I highly recommend Sinay Roofing. Not only did they put a new roof on my house they also put a new roof on my mother's house. The quality of their work was exceptional, cost was very reasonable, the workers worked very hard and cleaned the area after the job was completed. Mr. Sinay answered all e-mails quickly and answered all questions completely. When I asked my mother how she felt about the work that was done on her house she stated " I miss him". "He did a great job, his workers were very professional and I am glade that I selected him to put my roof on".

Sinay Roofing did an excellent job. They had my roof on within 2 weeks of giving us an estimate. The workers were thorough and courteous. Sinay worked with us to correct a leak problem with our chimney that was apart from the original roof replacement. This was at no additional charge and strengthened our warranty coverage. I had to replace the roof my dad’s house in Buckhannon, WV. It was extremely hard to find a licensed and insured contractor. Multiple times, I was about to commit to a contractor to have them suddenly withdraw from consideration. I reached out to Sinay Construction (Morgantown, WV) on a Sunday afternoon by email and phone. They responded within an hour. By the evening, I had a complete contract including product specification, warranty, certificate of insurance, and license. I really needed them to come on a specific day. They met my scheduling request (& the weather cooperated). Sinay Construction was on-site first thing in the morning. They completed the job in one day. I needed to provided photos and documentation to the buyer’s bank. Sinay Construction provided full documentation within hours of finishing the job. Every interaction was professional. They may appear pricier than other options. However, they use a quality product, are licensed, provide a warranty, and are very professional. I highly recommend Sinay Roofing.

Sinay Roofing LLC came in with a fair bid knowing our roof was in very poor shape. After the old roofing material was removed, it was discovered the entire roof needed to be re-decked. Again, Sinay Roofing came in with an additional fair bid. The amazing part is the hard working crew was still able to complete the job in two work days. The crew did an outstanding job cleaning up the grounds after completing the roofing job. Highly recommend hiring this company for your roofing needs.

This company was very fast to provide an estimate of work. All of the work was done fast and Sharon was great with communication of some of the unexpected issues that they found with our VERY old roof. Overall, great work and we highly recommend their services.

Sinay Roofing were prompt, responsive, affordable, and best of all, NICE. The shingles are still settling, but from the ground they look great! They have also provided a guarantee to stand by their work should anything arise with materials or workmanship. They cleaned up demolition quickly, and installed the new shingles in a day and a half. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and would recommend their services to all those in need of a roofing professional.

We contacted Sinay for a roof leak because of his excellent reviews on Google. While he said he was very busy he took the time that day to look at our roof and made an offer to repair and caulk the leak. Price-wise, for same day service, we happily paid approx $140 so my husband wouldn't need to go to Lowes for supplies and get up on the roof. Mr Sinay told us our roof needed replacement in the near future, which it will, and we got an estimate for that job. It's been a month now and the leak is not repaired.
My husband got on the roof and was very unhappy with the quality of the repair. Caulk was applied but not 'feathered" to smooth and fill the space and Mr. Sinay completely missed the place where the water is seeping in. Maybe he didn't think my husband would be on the roof to inspect the job? If the leak was fixed he wouldn't have had to. Couldnt see calling him back and paying more. So my husband got the caulk and supplies and will climb up on the roof today and redo the job correctly. Sinay did not live up to his 5-star review...at least not for a repair.

Sharon is frank and honest with you. He is trust worthy and does a great job for a very reasonable amount. No wonder he is busy. However , he will get the job done.
I had my roof done and he guarantees it. If there are problems, you can call him and he will attend to it. Even another contractor who does roofing says he does a good job which is great to know.

If you want superior work at a reasonable price, you need to contact Sinay roofing. They were finished surprisingly fast, but they did not sacrifice quality. They even followed up afterwards to ensure satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Sinay Roofing was efficient, cost effective and high quality. Owner, Sharon Sinay was very good to work with. Sinay Roofing installed a new roof on my house in Morgantown and they did a really good job. The job was done very efficiently and their cleanup was great. I have installed several roofs in my past but didn't have the time or help for this one. My follow-up inspection of their work showed their high quality.

Roof was done quickly and in line with market pricing. We got a lot of estimates and Sinay wasn't the highest or the lowest. They had good reviews so we went with them. The reason for the low rating is the approach to doing business. We went with this company to do the roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. He broke it out into 2 separate contracts, one for the roof and one for the remaining work. Not much thought was given on his part to anything besides the roof the entire time leading up to completion. We kept asking and asking about the remaining, to which we only received minimal response. They got to work bright and early on the day of the roofing, but tell us THAT DAY they're backed up on the remaining work and will take a while to get on the schedule. 4 weeks go by and nothing. When we finally talk he tells me the work can't be completed and offers do it for almost 3 times the price originally quoted. I don't care the reasons behind it, but when you quote someone a price you stick with it and stand behind your name and work. He hustled us to get the roofing job, now we're stuck trying to find someone else to get the work done and I'm going to end up paying 30% more than I'd been quoted from other people. If you want just a roof they're reasonable, got it done in a day and fairly nice people. If you need something else done just stay away because he only cares about getting your roofing business.

Best roofing company in Morgantown and not a close second. Prompt service and the most reasonable prices around. Will use for all future roofing needs.

All I can say is wow - it's really possible to get a new roof in 1 day. Sharon's crew worked from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM to get my roof done in 1 day like they promised. They removed 2 layers of old roofing, replaced some rotted plywood, put on the new roof, and cleaned everything up. Sinay Roofing is by far the best, most dependable contractor I have ever worked with. Do yourself a big favor, and call Sinay when you need a new roof - you won't be disappointed.

Can’t say enough great things! So quick but they also take great care. We even got a free upgrade on shingles after the estimate. They were the lowest estimate by far. Had a small leak after the first heavy rain in the original problem area. He answered the phone that evening (we were expecting to leave a voicemail) and said he would be there first thing in the morning. He was true to his word and arrived early the next morning and the problem was corrected within hours and have had no problems since.

They respond quickly to requests for estimates, coming to the project site and conducting a thorough investigation prior to putting together any numbers.
Once hired, they schedule the job in a timely manner, and when they are out on the job, they are professional and courteous. Once the job is complete (within 1 day !!!! ) , they clean up and leave as though no one had been there. Finally, the roofs always look terrific and keep out the rain and snow.
