We just got new windows put in by SMA and are so happy with the results. Our windows were original to our 1970s house and we didn't know how bad they were until the new ones were put in. They keep the sound out and the cool air in during the 100 degree weekend we just had. Oh, and they look amazing!!

Steve and his team were great to work with from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and our final product. Would highly recommend their services to both friends and family.

Not sure where to begin! Installed the wrong size door, we had to go buy our own and install,or wait 6 weeks for another door then they only wanted to credit us for a small portion of what insurance paid for it. they replaced our window and put cheap plastic trim in place of our solid wood trim and don’t match any of our existing trim. Not to mention insurance coverd the cost of the wood along with the labor of staining ect..they charged us for replacing the wood trim on the patio door (wrong size) and we kept our existing trim!! replaced a few sections of siding and charged us with hundreds of dollars for a dumpster that they never used or even had on our property or needed. All this extra labor they want payment for that was not actually done. Was contacted for roof replacement that included our shed roof with they never did! Initial inspection had missed a cracked window from storm and after months and many times asking if they had sent the pictures to insurance they told me many time they hadn’t heard anything back. But when i finally contacted the insurance adjuster I find out that there was in fact no communication from SMA about this window! Now they are threatening to put a lien on our home for withholding amounts due for work that was in fact not even done and materials that were not even used! Buyer beware of billing practices.

We had our roof done by SMA and I was very happy with the whole process. Jack and Steve were both great to work with and the crew did a fantastic job on the roof. I would definitely recommend SMA for all of your exterior work.

SMA did my roof. Nick came out to my house. He did an excellent job explaining everything, there was no pressure. Just laid out all the information. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision. After meeting him, I think I could sell roofs myself! The crew literally came out and in 7 hours I had a new roof on my 50+ sq roof. They cleaned everything up like they were never there. My insurance recommended a different company, but I shopped around a little. Glad I did because it was a fantastic experience. This company was the absolute best contract company I personally have experienced working with. From working with the Owner Steve,who actually came to my home. He measured for the windows through out the entire home. To handling the measurements of my exterior. He helped me with colors for sofit,siding, facia and. Also gutters.

We've had a wonderful experience working with Mike Hayes this past year. He helped us order new windows and went through each window and what it would look like. SMA is also putting a new roof on this year. Mike did a great job walking us through insurance and helping us understanding the insurance paperwork.

A big thank you to Mike and the men that installed the windows. The installers were very friendly and clean up after the job was well done. They were even nice enough to play with our dog when he tried to bother them.

This was the absolutely worst experience I have had with any company. After doing a horrible job with my roof, leaving old shingles on the edges. My gutters filled with shingle remnants and not doing what their salesman promised, in the winter I had a leak. It was blamed on an ice dam but upon further inspection there was a piece of plywood left under the tar paper which lead to the shingles not sealing down. I had a major leak which they would not admit too or fix. Fast forward to a year later and now my atic is filled with frost due to the vents being unattached and the warm moist air of my house is filling my atic.
I would suggest to never use this company for any roofing projects unless you want issues and a lot of out of pocket expenses.

SMA has done the whole exterior of my house: siding, windows, and roof. They were professional and everything turned out great. I am particularly pleased by my roof. I replaced my cedar shakes (which were in horrible condition) with Cedur shakes. The roof looks fantastic, and it’s also designed to withstand high winds and other damage, plus it’s fire resistant.

I did the siding and windows first, and turned to SMA again when it was time for a new roof. Highly recommended.

I used SMA to re-roof my home. I also used SMA 20 years ago on a different home. I solicited 3 bids. SMA was the most reputable, knowledgeable, and inexpensive when I compared. The real reason I chose SMA for the 2nd time was Nick. He has an excellent and professional demeanor. Due to its advanced age, weathering, and damage from woodpeckers, our house required the replacement of its siding, soffits, and facia. Our house has undergone numerous additions over the years, including a third garage stall, a three-season room, deck, and screen porch, which all together significantly increased the complexity and cost of the project compared to a typical siding replacement.

After receiving bids from five companies, we selected SMA to undertake the work. SMA’s approach presented a distinctive design with a cost-effective strategy that aligned with our requirements and budget.

Throughout the project, we had the privilege of collaborating with several individuals within the SMA team. The organization’s overall professionalism and expertise were evident in our interactions, the resulting work, as well as my overall rating in this review.

The first individual we engaged with was Max, who assisted us in selecting a siding that met our budget and design specifications. Max demonstrated patience throughout the design phase and assured us that the chosen siding would provide long-term protection against weathering and woodpecker damage.

Laurel served as the project scheduler. She demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our inquiries and ensured us that the project would be completed before colder weather conditions posed a risk to painting, the final step in our project.

Vitale oversaw the crew responsible for the siding, soffits, and facia installation. As previously mentioned, our house had undergone numerous modifications, which posed significant challenges. Vitale effectively managed these challenges and ensured that the resulting installation was executed with meticulous attention to detail and functionality. We were thoroughly impressed with the outcome.

Lastly, JR executed an exceptional job painting the siding to compliment our existing gutters and shingles. JR’s contributions were instrumental in transforming the project from an in-progress to a successfully completed project.

Over the past few years, we have engaged with several other companies to undertake various home improvement projects. These projects often necessitate additional visits and extended time to meet our expectations. SMA has consistently exceeded these expectations, completing the project on time, within budget, and with exceptional results. I highly recommend SMA for any home improvement projects.

Everything from roof inspection to final cleanup went very smoothly. Jack Samlaska did excellent job explaining the the whole process from start til finish. Can't forget the roofing crew. They were great!. Completed the job in one day. They were very courteous and cognizant of all exterior paving, driveway, deck, landscaping etc… Excellent cleanup.

It was great on their price and speedy getting windows in. I had issues my homeowner's insurance without saying there was issues with the windows. They came out to fix. Took multiple calls to get a hold of Nate I believe his name was. he never calls back the trim inside needed more nails. That has not been fixed yet. I was told by the office saying Nate never answers calls. But what am I supposed to do when my trim is not properly nailed down. If Nate never answers calls.
