Penn Roofing did a terrific job on my 3 family building. They re-did my flat roof, updated my chimmineys, replaced my gutter with gutter guards, replaced my awnings , redid my siding to a beautiful color along with replacing all the windows. Plus, other requests I had. Which I am very grateful that Ron was able to accomplish. All my concerns were heard and understood. They are accommodating. The employees are hard workers and perform beautifully. I appreciate what they did for me. They gave me peace of mind. They are trustworthy and absolutely wonderful people. Estella and Ron, thank you again for your hard work and listening to my concerns and allowing me to call you a million times. I appreciate you both along with your employees.

Penn Roofing did our main front slate roof over and capped all areas of our other roofs with copper. We had them clean all other roof sections and install gutter guards. We met with Ron multiple times to assess the roof and make sure we matched the existing slate color on other parts of our roof. They did a great job.

Penn Roofing tore up our old roof, replaced any rotten wood, laid down a new roof, wrapped the soffits and installed new gutters. Ron's team was on-time, worked a full day, addressed my concerns and always tidied up at the end of the day. The final invoice was as expected compared to the proposal. The quality of work appears to be very high. Very much recommended.

On October 24,2023, We had a new roof put on my property. We had many leaks and other problems, so we decided to take care of it. We contacted Penn Roofing Co. in the city of Newark, NJ. The owner of the company personally came out to our property and completely inspected the roof in question. He explained everything to us, and told us that he would email us an estimate. We agreed on the proposal, and made arrangements to complete the task. It was the best decision that my wife and myself ever made on our property. The owner (Ronnie), the office manager (Estella), and the employees that performed the work, treated us like family. They answered all our questions, gave us photos of the finished work and gave us an excellent seven year warranty. There complete honesty relating to this project was outstanding. there workmanship was second to none. We are very satisfied with the results and we highly recommend them to whom ever wants to get " A real professional" job done on there roof. We have dealt with the rest, for now on we only deal with the best. Penn Roofing Company...MARVELOUS.

A wind storm lifted off a large chunk of our roof. Penn was the fastest company to respond out of the handful I contacted. Ronnie came out right away to see the damage and the estimate was in my email that night. He was very helpful with working with our insurance company for our reimbursement. The crew did a very good job and it was complete in less than 2 days. The whole experience with Penn was smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Since March 29 2019 when my garage roof was replaced and flashing around the chimney main house will replaced to stop the water leaks. Ongoing for over four years both continue to leak. Have called Penn roof multiple times rarely do they return your phone call you have to keep calling them . Finally they will send someone out and try again in the next brainstorm the roofs are still leaking. Now after four years finally Lonnie called me the owner and told me that the work around the chimney is not guaranteed. They do not stand behind their work.
I have no doubt there reviews are false where do you see out of 20 reviews all are five-star except for one four-star this company is nowhere as near a five-star company

Penn Roofing did an excellent job at my home. Ron looked at the job and put together a proposal. All of the work was explained to me upfront. The guys were very professional and worked hard all day to finish the job. Best of all, no surprises on the price. Everything came in according to the proposal. The site was left clean and neat. I would recommend these guys for your job.

Penn Construction did a thorough job of repairing a leak on our flat roof. The company was very professional throughout. Estella provided excellent coordination and communication from the office, provided an itemized proposal from Ronnie with itemized estimate in advance, and a receipt when the work was completed. Ronnie's team did a great job working together to get everything done. They installed a new rubberoid GAF roof and applied an even coat of aluminum over the complete flat roof. They also installed around 25 slates on our slate roof, just above the flat roof, cleaned our gutters, which were full of leaves and pine needles, and installed gutter guards. We have relied on Penn Construction for our roofing needs for over a decade, and they have always provided reliable, dependable service.

From the great project management, the wonderful office staff and the fantastic crew makes Penn Roofing Company a "Winner" in their field of service. One word describes this company "Quality"!! Penn Roofing added siding to my house. It looks like a brand new home! The team showed up early each day and finished the job every night by cleaning up, sweeping and then using a leaf blower for the small stuff. They did their very best to remove all the nails that may have fallen to the ground throughout the day.

Ronnie and his staff installed new siding and a whole new roof approximately 5 years ago, completing the project on time with spectacular results.
