Kirk has done two inspections for me in the last five years. I’m selling my house and the buyers got their own Inspector. That inspector said I needed $150,000 worth of work done on my house. I gave that inspection to Kirk. He went over it thoroughly and it was closer to $12,000, that included getting the outside of the house stained. I am so grateful to know someone who is honest and trustworthy.

I give Sky Seals a 5 star rating! My technician was on time, professional, and very thorough. I would not only use them for all my inspection needs but I would also highly recommend them.

This is THE GUY you want doing your inspection. Our report was over 200 pages long with pictures, video, notes, and repair tips. Not only did we get a great service with the inspection at a reasonable price, we now have a road map of everything which needs fixing in our new home.

I was very happy with a recent home inspection provided by Sky Seals. It was easily the most comprehensive and actionable home inspection I've had done.

Most previous inspections I've requested or those requested by a buyer didn't uncover many new items beyond what an attentive home buyer would find. However, the Sky Seals report was extremely thorough, with detailed pictures, explanations, and recommended actions. The inspector spent 6 hours on the property. I met with the inspector at the end to discuss the more critical items found. I was comfortable with the results and now have a punch list of items to resolve.

Curt came in and explained his process, took the time to explain why it was important and then what things to watch for in the future. His report was detailed beyond what we needed. It was very informative. We have worked with a lot of inspectors, we have houses in multiple states and he was one of the best inspectors we have dealt with. Highly recommend him!

Kirk is very detailed inspector . After inspection report was sent to me he offered to go over on telephone since I was out of town . Sky Seals is amazing and Kirk is the man! He conducted an extremely thorough inspection of the house we were looking to buy, and made the whole process stress free and informative. After the inspection was over he took the time to go over everything with my wife and I for over an hour on the phone going into great detail and giving his advice on fixes and work around that might fit our budget.

After that he hooked us up with a Porch Report that used the inspection to give us detailed estimates of the fixes from local contractors and provided us with the ammunition in our negotiations.

Kirk is so great at what he does. He is extremely thorough and responsive. We had a unique situation and Kirk helped us navigate and was very flexible and kind through the whole process. I was extremely happy with this company even before we got our report back. We met Kirk at our new home and he walked us through many easy fixes and explained everything he was doing. Then we received our report and I was blown away! Every single tiny imperfection was listed and he even included details on how to fix the issues. Kirk provided us the best home inspection we ever had. He produced a detailed and clearly-written 170 page inspection report practically overnight. This company provided a completely comprehensive inspective during our recent real estate purchase. The property had many custom features and the over 500 page report provides essentially a user manual for this home. Kirk was very accommodating as our schedule kept changing over several weeks. He was on-time and did a very thorough new construction inspection, including water and radon testing. I had a fantastic experience with Kirk and Sky Seals LLC. When looking for an inspector, we wanted to make sure everything was in good order as we were buying our dream house. Kirk spent over 6 hours on the inspection looking at and testing everything including drone work and thermal imaging. He then wrote a comprehensive report that was over 120 pages long including tons of photos. Most inspection reports are less than 30 pages. You get what you pay for and you would be wise not to skimp on your inspection that could save you tens of thousands of dollars in the future. Sky Seals LLC is a fantastic company!

Sky Seals weren't the cheapest quote we got - however you get what you pay for and when purchasing a home we felt saving a couple of hundred $'s wasn't as important as a comprehensive inspection. And the inspection helped us knock thousands of the purchase price.

Kirk was responsive (even calling us on the 4th of July!) and arranged the inspection quickly to meet out deadlines for closing. Kirk inspected every aspect of the home down to every faucet and power point and even did a drone inspection of the roof.

Sky Seals have also helped with a recommendation of a contractor for Radon Mitigation who was also excellent.
