We could not be happier with our roof replacement by Skagit Roofing. The initial quote was an open informative discussion about what we needed and wanted. The roofing crew spent 6 days on our relatively complex project. They were very hard working, respectful of our property, did a fantastic job and every day they left our home surroundings neat and tidy. Each day a site manager and project manager visited to ensure things were exactly as we wanted. The final invoice was exactly as quoted, even though some extra work had been done to make sure our flat roof (not part of the quoted project) was also in excellent shape.

It has totally restored our faith in being able to pay a reasonable price and getting an excellent professional service in return. Many thanks to everyone involved!!!

Can’t speak highly enough of the crew that did my roof. Professional, efficient and communicative. Project Managers and office checked in several times during the project. It often feels like you are disposable these days as a customer. It was not like that with Skagit Roofing; it was like these guys lived next door and it mattered to them that it was done right.

We’re very pleased with the quality and price of our roof replacement. The cost estimate was on par with others but, unlike others, the estimator took time to explain the work to be done and put it all in writing. No gimmicks. Communication throughout the process was good. The very professional roofing team completed all the work in two days. There was no goofing around. Those guys worked hard and continuously all day with a short lunch break. Excellent clean up at the end. I recommend them to others.

I don’t normally write reviews, but Skagit Roofing absolutely deserves some recognition for a job well done. The time had come to replace our roof, and my neighbor recently used Skagit roofing to replace his and was very pleased. I reached out to them and they were quick to respond and walk me through the process. They reached out on a Friday afternoon and said I was next in line and they were here Monday morning and ready to roll. They tore off, replaced 20 sheets of plywood that were damaged and had a new roof on within two days. Did a spectacular job with cleanup, sent pictures throughout the process and communicated extremely well. These pictures don’t do justice for how nice the roof looks, but you can certainly see the progress that was made. Skagit Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. They had to replace a few boards but got it done quickly. The clean up was amazing pretty sure my flower beds looked better than when they started. Had a wind storm blowing off a large portion of roof. Insurance asked me to get three quotes and skagit roofing by far was the easiest to work with and inexpensive as well. They came out 2 weeks later and replaced my roof. They were quick and in and out in 2 day. Had a chandelier fall while they were on the roof and they sent someone out with a new one to change it out right away. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

Skagit Roofing came over and got my new roof felted/dried in the day after I got it ready. Then they got right to installing the roof, but got snowed off and had to wait until it melted. After the Bomb Cyclone hit, causing damage to my roof that Skagit Roofing installed 3 years ago, they were my first call for the repair. My insurance company wanted to send someone up from Seattle to tarp it, but when I got the call back from Skagit Roofing confirming they would be coming out to do the repair estimate, I asked of they could tarp it. Not only did they get a crew out in a matter of hours that same day to stop further rain damage, they patched the holes instead of tarping the roof. The whole process was quick and painless, during a stressful time. I would definitely use them again for storm repairs or in 27 years when my roof will probably need to be replaced again.

Absolutely an incredible experience dealing with Skagit Roofing. During one of the major windstorms we have been having lately, our existing ridge caps were blown completely off on certain sections of the roof. I called Skagit Roofing immediately on Saturday 12/14. They were closed, but they took the time to call me back that day and within an hour John came by, wrangled up the ridge caps that had blown off, and installed them back onto our roof (all at their own discretion as I did not even ask them to do this). It was more of a "band-aid" fix until they had the time to properly come out to do the repair. The crew came out Wednesday 12/18/24 to properly repair the ENTIRE ridge cap, not just the sections that previously blew off. I want to give a genuine THANK YOU to Jim, John, Aryn, and the roofing crew for their promptness, compassion, and willingness to work with me to resolve our roofing issue. They were simply amazing to work with and I will recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. Also, I feel the price of the repair was more than fair. Overall, just an awesome experience. Even if all the asphalt shingles are the same from roofing company to roofing company; the quality and workmanship of Skagit Roofing was hands down 100% the best. So here’s the thing, I hired Skagit Roofing about a year ago. They did a three layer tear off and installed new sheeting and new roof. They scratched and dinged my brand new siding in the process. They came back out after I called them and they painted the sides of the house that had the issue. Ya they messed up, but they more then made it right. I hired them again this year to do a new home we bought and they did a phenomenal job quickly and professionally. The only roofing company I will use!

A gentleman named Ty, came out to give me an estimate. Which was a good price and said it would be next month for them to come out but he said he could put me on a stand by list. Which he called in a few days and was there the next week to replace my roof.
Aryn, the manager called me saying when they will be there and they were there on time. The roofing team found some issues and dealt with it, put in a 12 hour day, to finish the job in one day and did a great job on clean up. I would recommend Skagit Roofing for your next job.
They also bring their own porta potty so they don’t have to go in and out of your house!

We have had a most excellent experience with Skagit Roofing. They are a professional organization that we felt we could trust completely to do a great job based on research we did up front and they did not disappoint. In December, we knew we needed a new roof and they sent a representative out who walked the roof, took pictures to show us problem areas, and we followed up booking them to come tear off the old shingles and put on the new in the summer. We are now the recipients of a new roof that was very professionally handled. Care was taken to protect the house and grounds before the shingles came off and at the end of every day everything was beautifully cleaned up before the workers went home. The workers who did the hard stuff were great. They were focused and heads down throughout the whole job. One of my pet peeves about outdoor workers is when they bring their music with them and blast it all over the whole neighborhood. Not a single note was heard, just the sounds of people working hard. The men were friendly and kind and the person running the job got 100% from his workers without yelling and screaming. They were definitely a well oiled team. At the end of the 3 days required, we now have a beautiful new roof that we are very pleased with. Thank you, Skagit Roofing for a job well done!

I recently had Skagit Roofing come out to replace my Composite/Asphalt shingle roof and they did a marvelous job (no leaks yet). The crew was led by a gentlemen named Bonifacio who led a team of four additional guys who were able to perform the removal, replacement, and clean up in a single day.

Before starting the job the team placed tarps around my yard to catch the nails and make clean up much easier which I appreciated. After the work was complete they picked up the tarps, then used a blower to clean up the granules. As a last stage the team used a magnet to collect nails that fell off during removal and install. To be sure they removed all the nails they made three separate passes, and they did a great job.

Lastly, I’ll share that I requested two estimates, one from Peaks Roofing and one from Skagit Roofing. Both companies were recommended to me as quality roofers of which I have no doubt. However, the estimate from Skagit was for $12,050, and the estimate from Peaks was for $17,400, almost 50% higher cost for the same job.

Roof looks good but the crew wasn’t very thoughtful. I asked them to be mindful our grass as we have laid seed and are trying to grow it- left remnants of their lunch behind in our yard as well as white patches of paint. Moved things around our yard and didn’t put them back. Put fishing poles with hooks up against our kids trampoline- cleanup wasn’t done well I have still been picking up and finding random nails and chucks of debris. Lots of cigarette smoking was done frequently throughout the day by crew.

From start to finish, this was one of the easiest and stress-free home improvement projects. The process moved quickly and efficiently. Ty, was very knowledgeable on the products and gave clear guidance on why one product would not be good compared to others. Communication was kept throughout, not just a text or email, but a real phone call. We were out of town when they started and everyday I received phone calls to let me know when they arrived at the property and when they left, along with pictures daily of what had been accomplished. Once completed Ty made sure a complete inspection was completed along with a phone call and pictures of our amazing looking new roof. My neighbors were really impressed on how smoothly they worked, all maintained safety protocols throughout and was asked for the company's name for their own future projects. Can't put in words how well this project went.
