I had an issue with my insurance company. I had to fix issues on my roof or lose home owners coverage. After climbing up the ladder i found the problem was bigger than i could handle myself. I put out word on social media for references and suggestions and Simpson roofing responded quickly. The owner, Mr. Simpson was at my house the next afternoon and provided a fair estimate. They even dealt with the insurance company to keep my policy active. The crew arrived even when there was still snow in the roof and repaired the issues quickly and above my satisfaction. All they left behind were footprints in the snow. If you are still reading this, obviously I highly recommend Simpson Roofing.

We never had an issue getting in touch with them. The workers were fast, efficient and they took extra time during clean up to ensure that no nails or debris were left on the property. This was very important to us as we have small children. The new roof and gutters look great and came with a warranty. Excellent experience and job done on my residence. From the initial consultation with Jeremey, to scheduling with Emmy in the office, to the final product, I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate all of my questions being answered as the start date drew near, and talking me through parking arrangements for the crew to get in/ out and materials staged, so I could still come and go to work. My home and driveway was never held hostage, which I was concerned with before starting. Above all though, my biggest relief was not being “scared” into replacing my roof. Jeremey inspected my roof, told me what he thought, worked up a couple proposals, and gave me the time to decide. Once I decided, the crew got here quickly and knocked it all out in 2 days. I was informed every step of the way during the process and at one point when an issue arose from the previous installers, Jeremey informed me of what he found (he took pictures and videos), presented options so I could make an informed decision, and we moved forward. The roof looks great, my property was cleaned up thoroughly, and Jeremey came back when it was all said and done for a final walkthrough and to answer any remaining questions.
