I am so very happy with the caring and professional treatment I received with Skyline Construction. Kyle S. was patient with me, even when I asked him to repeat and clarify information several times. Kyle was punctual in answering all emails and phone calls. I was extremely grateful that Kyle was able to meet with the insurance adjuster.

I have had nothing but issues. I had to ask for the first invoice more than once. They left a mess...I messaged Kenny and they still did not pick everything up. I popped a tire on a nail they left. The final straw was giving my address without my permission to a stranger that showed up and walked around my property.

First time we had to use a contractor for our roof after a hail storm Kyle with skyline construction was awesome to work with. He got right to work with our claim and did an awesome job! He communicated very well on the process and the steps. I will definitely use these guys again! And i recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

I did experience some issues, but after working with Jim and Michelle in the office at Skyline. I am very pleased with this company.

After the recent hail storms that have been through the area. We had Skyline out to check out our roof. They were so easy and knowledgeable to work with. The salesman Nate has been a life saver through this entire process. We now have a new roof and gutters. The crews were very professional and quick.

We utilized Skyline after we had 3" hail hit our small town of Nebraska City. We were referred to them by a good friend of ours, and we were MORE than impressed with their efficiency, customer service, and overall responsiveness (I asked a million questions.) Kyle Smith was wonderful and answered every call, text, and question we had. It took just over two weeks from the hail storm to a new roof and gutters. If that's not fast and quality customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you Skyline and Kyle! You'll definitely be our first call next time we have a need.

Very good service. Kyle walked me through all the steps and was always able to answer my questions. Roofs were all done before winter weather coming in. I'm excited to get my siding done now!

Jim explained everything to me and in the order that it was going to happen. They even reached out to my insurance company to make sure things were properly processed. Plus they scheduled to replace my roof while we were on vacation.

Kyle Smith from Skyline was very professional and accommodating to what we wanted. Often times other contractors will push the products they get the best deals from. Not Skyline. I really appreciated that about Skyline and Kyle. Also, Kenny and Anthony deserve a big “Atta Boy” as well!!

My experience with Skyline Construction was fantastic! Kyle initially came over to our house to inspect the sliding glass door that we needed to replace. He was very thorough in getting measurements/estimates and talked me through the entire process from getting the correct door to the installation process. He is very much an expert at his job! Scott did the installation and did a wonderful job -- our sliding door opens with ease and looks beautiful! We plan to use them for any roofing needs in the future, as I very much appreciated their precision and professionalism. Special thanks to Kyle and Scott!

If there is less than one star I will definitely give them that because those guys are the worst when it comes to covering their warranty they very very very deceptive they want talk to you and even when you try to tell them what’s going on they will say yeah yeah yeah I will call you back and they will never show up or call they will never be up to their words the worst company ever do not waste your money with those guys

Todd Wade is a very professional and friendly get it done person and his communication was great along with his team of workers they were very good! Would recommend them to anyone.

Not real happy at this point , needed new roof sales rep gave me a list of all that needed to be done came to my house that day had me sign paperwork saying they got the job put signs in my yard than waited for forever it seemed to have someone come and do the job , when job was finished my tenant called and said only the singles were put on no gutters or downspouts and this was all in the paperwork the sales rep had written down .? When I called rep he told me the insurance company only allowed 6 foot of gutter replacement .. again ? I said you told me it all had to be replaced . He then said I can put on the six feet , well why didn't they do this in the first place ? The house is investment property so I live in a different town if you use this company I'd highly recommend watching the progress and dealing with a rep that backs his estimates, this project has been going on since 6/15/22 that's the day the paperwork was signed almost four months and we still aren't done .I called my insurance agent and told them to deal with it ...I'm done

I reached out to Skyline Construction to help with a few of my future projects. They were very efficient and respectful of my time. Definitely will be recommending them to family and friends.

Had shingle blow off after a storm. Called Anthony with Skyline to come and take a look. He found more storm damage and got everything covered by insurance. Skyline went above and beyond from start to completion. Thanks again Anthony and Skyline team!

I worked with Jim as my main contact. He was responsive and always helpful when I had questions or concerns. He helped me work with insurance to get coverage needed to do a full replacement. I felt they really took care of me and were very clear about what to expect during the process of getting our roof replaced.

Skyline Construction installed new gutters and downspouts as well as gutter covers. We were impressed with the quick turn around from bid to install as it was just a few days. Their crew arrived on time and were very professional and work was completed in the same day. They did an exceptional job when cleaning up when they finished as I noticed that they reviewed the area three times before leaving to ensure they had cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them for your construction need! A plus they are a local company!!! Thank you Skyline Construction!

Skyline is an incredibly professional company. Ever have trouble getting a contractor to call you back? Not at Skyline; they are responsive and always willing to be upfront when things don't go as planned. They remodeled my basement. A few things didn't go as planned-its construction, it happens-but they talked with me about it and got it done, and we are pleased about it. Highly recommend Skyline for your next project.

I had a very good experience with Skyline construction from estimating the work to be done, and working with my insurance claim, to the install of the new roof everything went smoothly. Did have a small issue with the gutters but was resolved quickly and professionally. Thankyou to Logan my go to guy and Anthony the company owner for a job well done.

After the May 1st hail storm, Skyline presented a great presentation on how they were going to restore our roof to better than pre-storm, they beat the start date, and finished fast with a eye appealing installation. They still have to finish the gutters and the windows, and the deck, but I'm sure it will be a five star plus installation!!!! I highly recommend you hire them for your next job!!!!

This company was initially going to paint, side, and roof my house. The whole process fell apart from the start. I was told lies, I was told dates that were not meet. I was told they couldnt work because of the solar eclipse. I was told they were waiting for roofing materials to be delivered, as I'm looking at them in my driveway. Anthony was never around, I told them I wanted roofers off my roof at 7 because I had a newborn, they were still nailing at 10:30 at night in the dark. It was honestly my worst experience ever working with a contractor. I have told several people to stay away from them. The guys doing the roof did a great job, it's the management that is garbage. In the end I had them install the roof, paid them for that, and told them I was finding someone else for the rest. Absolutely the worst experience.

Subcontracted out services who left siding and roofing next to house for months. Roof never leaked before, it does now. Invoices do not reflect payments from insurance company, nor from us. Never was able to get a clear understanding of how they do billing. I would not recommend, and neither would Farmers Mutual Insurance out of Beatrice.
