Make sure you really know how old is your roof is and that your shingles are falling off easily with the wind and that your outside floors are sandy everyday. My roof is only 15 yrs old and I called them to get a quote just to see if they were honest and they told me my roof was 35 yes old and needed replacing. SMH ♂️
After interviewing 8 roofing companies we selected Casanova Roofing. We are extremely glad we did.
1. We received an over the phone accurate estimate.
2. The representative came to the house, inspected the roof and confirmed the estimate at the same price originally given.
3. We received a discount. (The phone estimate did not include the frame [I think it's called faschia in roofers' terms] however, the faschia was ultimately included at the original price.)
4. A big job was completed in 3 days.
5. Very clean job. They took care of the property.
6. Punctual, diligent, knowledgeable, friendly workers.
7. Receptive to my concerns and request.
8. Workers skillfully dealt with an unfriendly neighbor. The job was completed without issues.
9. In addition the bond limits, materials, product and labor warranties are superior.
10. I had to pay nothing until the job was finished.
11. The price was very reasonable. Actually, it was the second lowest of all 8 companies we interviewed.
With enthusiasm, I wholeheartedly recommend Casanova Roofing and their professional team.
