**I have to edit this review. We had a completely separate leak over the weekend related to a contractor poorly flashing a chimney an couple of years ago and Dana squeezed us in and worked until dark making sure we were in the best shape possible before a big storm hit today. When I told him I appreciated that he made time for us at the end of a busy day he replied “you guys were in need. humans need to help treat each other well”. Please give this man your business, he is top notch and does excellent work at a fair price.**

Dana is amazing. During this last ice storm we had a small leak and Dana picked up the phone on a Sunday afternoon when he was supposed to be off work. He calmly talked through our situation, and was able to be at our house the next day to assess our roof. He was very up front about his philosophy about fixing what needs to be fixed and didn’t once suggest that we need a whole new roof. He quickly identified the problem, came up with a reasonable and effective solution, and had the work done within a week. He provided tons of pictures and explanations of his work, and was a clear and honest communicator the whole time.

My biggest takeaways from working with Dana is that he’s an expert craftsman who takes pride in his work and he’s incredibly honest. He won’t oversell you or use fear tactics, and he will solve any problem you have in a timely and effective way. His business is successful because he has integrity and holds his work to extremely high standards and that is so hard to find.

I don’t say this lightly: he will be my first call for all roofing matters in the future, and (while not excited about a leak) I’m so glad to have this wonderful resource moving forward for any roofing needs I have. THANK YOU DANA!

Leaky roof we've been trying to figure out for over a year now with several different roofing companies. Dana came out prepared with his own ladders and spent some time taking pictures and identifying issues with the roof. He diagnosed the problem, and was back within a week to patch. He even knocked off a bunch of moss that wasnt in the job scope. A very reputable competitor, on the other hand, came by, used my ladder to take 2 steps up and peak at the issue and prescribe a new roof citing defective product. My 30 year arch roof is on year 17. I know it is near the end of its good life...but I believe Dana got us through this season...maybe a few more. as we don't see any other leaks presently..for a reasonable fare and he has earned my trust when we do need to replace it. Dana came highly recommended by several other people on a Facebook neighborhood page.

We had them put on a new roof earlier this year. Dana is awesome and has a great team of guys who do great quality work. Would highly recommend and they guarantee their work! Can’t go wrong with this company.

I took bids from at least 7 or 8 roofing contractors. I was so disappointed and about to give up until I found Skyline Roofing through a Google search and decided to try one more contractor. We would highly recommend Skyline Roofing LLC. Dana, the owner, came out to do the initial bid. He was kind and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us honest options on our project. He didn’t ever try to up sell us and when he didn’t need to use all of the supplies, he gave us money back. We appreciated his honesty. While he is a smaller company, his bid came in about the middle of the pack. We really liked talking directly to the owner and not having to have a middle person to deal with. Other companies had a prepared sales pitch at the first meeting, which was honestly off putting. We would definitely do business with Dana again.

Very good experience with Dana and his company. It is just a one-man show, but the job is done efficiently and in a timely manner. After some heavy rain, I noticed a leak from my ceiling. Dana was willing to squeeze me into his schedule before the rain hit us again. Very reasonable price and he guarantees his work. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.

He was honest about what needed to be done and why, what did not need to be done - (to help us save some money), explained what he needed to do, and provided us with what what we can do to maintain our roof moving forward. I can't say enough nice things about Skyline Roofing and the owner, Dana. I had a leak in my roof and got a few estimates. Dana was the only one who bothered to get in the attic and take a look at what was actually happening. I replaced the entire roof, and Dana communicated well, and his crew got the whole thing done in a day.

The job had a couple of hiccups that were not Dana's fault, and he went above and beyond making sure that I was happy. I will recommend him without reservation.

So we just moved in to our new house and the roof had a leak in the garage and really needed to be cleaned. He came out in the first week and took care of everything for us. Skyline recently finished a full gutter system replacement on my home. Dana was a great help with ideas for a new downspout configuration and different types of gutters. The price was fair and affordable. His gutter crew worked quickly, professionally, and with excellent quality. Overall, very pleased and I would definitely work with them again.

We are SO grateful for Dana. Our roof began leaking in the middle of a recent hit of snow and ice. He picked up the phone immediately, and despite a packed schedule worked to find a way to get us into his schedule. He is incredibly polite and helpful. Exactly the type of contractor you want to work with!

(The ONLY reason we did not go with Dana is because we were experiencing a roof leak that we wanted addressed as quickly as possible and another contractor had availability that was slightly earlier ... not at all a reflection on Dana's work or service. He is our first call the next time we have any roof work to be done).

Dana, the owner, came by to give me an estimate on some roofing and dormer issues that were flagged by our home inspector: roofing and flashing nails/fasteners are not properly tacked down or sealed (potential leak point); plumbing vent boots are split and/ or worn out and apron flashing(s) are lifting; some exterior trim was rotting and needed replacing, etc. I was impressed that although he was only at my house for an estimate, he fixed for free a few of the issues he saw. He seemed affable and honest, so I hired him. He subsequently did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time for a good price. I would hire him again and recommend to others.
