointment, then completely ignored? Even a follow up call the next day would have made a difference.

Absolutely horrific business practice. They should not be in business and I would never trust them to do any work. Ridiculous.

Lance and his team have done a couple of projects for us now, and we are consistently happy with the quality from start to finish. Lance communicates very well and promptly when discussing the scope and details of a project. He has kept us updated projects as they unfold. During the work, his team has been very professional and thorough, and the quality of the work has been very impressive. It is very clear that Smith & Son selects and trains their teams well. We are looking forward to working on several more projects with them in the future.

These guys are true professionals and know how to deal with complex construction projects. Have a rare situation with metal studs and this contracting company knew exactly what to do and did the job right!’n I recommend them to anyone.!!!

Our roof sustained damage from the wind and I was scared we would get leaks from all the rain. Lance came right out, did a thorough inspection and gave us a reasonable quote with top quality products. As soon as we were ready, he had materials delivered and they knocked out the roof. It looks great and it’s obvious that top quality products were used. Very professional team, arrived on time each day and cleaned up every step of the way. Even gave attention to a few details that were important to me! Thank you!!

I have Contacted this company 3 times to set up an appointment. So they set up an appointment For a bathroom remodel Estimate At 4:30 and I waited for them to come When 4:30 came and went I got a call from them saying they were running behind would be here at 7:30 so I waited but they We're a no show. Called them back left a message to get an estimate for my bathroom never Received a response. Very unreliable.

Great contractor. Always kept us advised when they would be on site. Performed the work exactly as stated. Very efficient fast work. Would use them again.

I hired Smith & Son to remodel the home office in our backyard. After getting quotes from several contractors, meeting with Lance was like a breath of fresh air -- he was clear, detail oriented, on top of everything, and took ownership over the project. He cares about quality and is not in the business of squeezing money out of customers -- I feel like he was giving the advice he would give to a friend. I knew the project was in good hands with him and his team in charge. We had great/easy communication throughout, Lance stopped by to check in on the details, and his team was great. We are really happy with the result and I would hire Lance again in a heartbeat. If you are deciding between contractors for your project, hire Smith & Son!

Lance was always prompt with responding and answering questions. His crew was professional and thorough. The project turned out great. As stressful as home renovations can be, it was a pleasure doing business with Smith & Son.

Some details of the job were not finished in the end or done incorrectly. Strangely they left the shelves for us to finish installing after they hung the cabinets in the kitchen. A couple of doors were hung with the hinges on the wrong side so that when they swing open the light switch is behind the doors. We requested 3 times to have our key returned which they never did. All small details, but hope the larger items were done correctly.

We hired Smith&Son Construction to replace two piers and reinforce the subfloor in our 1906 home. Lance Smith was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and completed the work as described. I would definitely hire Smith&Son Construction again on future projects.

Smith & Son Construction did a awesome job replacing my facia boards on my house , can’t thank these guys enough , Lance was very easy to work with came out did the estimate very personable, the guys that came out were just as good , always kept things clean and organized very very professional , the quality of the work speaks for itself ,they pay close attention to detail, Excellent company to do business with !!!! Lance and his crew did an incredible job rescuing our roof end beams with significant brown rot damage. They replaced the damaged end beams so they look new again. I would highly recommend anyone with roof beams or other home repairs contact Lance for a quality repair.

I had Smith & Son Construction repaint the outside of my house and replace some rotten out fascia boards. Lance Smith was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the work I wanted done. They completed it in a timely matter and did an amazing job. They did such a great job I decided to have them come back to do some remodeling and repairs in my kitchen. Including installing new counter tops and a new sink. I highly recommend Smith & Son Construction. They are reliable, professional and do great work.

After using Smith & Son for one project, they have become our go-to contractor for any and all construction needs. I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
