Sky Power Wash

Whoever was driving this truck on June 13th at 12:30pm should be fired. They pulled out in front of me at the very last second on highway 92 going about 15 miles an hour. I was going to speed limit at 55, you could have waited. I slammed on my brakes so hard it hurt my neck and I was upset so I took the picture. Right after I took this picture, the ladder on the top on the truck flew off the roof and almost hit me head on. Luckily I swerved to the right. A nice lady waiting at the intersection got out of her car and moved the ladder out of traffic, and asked if I was okay.

Francisco and Carlos game out to clean my gutters and wash the windows today and did an amazing job! Very happy with the work and professionalism they both had. I will definitely have them come back again.

The team did a great job. They even got rid of the moss on bricks next to the driveway. Gave 4 stars only bc they didn't rinse off front door that had back splash from wash. Would hire again

I originally posted a review and took it down since I was mis informed. But weeks later they still prove to deserve a bad rating.

They have come out multiple separate times to rinse the windows that they destroyed with their bleach cleaner. There are streaks all over. Especially the windows with screens. Have you thought about using a ladder and removing screens? Or even a ladder in general to actually clean the higher levels?

Yesterday was my final straw. They were here yet again to rinse the streaky windows of caked on bleach. What did they do instead? Soaked EVERYTHING on my balcony, threw dirt all over the place causing me to have to reclean my balcony since they “couldn’t” do it the first time.

They never told my hoa they were spraying balcony’s, which I don’t know why they tried since they can’t see what they are doing.

This company only will do work from the ground. Their ladders are for show on the trucks.

Do yourself a favor and never higher them. Unless you want to clean everything twice.

They only get a 2 star because the cement walk ways look good. Maybe you should stick to that

I really hate leaving bad reviews and I wanted to give them a better one, but I have to be honest. They had to come out to my house 3 separate times m, just to pressure wash my driveway, sidewalk, and concrete pad in the back. The first two times they said their equipment broke half way through. The second time, the guys admitted that it looks like they did absolutely nothing on the first visit. The third visit, they got the job done. But the did not do the entire sidewalk like I asked them on the phone and in person multiple times. We have a corner lot and they did not go to the end of fence like asked. I make the job easy for them by moving all furniture, except my grill, which they said they would move. They didn’t. Or get behind the grill. Instead they left the dirt thatSPLATTERED all over my house. No joke. There is dirt splattered all over my home now. I will be having to clean it up today. I will not be using this company or recommending them. It was actually more work for me than it was for them I think.

After dealing with such nice people, I am sad to leave this review.
I scheduled in advance as my life is on schedule and worked with the company as I needed 2-3 nice days back to back to work on my outside project. When appointment came, they called to say they would not be able to come out right at their estimate arrival time.

Do they a lot of work for my development so was disappointed this occurred. After taking the day off, had planned for painting tomorrow that now have to cancel.

Once a company flakes on appointment, I don’t return.

Really like this company. Very happy with their services provided. We get our house exterior cleaned every few years. Especially on the North side, (high side / chimney side). They did our Christmas lights. Lights were professionally installed.

I was going to give Sky Powerwash 5 stars as overall, it was excellent work. One staff did all the work. He was very courteous and friendly, however, he broke one of our lamp post cover and wasn't going to say anything until I mentioned it. Now I will have to find a replacement. Overall, would still recommend.

I had my roof soft washed and gutters cleaned by Sky Power Wash. Justin was professional and helpful in explaining the roof cleaning process. He provided quotes for different cleaning packages. The two workers who did the cleaning were also courteous and professional. After the cleaning was completed, they walked me around the house to review their work. I was pleased with the results. I will continue to use Sky Power Wash in the future and recommend them.

I had my roof cleaned of moss and windows cleaned. Excellent work! Everything was cleaned up when he was done. Very nice people to work with and the price was good. Will have them back in the Spring for more cleanup!

Better than I imagined! The power washing, roof cleaning, and window cleaning (inside and out) were all excellent. Beyond that, the employees were personable, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Justin also referred me to a fine handyman. I am so relieved to have found outstanding people I can count on.

I’m happy with my roof cleaning. The 2 people who did our roofs were good to work with. The company could work on better communications between the office, the owner & the customer. Kind of slow & somewhat fragmented. But I would use them again in the future, and recommend them.

This is the third time I’ve had sky power wash out to clean my gutters. The first two times were wonderful. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about this third time. I had specifically asked before they arrive if I needed to cover the patio furniture I had just shampooed and was assured that no they would do that and that they would clean up Afterward. I came home to a mess. The furniture grass and patio were covered in debris. I came home to a large bucket in the middle of my driveway filled with pinecones. I assume they apparently wanted me to see what they removed, which I would’ve appreciated more had the left a picture instead of the bucket to dispose of .

The Sky Power Wash team was great! Showed up when expected, were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning house roof, garage roof and garage siding. I was happy with the job they did and will get them back for future work.

All the work was done to our satisfaction. Dylan (new to the team) did a great job in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with this company.

Dylan showed up on time and did excellent work. He moved potted plaints, furniture and mats as needed. He had me check to see if
everything was taken care of, as requested.
The office staff and the salesman determining the estimate were helpful and friendly. I will use their service again when needed.

Sky Power Wash was very responsive when I called to complain about the wash job on some of the windows-sent their guy back out the next day to resolve it. However, there were other issues. My wife saw the tech setting up to wash the windows on the bldg 2 doors from ours-she checked w him to make sure, per him the GPS had sent him there. Good news is that he did not wash their windows ! Our bldg-and the 2 next to ours-all have the address posted on the front. Once at our condo, he wanted to re-schedule because there was no water available-there are 2 hose bibs on the bldg in front, 1 hose bib in the front of the garage-which my wife showed him. Once he got here today, he said he did not realize that there were windows on the south side of the bldg-right around the corner from the windows he was washing on the front of the bldg ?!! Will not be using Sky Power Wash again.

David and his coworker did an excellent job cleaning our metal shake roof, skylights, and gutters. They were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They were careful with our foundation plants, deck, and property, and left everything looking clean and unharmed. Great company to work with. Thank you, Justin!

The roof “soft wash” might be the easiest $500+ that I have ever seen someone collect. An industrial bleach solution used with around 20 minutes of on-site labor; okay coverage with a couple of minor roof edges/corners missed. I have been DIY’ing this every three years or so but decided to try a service this year, and I always appreciate companies that teach me the value of my own work! Thanks.

Edit for owner response: The total came to $562.32, to be exact. I reviewed the service with my impressions in response to your invitation to do so. I appreciate the offer but am more likely to continue doing it myself. This is a relatively common experience for us now in the service industry generally. We recently had quotes for a routine replacement of a part on one of our trucks that came to over $300 before tax. We bought the OEM part for about $30 and had it changed out in half an hour. We're not interested in being auto mechanics, either, but we will do more of it if we're going to be paid that kind of money to.

David did an excellent job pressure washing our house, deck, and concrete. He was on time, professional, friendly, and a very hard worker. Everything he washed came out so nice and clean. Kelsey was wonderful helping us schedule the appointment. I

Been using Sky Power Wash for years. Justin and his team are the best! David Gonzalez and his partner just did our large driveway, gutters, roof/skylights, etc. and it looks like a brand new house. They cleaned up and left everything spotless and back in its place. Highly recommend.

Initially, Justin the owner came to my property to quote me a price for all the work I needed done. It was a pleasure meeting him and learning about his company.
Yesterday David and his crew came to work. This is the first time they have worked at my home. They did the most amazing job!! They power washed (soft washed) both of my roofs, washed the vinyl siding of my house, cleaned the deck, washed the windows and cleaned all the cement walkways. By far, this is the best company (in 40 years) I have done business with. So Pleased!! Thank you again to Justin, Kelsey, David and his crew!!

I want to edit this review as I was very disappointed when the representative came and did the work he quoted me $461.25 which I paid in full. A week later I got a bill from the company saying I owed $700 +. I don't know why there was such a difference or why they didn't even seem to know I already paid $461.25. This feels very unprofessional. I changed my review from 5 stars to 2. I have never experienced this from any professional before and I don't appreciate it.

Easy to work with, very responsive. Sky Power Wash had my house decorated within a week of the estimate and returned twice to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely do business with them again for this and other services.
