My mom contacted Smith Family Roofing and spoke with Richard. She explained to him her situation and he came promptly that afternoon to assess her roof. Even though this was a relatively minor issue (definitely not an expensive job) he treated her with as much seriousness and sincerity as if it had been a much larger job.

After looking over the roof he said that he could come back the following week to fix the issues. He came and took care of the work very efficiently. He was very polite and courteous the whole time. She would highly recommend him to anyone in need of roofing repair or work.

I have a huge tree limb fall on my roof put a hole in it I called them he was here in 20 minutes did a temp fix till the rain stopped came out the next day to fix it permanently very nice answered all my questions and asked about a few things about when should my roof be replaced. Very helpful think you guys will definitely have you guys for my house here and in grove

The best possible place I could have chosen! I went through three different places for quotes and couldn’t get any of them to commit and show to get a quote. Called Smith Family Roofing was out a few days after my call, and had a new roof a couple weeks later, took 2 days to complete. Has been up for a few months now, been through several severe storms, still looks fantastic not a single issue!!! Would recommend them to everyone!!
