All County Window Cleaning

We hired All County to do a house wash. The day before we got a confirmation phone call and, at that time, I mentioned I had cameras outside the home along with solar panels to charge them. I was told Tyler will be the one at the home and he's been with the company for years. He will bag and tape over them to keep them protected. Unfortunately, that never happened as I'm watching from my cameras (I wasn't home). I called immediately and told the representative what was going on. She seemed so surprised and told me to hold on. She tried to call Tyler, but he wasn't responding, she had stated (because he was washing my house still). I was told I would be called back. That never happened. A few days later, the bill came and I decided to email the company because I was frustrated with the experience. Dave called me with regards to the email with apologies and he spoke to Tyler. Use this company cautiously since what they promised never happened.

Chip is dedicated and exacting in his job performance and the results are indicative of his experience and ability. The house is clean and there’s no trace of him being here

his year we employed All County Window Cleaning to clean the windows on our two story home. 26 windows in all, the window cleaning arrived on time and went to cleaning our windows...this was a plus after others showed up late or never showed up at all. All windows look fantastic and we will utilize their service in the fall. Cleaned up afterwards, we recommend them.

They always take time to point out if there’s any issues with any windows, and this time we ask them to scrape lots of decals off of some of our windows that we kept up, so birds wouldn’t hit them.
