We are completely impressed with NW Homes and would highly recommend them. We were absolutely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. A front door replacement was needed with the complete frame rebuild being required for the new door and frame to fit, and as silly as it sounds, we opened and closed the door about 20 times after they left just grinning to each other. Magnificent work! Our home here in Albany feels like a new home to us! The work was top notch and we couldn't be happier. A great team with the results that speaks for itself. Thank you NW homes!!!

If you are a home owner, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. After we paid in full I was completely ignored. I called and texted probably 20 times without getting any response. The rare times they
picked up the phone, they would take down my contact info and say they would get back to me, but I would never hear back from them once.

They eventually showed up several months later to do my roof, and I was just relieved that it wasn’t a complete scam. They finished my roof after a week, but they didn’t do my gutters. Then Ivan said they would come do the gutters one Thursday but the crew just never showed up, and Ivan wouldn’t respond to texts or calls. Then a few months later they come and do the gutters. Great. Except they didn’t install the gutter screens. Now I’ve texted Ivan 4 times again with no response. It’s like pulling teeth to get this job done.

It’s been 1 years and 4 months since we paid. I still don’t have my warranty or gutter screens and cannot contact a single person at the company.

Not to mention there was damage to my house paint, plants, and tons of debris including nails left around my house. I’m not a roof expert so I’m just hoping the quality of the roof is decent, but at this point I have no reason to believe this company does any good work.

Great teamwork, the exterior house painting job was very well done. As questions arose, they were prompt to answer and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with the solution. From our initial phone call with Ivan inquiring about the project to completion, we felt confident in the NW Homes team. Would happily recommend for future projects. Albany, Oregon.

The team at NW Homes was fantastic, we chose them because they were responsive and patient with our questions. They cleaned and sealed the exterior of our house. We selected colors, had some second guessing on the white trim and they recommended a white paint we liked. Then they painted our house with the new colors we selected and they did an excellent job. Worst contractor I've ever dealt with. I had a leak in my closet, and had Ivan come over to look at it and assess the problem. He said we needed a new flat roof and got me an estimate. He said the roof was pitched incorrectly and that he would fix that problem as well. Months went by and still no fix. The rains continued to get into the closet and caused black mold, so I had to make an insurance claim and get the ceiling and walls of the closet removed and replaced. They ended up replacing the roof by early summer 2023, after initially hiring them in late 2022.

By October when the fall rains returned, I was up on the roof adding moss preventer, and saw how bad the brand new roof was. It had about 200 gallons of water pooling on it. By March 2024, the leaking had returned in the exact same corner of the closet. I had to have the brand new drywall that was just replaced ripped right back out again.

I called them again to check out the enormous amount of water sitting on the roof and the leak, and they now said that the leak was likely coming from failed siding. I asked them to fix this problem and to repitch the roof so that water won't sit on it. Ivan told me that its "natural" for a bit of water to sit on a flat roof, which I of course laughed at because he was just trying to cover their butts for liability on this issue.

I got the new estimate on the siding, gutters and soffets to be replaced, and Ivan told me it would be done by the end of March, by April, I started asking them when my job was going to me done, which they ignored my messages for weeks. In May, I threatened to rescind the contract, and they finally responded by saying that I was scheduled "this month" By June 17, I told them to return my down payment so I could find a company that cares. They again said that "you are on the schedule for this month" So here we are at the beginning of July, and I finally have people working on the problems.

Ivan took me up to the roof yesterday after they had peeled the membrane off, and he showed me the brand new plywood under it had clearly been wet, saying he would get me an estimate for new plywood, which of course I would have to pay for. Screw that. I told him to fix the pitch issue, do the siding and gutters and soffets as he was hired to do, and then I'm done with them.

I will never, ever work with this company again. They have done such shoddy work, delayed my job over and over causing more water damage, and outright lied to me over and over. And they keep trying to con me into doing more work than we agreed to. I have nothing but hatred for this company now.

One thing that I really appreciated was having one point of contact throughout the whole process. We had several rooms and a bathroom painted by the painting team. They were friendly and professional. We did notice a few minor flaws and communicated the issues with them and they fixed the issues right away. What I like about this company is you can contact Ivan with concerns-- which naturally may come up, and he makes sure to take care of things in a timely and professional way.

We needed some drywall repairs that were needing to be completed and these guys really did a great job! I would definitely recommend the drywall team. They were courteous and very professional. All areas that were repaired are seemless! You can't even see where the repairs were made. Wonderful work, very appreciative and a job well done.

We are very pleased with our bathroom renovation. It is great to have a large shower in stead of our small shower. We are extremely happy with the men who did the renovation project. My personal experience with this company ( NW Home exteriors ) not good. they do not operate in good faith. After they have received the final payments from us. They do not return call or text msg or Email. we are still waiting for our warranty info from the roof they installed for us in Nov 2023. Going to file complain with BBB. Will not do business with them again.

We've used NW Home Exteriors a few times for urgent issues and each time they have impressed with their performance and professionalism. Found a leak in our roof on Saturday and Ivan came out to our property the next day on Sunday to assess the issue and had it fixed the day after - you can't beat that kind of service! The quality of the work has been excellent and Ivan goes out of his way to make sure the work all needs are met. Definitely plan to continue to use their services for any of our roofing needs.

Took a half down deposit. Never return phone calls. Work never started.

Called 15+ times. Associate always says someone will get back, but that supervisors aren't available to take calls. Been waiting since Oct of 2022. At this point, the only option left is legal action.

We paid in full to have skylights installed, but the work was never performed. Ivan disappeared once he had our money. He also promised to provide additional roof cleaning services as part of a “special deal” (confirmed verbally and in text message) for leaving a 5 star review. I have since taken that review down.

We are closing in on a year since we signed the contract and Ivan never performed the work. We have attempted to contact NW Home Exteriors multiple times, by phone, text, and email. We have received minimal response and no start date for our project. At this point, we plan to file a complaint with the CCB.

Ivan was at our place Tuesday and we had gutters installed by Wednesday evening. His crew was quick and efficient they also did a great job. I appreciated Ivan’s communication and timeliness. Will definitely use NW Exteriors for our exterior needs going forward.

I got quotes from over 10 local companies and NW exteriors came in with the most competitive offer, and the team did a great job. They gave status updates each day, and let me know if they’d have to delay when it was raining. The team was thoughtful and offered to paint the exhaust vent black to match everything, and made new diamond pieces for the trim peaks that they noticed were damaged. I called NW Home Exteriors about repairing a small leak we discovered while cleaning the moss off the roof. Ivan responded to my call right away and came out to inspect and provide a quote in less than hour. He provided photos of other areas on the roof that were leaking and needed to be resealed. He was helpful in explaining all the areas of concern. The price was extremely fair and I especially appreciated that he was able to get his crew out to repair things the very next day considering it was pouring rain out! The roof is old and will need to be replaced in a year or so but Ivan and crew were able to patch things up so that I can have some time save up the money... when I do, I'll definitely be using them again!

Working with NW Exteriors to replace our roof was a great experience. Removing our previous roof revealed some unexpected repairs, which did not affect the length of the project. While this resulted in a higher cost than anticipated the NW Exteriors team communicated the nature of the problem and the proposed solution and in a really clear way. This team knows what they're doing. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly but not shy to communicate when they needed something. We're really happy with this experience.

Talked to a good amount of companies after having to unexpectedly having to replace our roof. NW exteriors stood out because they were great to work with, affordable but with high quality work. The team at NW interiors did a fanstastic job on our roof. We needed additional work done and it did not affect the length of the job. The team also helped with some needed repairs and rebuilt the chimeney flashing at no extra cost. We had significant issues with how the water flowed that overwhelmed the gutters causing flooding. They installed the roof to handle the large amount of water and it is drastically better. The team was professional and cleaned up every piece of debris. While the cost was more than other companies, the work done and experience was definately worth it.

We discovered a leak in our roof and Ivan and his team were able to come out the next day to assess and locate the cause of the leak. They tarped the area to avoid additional water damage and then repaired the roof as soon as the rain cleared. As soon as the tree was removed from my house Ivan was there taking high res drone video so we could see the damage up close. That same day a crew arrived to blow off the debris and keep it from further damaging my home. Then within a week he and his team had the gutter replaced and the roof inspected so I knew I was safe from leaks and debris.
