I'm very happy with their approach. They installed a brand new roof for our garage in record time. After a storm hit, it was destroyed. They took care of it super fast for a great price.

I wish I could give them zero 0 star . They visited my house for an estimate and I paid them $10k for a roof and just within a week after rain it got leaked from everywhere. They Guaranteed for 10 years of no leaks and they have to fix it without charging me but the owner ( very arrogant ) charged me $7k to replace the roof again . I'll not recommend them to anyone . Beware before giving them a call !!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Skyward Roofing on a roof replacement for one of the properties that I manage. My experience was excellent from the estimate to completion. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of work and level of customer service was wonderful.

I called Skyward Roofing for a gutter cleaning and a roof inspection estimate but was skillfully sold on an expensive gutter leafguard system. I asked Bob to open my roof access so I could see what my roof needed for myself. After viewing the condition of the roof, I saw I needed more than just gutter leafguard. I told him I had to cancel the leafguard system and needed to discuss other options. Bob became angry and refused to do any further business with me.

I have since gotten estimates from 2 other companies who have given me proper estimates. Mr. Bob: leaf gutter guards and cleaning, $2500.
Needed roof repairs: replace flashing, extend and repair roof hatch, reseal any seems and bubbles and install leaf guards and clean gutters; estimate #1: $3500. Estimate #2: $2200. The numbers speak for themselves. Shame on you Bob!
Beware of this business! He did no gutter cleaning, he only opened the hatch. I cleaned the gutters myself. I offered to pay for opening the hatch but he insisted the only payment he would accept was the $2500.

Thanks for opening my roof hatch. If I was able to see the condition of my roof before I agreed to your leafguard estimate this review may have gone differently. You refused to negotiate not I.

We almost spent $21,000 on replacing a 3 level roof but had Skyward Roofing come out (responded immediately) and took a look. We were told the roof was in good condition and we should call a plumber to check out drain pipes. Plumber came and water leaks were indeed coming from the drain pipe area. We called Skyward (again responded immediately) to come back to patch and seal around both drains. We
saved over $17,000 thanks to Skyward Roofing.

It's truly amazing to find an honest contractor nowadays.

Actually, my experience with Bob from Skyward didn't include him doing actual work. It included complete honesty. He came to inspect my roof and he discovered that my leak was due to a very minor issue. He could have easily ripped me off but he didn't. And I am extremely grateful for that.
