Wonderful experience working with Curtis. Installed a new patio for us and everything worked out great. Was communicative, answered all our questions and was helpful throughout the process.

I hired Curtis to replace cement steps that were crumbling. Curtis was very easy to work with, gave me a fair price and is very professional. Also a very hard worker. I would use him again.

Curtis and his crew did a awesome job on my concrete work. I would recommend them to anyone . I seen the dedication Curtis has in the job he does from the beginning to the end. He is a person you can talk to, he listens to you and gives you the truth on what your questions may be. It is great to find a honest person /business owner out there now days. He comes back and checks the work done which some don't do ! I love the way he did my steps and patio in back and in front side walk /porch.

CY Tri-County is the real deal! We had CYTC come out to remove our detached 2 car garage concrete floor (and apron), as well as our patio. The crew showed up on a Wednesday and did all of the concrete removal and haul away in the garage and the patio. Thursday, they were back at it to prep both spots for the concrete pour - scheduled for the next day.

The day of the pour, the crew was back in the early morning, making the finishing touches before the concrete arrived.

The pour went flawlessly and the finishing work was completed that same day. The guys took great care to clean everything up when they were finished.

I have since given 5-6 different people the number to CY Tri-County Construction - after seeing how my job turned out.

They do excellent work - and they stand behind it too!

My mom and dad, who are in their 70s, hired this company to install 2 small kitchen countertops and a garbage disposal and were quoted $800. An installer and a “trainee” showed up the first day. At the end of 7 hours the first day they had just gotten the countertops installed and had to come back to install the garbage disposal. It took 6 hours for them to install the garbage disposal on the second day. After the job was finished, my parents were told that the bill was now 1500 because he had a “trainee” there and because it took 2 days. This was easily a 1 day job for 1 person and the agreed amount was to be 800. This was an attempt to hustle senior citizens out of more money because the person/people he sent couldn’t install a simple garbage disposal. SCAM ARTIST. Consider looking for a different contractor for your work.

Curtis and his team did a marvelous job repairing a previous bathroom remodel. They not only fixed the plumbing, they mended the wall that they had to go through so well that I can't even see where they mended it. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I intend on having them do more work for us.

Curtis and Team did a wonderful job on our bathroom. They were a pleasure to work with, very easy to communicate with, and above all wanted to make sure we were happy with the project. Would highly recommend.

Curtis, Mark and their team at CY Construction are not only very reasonably priced, they do TOP NOTCH work and do it right. They do not sacrifice quality at any level and really explain the materials they choose to use. I bought the tile and bathroom materials myself to try to prep ahead of time for the remodel but some key things that I learned from this project are 1) Learn the differences between tile i.e. glass versus porcelain 2) Learn how to look at the tile boxes for matching dye lots 3) Trust the design ideas from the builders (niche suggestion as well as tile accent rug from Curtis and Mark). Because of the experience we had with CY Construction, we will have them back in the spring for our kitchen remodel.

UPDATE - Kitchen and half bath remodel pictures added. Now our home feels comfortable and complete.

Curtis and his team did a really wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. He was very quick to come and give me an estimate, and came to begin work shortly after. Mark did an amazing job with the tile work and fixing some preexisting issues with my already demolished/unusable bathroom. I wasn’t sure exactly what materials I needed to purchase, but Curtis and Mark helped me plan it out and create a list of what I needed to complete the job.

I believe CY Tricounty Construction was very fair in pricing and was very tentative to my requests. Even after project completion, Curtis checked back in to see if everything was functioning properly and if I was happy with it.

I am very pleased with how my bathroom turned out, and will use them in the future for other projects! Thank you CY Tricounty Construction!

Had my kitchen backsplash completed. They were very professional and timely and I was able to get my job done just a couple of weeks after the estimate. Employee was very professional and did amazing work.

Curtis and his crew are a group of hard working individuals that did an amazing job on my driveway and patio. Curtis is really nice to work with. He communicated what is being done and makes sure it is what you desire as a result. I could not be more pleased with the work done and highly recommended their service.

I contacted CY Tri County Construction after a referral from a friend, to come to our home and provide any estimate for a new front stoop and walkway. I was directed to Curtis. After a few Facebook messages on his business page which I was instructed to make contact through, I sent a text, which did not get a response initially. I received a text message after a second attempt informing me that he would reach out the following Friday to arrange a time for a Saturday estimate. At 8PM on Friday I still had not heard from Curtis and so I reached out asking if a Saturday estimate would still work. He responded unprofessionally, telling me he “just got home from laying concrete and “ And I almost forgot that I had to do that tonight so I probably have a lot of people waiting for me to get back to them I will figure it out as soon as possible”. His attitude of dismissal of the importance of my time and being able to plan to be available for a consultation and estimate, and acting as if our potential business was an inconvenience to him was off putting to say the least. If you are going to give a prospective client a time frame, you meet it, or make contact to explain why the expectation set forth by you was not met. I promptly informed him we would no longer need his services, to which he responded with “I just got done stamping a patio and it’s beautiful... I’m sorry you changed your mind.” I would not recommend attempting to work with this company if you expect professionalism and follow up.

Curtis and the guys at C.Y. Tri County Construction did a great job. I highly recommend using them and I will be using them again for my next project.

CY Tricounty Construction was fabulous. Curtis far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Very attentive to detail on the setup of the floor to the finished grouting. Instead of just tiling over what looked like a questionable sub-floor, Curtis suggested we pull it to assure it was solid. It wasn’t. So the project scope grew some but he was fair and we now have a solid base for the tile that will last a good long time.

We will use CY Tricounty for any future project we encounter.

These guys did my parents back yard side walk and patio. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them again.

Curtis helped my grandma whose too old to go out a shovel on her own. He did everything he was supposed to and always very nice and very professional! I'd recommend him to anybody!
