Spoke to Julian last week I was assured Wednesday to Friday somebody would be out to do a roof and and skylight inspection. When nobody reached out, I called again explaining that we have a deadline and needed to get this checked as soon as possible. They asked if they could come out Saturday, again I agreed, and again no call no show. They do not follow through with their words/promises.

We had a very complicated roof project and Julian and team were flexible and responsive to our needs. The new roof looks terrific.

Julien and his crew managed a large storm damage repair job from start to finish. They worked well with the insurance company providing all the documentation needed to complete the claim.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Oswego Roofing for a roof and siding repair on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their work. Julian and his crew at Oswego Roofing did an outstanding job for us replacing a leaking sky light and providing a brand new 50 year roof with substantially upgraded new gutter system. We collected multiple bids and they were by far the most attentive to details and fair price wise. Employees were professional, courteous and cleaned up everything. The best part was how they took advantage of a 3 day weather window and knocked it out in perfect timing! Highly recommended.

We have a concrete tile roof and Oswego Roofing is one of the few roofers who knows what this means. They worked with us on some badly damaged parts of our roof, offered fair quotes and the crews who did the work were skilled and hard-working. When the repairs were worse than they quoted, they only charged us for materials. They also cleaned and used tiles we had as spares which saved us quite a bit of money. I'm going to call them next time our roof needs to be cleaned or repaired!

Oswego Roofing has been taking care of my roof for over 20 years. They did the initial fix on a problematic installation, and they've been maintaining this roof ever since. I trust them implicitly, they do a meticulous clean up, and they are a pleasure to work with.

I contacted Oswego Roofing Inc , and the employee was very polite. She contacted (the Owner), and he was at my home the same day to inspect the roof. The required maintenance was minor, so he did not hesitate to assign his team to the job. He inspected my roof and advised me of potential issues and things to watch out for. Had my roof repair and cleaned in a timely manner. While everyone else was asking us to do a roof replacement, Julian got into the roof found the problem and provide us with options. He also gave us an approximate of long our roof will last after the repair. Since it wasn't within our budget, we decided to repair and clean our roof for now. Great customer service. I highly recommend them!

In July we were purchasing a new house and inspector recommended a full roof inspection. Our realtor arranged for Oswego roofing to come out and give us an inspection of the roof. The representative showed up with no ladder - yes, you read that correctly, NO ladder. We moved forward with purchasing the house and here we are 3 months later with a leak. I called them back to take a look because they have high ratings. While I made the appointment, I told the scheduler about my experience and told her to make sure whomever comes out has a ladder. On 10/15, they were 40 minutes late, and came out with NO LADDER again! The gentleman that came out said, someone would be in touch with me so they could schedule a time to come out again, with a ladder. Never heard from them again and even if I had why in the world would I hire this company to work on my roof.

Update to review Nov'21 - The company was sold again after I had this experience with the prior owner in April/May of 2021. The new company has reached out and stated my warranty will be honored in the future. Too late for the repairs I had already had done but a good sign they reached out.
Had roof replaced in 2017 by Oswego Roofing. The installation team did a good job I thought at the time. I did have to bring them back out to do a better job of cleaning up. The sales person was very difficult and in hindsight I should have went elsewhere. Roof ended up leaking during the ice storm of 2021 and Oswego roofing would not honor the 10 year warranty. Finally after many calls got the GM to come out and look at it. Seems the company was sold a couple years ago and they are not honoring prior work warranties even though they have kept the name. They said the prior owner was supposed to take care of this per their contract. Well after another half dozen calls with no answers finally gave up and paid for it my self ($2500). Repairing roof company found poor flashing installation on part of the roof which led to the leak when roof was iced over.
In my book if you buy a business and won't honor the prior work you should not have bought the business. I recommend to stay away.

Rafael and his team were great to work with. On time, pleasant, professional.

Our townhouse is 20 years old and had the original roof. In doing the install, Rafael noticed several things that the original roofers had done wrong. One of them was that an interior wall protruded about an inch above the roofline, which pushed the plywood up and caused a slight bump in the roof. This problem extended across the width of our townhouse. Rafael and team took off all the original plywood, trimmed down this wall, and installed new plywood. Just one example of how they did things right. Another was to replace all the original vents with flapper vents.

Their original quote was below the competitions. Even after charges for above additional work, price was still slightly below competition. Next year we need to get our siding done. Will absolutely be using these guys again.

I loved the experience of working with Oswego Roofing, they did a great job on my roof, I appreciate how efficient they were while working with them, everyone was nice and responsible, I would definitely recommend this company and I’m looking forward to keep working with them.

Beautiful new roof. On time and on budget - actually, completed faster than expected. Not only was it obvious that everyone on the team was working hard and cared about the end result, but they were also super pleasant to interact with. Also important to me, there was good communication through the project life. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I hired Oswego Roofing to improve my attic ventilation in February 2021. Oswego Roofing was easy to plan the job with but I discovered the other week (June 2021) that they failed to properly install the baffles in my attic (the workers just tossed them on my insulation rather than installing them). I’ve called three times and have been told each time I would get a call back from the manager to have the work fixed. Still no call back.

I’ll update my rating if they get the work fixed.

The work has been fixed, to my satisfaction. It took 5 phone calls with employees, 1 letter stating I was filing a complaint with the CCB, 1 no show appointment for them to assess the situation, and two on-site visits to assess and fix. I would not recommend this company but I am happy it’s finally over with.

Wasted my time. I was having a hard time finding a roofing company to take on a project related to an insurance claim, so I was initially relieved when Oswego Roofing was able to schedule an estimate with a guy named Nephi. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence in me that they would offer options for the project while navigating insurance skillfully. I stopped looking for other options, and gave him a few days to send me the estimate as he said he would. I texted and emailed to follow up, and one of the emails included my insurance representative who he said he would coordinate with. At first, it sounded like he was just behind on paperwork. He apologized and indicated he would get it to me soon. This went on for perhaps a week or two. He became less and less responsive as time went on, until he stopped responding. I texted and emailed to ask if he was okay and if he could still do the project. Perhaps there was a family emergency and he should pass along my case to someone else at the company? Perhaps something else had changed that meant that I should find a different company? I wanted to give him a chance to tell me if for some reason I needed to start over. But instead, he said absolutely nothing. Finally, I looked into how else I could contact the company, and saw an easy option to send them a message on Facebook. I asked, "Is there still someone named Nephi working there?" My message appears to have been read but never responded to. Extremely unprofessional.

Oswego roofing was fantastic. We had a leak in our roof and they found it right away repaired it temporarily until the crew could get out to do a permanent fix. Very affordable and fairly priced!

Oswego Roofing did a great job repairing my roof and saving thousands by putting off getting a complete new roof. They found more problems that first thought and were very fair at not charging a lot of extra money.

NOTE THE RECENT RUN OF 1 STAR REVIEWS. I was referred to Oswego roofing by my real estate agent, who I trusted. He was not in the know of the detrimental change of ownership that has caused this company to have low quality workmanship, a below bare minimum standard of "done" (leaks galore, left the site a mess, flashing missing, gutters filthy and full of nails, pilfering of billed materials for other job sites). I was conned into paying in the end because of a promise of registering the roof with the reputable local roofing material company Malarkey. More than a month later I have received no warranty proof, my roof is of course leaking. I fear it will need to go to litigation, but since they are getting so many 1 star reviews lately, and since our salesman (and the only competent roofer) Nephi has left the company, I fear chapter 11 is in their imminent future and I will get nothing but a roof that already needs to be replaced. Unless you like being belittled, managing a cohort of sales people, non-existent site managers, and non-communicative workers with amateur roofing skills, all of whom don't seem to speak to each other- save yourself the headache and get a roof from someone else.

We had very good experience with Oswego Roofing (Nephi Bahrain). We are senior citizens and thought that some water in our basement was from the roof. Nephr was the technician that came out and he was very courteous, showed us pictures of the roof, and explained that the roof was okay but that the chimney needed to be repaired. There was no charge. We are so very grateful and would highly recommend them for service. We have used their service in the past and had good experience each time.

I highly recommend Oswego Roofing for roof repair and power washing. I had them repair my roof for many years. Now I have them clean my patios and walkways every year. I tried others, but they have done such a good job that I alway use them.

So happy with the responsiveness from Oswego Roofing and Nephi! They had someone out the same day to repair my leaking roof. He had what he needed with him to fix the problem on the spot. I will absolutely use them again!

Called Oswego roofing to fix a small leak in the roof. Very professional on the phone and in person. They came out and fixed the leak and we have been good ever since. The gent wore a mask the whole time and was on time.

Provided excellent house and car port roof repair services on one of my rental properties in Lake Oswego. Work was done quickly and was of a very high quality. Also, the overall value of the work provided was excellent and I was very impressed with their competitive pricing.

I paid $3030.00 for a leak repair that is NOT fixed. When Owesgo Roofing came back to look at it, they told me the leak was actually coming from my balcony and not my roof, where they originally said it was coming home. I would say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a repair.

Called Oswego Roofing because they were referred to me by my contractor, who is great. But Oswego Roofing recently changed ownership and working with them was very painful. They had told me they would come 4 different times and they never did, they never once called to say they were not coming, I had to call them each time they didn't show up. Finally they showed up on the 5th time, only to leave multiple areas in the roof open and they used white to patch up everything when the roof is grey. Someone called to get a payment, I said I would not pay them until the job was complete. Finally someone came out to fix it and the minute they left, I got 6 phone calls within 3 hours for payment. There were multiple other conversations and back and forth and overall the entire experience was awful.

Oswego Roof has been great this past year. We purchased a home in West Linn and sold a home in Oregon City. Oswego Roof gave us honest feedback on the status of the roof on our home we sold in Oregon City after the buyer's inspection turn up issues prior to the sell. On the home we purchased in West Linn they were great to work through in the bidding, selling, and installation phases of our new roof. Hats off to Nephi Bahr and the Oswego Roofing team.

Contacted Oswego roofing on the recommendation of a neighbor. An employee came out to give a bid and then let me know that 50% deposit was needed at time of scheduling ($897) which was fine. The following week, my card was charged the other half (another $897) before they even came to clean the roof & gutters. When I called I was told this was an error, it shouldn't have happened and they guaranteed since I was now paid in full, nothing more needed to be charged to my card. The team came out and cleaned and did a satisfactory job. Roof and gutters were cleaned to our satisfaction, mess was mostly cleaned up around the house (back deck was not cleaned thoroughly afterwards) 2 weeks after the service, they charged my card again for another $897. When I called the office, I was cut off, interrupted and not allowed to explain why I was calling. Then I was asked to prove the charges. I told them I would gladly provide a bank statement but the 3 charges occurred on 7/22, 7/25 & 8/8. The woman I spoke to said "Oh, I do see that"
No apology offered, I asked multiple times to speak with the owner and kept getting interrupted with "but we'll refund it so it's fine"
So unprofessional, so disorganized and so shady. Really disappointing and very concerned that this business has my credit card in their system and apparently charges it whenever they want to. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Oswego Roofing replaced a failing roof system on my two story home. They worked hard, showed up on time and delivered a great job. They left no scraps or construction debris and were pleasant and eager to answer all questions. I'm happy to have selected this excellent company for my roof project.

Oswego Roofing has done a great job keeping my roof in good condition and performing preventative maintenance as needed. They may not be the cheapest in town but they can be trusted to do a good job.
