SmartFix Home Improvement was incredible from start to finish for my entire roof shingle replacement. During these days of scammers, it is hard to really get confirmation people say who they are and will do what they say they will. SmartFix appreciated my extra due diligence since I live in CT and was unsure if they actually did work in my part of the state. To my delight, they did. Everything they told me was backed up in writing, constant communication, worked with my insurance company and guided me through the entire process.

Their work was quick and impeccable. Materials were delivered by a very friendly 3rd party at the time expected, and work started at the time expected. Everyone was professional and busy.

The results, in 1 day, were extraordinary. I love the color (a blue), the quality and the look.

Mike and his crew did a great job on my house -- they installed new hardwood floors, sanded and stained the old floors, painted everything on the first and second floor, including a huge, high stairwell, and repaired an old staircase that was on its last legs. They were pleasant and trustworthy, and I highly recommend them. Mike went out of his way to take care of lots of little things while he was working, and did not "nickel and dime" me, as a lot of contractors tend to do. They were on-time, got the job done on schedule, and charged a reasonable price for all the work they did. I will definitely hire Mike again the next time I have a home improvement job. VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING HE DID!

I wanted to redo my old kitchen and wanted someone local hence I contacted Smartfix. I got a prompt response and Mike came to my house to give an estimate. He was booked for couple of weeks, but he confirmed the dates that he would start work for me. Mike knows his stuff, so if there is something that he suggests, I would recommend you to take his suggestions. All in all, Mike and his team did an awesome job and I would definitely recommend him for any work especially redoing kitchens.

We are glad that we choose SmartFix as our general contractor for our new home. Mike is very easy to talk with, and he is very responsible to the work. We did kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining room renovation. We let him handle everything including painting, hardwood floor, cabinets install, and many other handyman work. There are barely things that I am not happy with. Also he offers a quite reasonable price comparing with other contractors in the area. We recommend people to choose him regardless its a big renovation or small handyman work.

Mike and his team did a fabulous job on our house. He is the most trustworthy and genuine guy I've come across. He is not only reliable, but also great at what he does. I used Smartfix on several occassions in recent years. I had them do a few little projects that they did just as i requested. Than a project i was terrified in pursuing was a monstrous rebuilding of a 3 story deck for a 100 year old property i owned. I went to Mike and Smartfix and he assured me that he would have his best carpenters on the job. We had some minor hiccups along the way due to unforeseen happenings due to the building being so old and having to remove several outer walls, it wasn't pretty. Mike had to come back to me several times to up the estimate but each time, he was very reasonable and always explained why and what he needed to do to get the job done right. Needless to say, I was blown away by the end result. Mike and his team knocked it out of the park!!! I would highly recommend Mike and Smartfix, honest, reliable and most important, quality team and work.
