SJS is great to work with! Steve & Alyssa are always very responsive to the needs of our condo associations. Their estimates are very thorough detailing what was done & what needs to be done, including pictures. They follow up when completing a job with additional pictures as well. Very reasonable & professional!! As a property manager, they make my job a lot easier!
I use SJS Roofing & Construction at many of my Condominium Associations. The office staff is amazing and will answer any of my questions in a very timely manner. They first do a bid and address all the issues they find; they include pictures and a detailed description along with the cost. After they complete the project, they again give you a detailed list of what was done, with pictures. There is no job too small or too big from siding to gutters, roofing issues... their staff is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend SJS!
Our condo association has employed SJS innumerable times over this year, and last. We can safely say that they have done an exceedingly good job. They have been timely, professional, and thorough.
