Chris and his team came back to do some repairs on some flooring that started to crack in a few places. They returned without hesitation to perform the work and did a great job with the repairs. Chris’ communication and timeliness was great which is critical for any contractor I do business with. Thanks again Chris!

The team Chris pulled together all knew each other and communicated with each other-this made for a smooth transition of painting, electrical, building portions of the project. They did a great job on my bathroom. Tore up old flooring, repaired subfloor, installed new flooring, installed new toilet, and hauled away all the demolition. Very happy with results and with this company!

Chris and his crew did an amazing job. My deck was 22 years old and in very bad shape. Actually it was really to collapse. Chris had to tear off the old addition. He then secured our old section of deck and reinstalled our posts and railings. Chris and his crew were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did the job way quicker than expected.
Once we are ready to replace our old deck, our first and only call will be to Skeyea’s flooring.

Chris and his guys did some work for my grandma’s new condo. They did the floors, fixed her existing deck, and tore out a jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a wall in shower. Although things happened that were out of his control with materials, he still provided wonderful service and did an amazing job with everything. He’s even come back a couple of times to fix some issues with her water in the bathroom (again, things out of his control). Definitely recommend

Fantastic workmanship!! Chris came and gave a bid on a tear down and rebuild of our 10’ x 16’ deck with an additional 10’x10’ add on for a hot tub! I paid him exactly what was quoted. He done the work in the time frame in which he said they would. Lines of communication were always open! Keep in mind we’re going from wood to composite decking. Him and his amazing team were able to make the vision we saw in our heads a reality! His team worked flawlessly together to ensure, not only quality wasn’t compromised, but also to ensure their efficiency to meet their deadline, which they did!! The deck looks AMAZING and we know it will last for many years to come!! Thank you Chris and a big thank you to your amazing team of builders!! YOU ALL ROCK!!! Chris and his guys done an excellent job with our deck remodel. We had him take down the existing deck, replace with composite and add in a 10 ft extension using composite with moisture barrier. It turned out beautiful. He kept us updated throughout the process, and the his quoted price was what we paid. Overall great experience and will definitely use him again for future projects!

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job fully converting a bare metal building to a 3 bedroom living area for our rental at P10Four Escapes. Highly recommended!

Chris came and tore down my old deck and rebuilt it with in a couple of days. At first the deck looked beautiful and I was so excited to have my deck. About two years later my deck is falling down and the boards are warping up. I am going to have to have someone else come repair it or (if it isn’t reinforced correctly in the first place) tear down and rebuild. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else because his work does look great at first glance but now has become a huge hazard for my family.

Chris did an amazing job on the floors in our local office/support center space. He was great to work with, and things were done in a timely manner! Bonus: the lack of mess left behind!

Chris and his team did an awesome job on the CedarVale Funeral Home inside Hit Springs Village, even worked the Fourth to complete the job so we could have a service for a family on Tuesday morning. Would recommend this team 100% inside or outside the village give them a call, and if you want to see their work in the Village just come by.
