Home Restoration
I am so pleased to be writing this review about Simplified Restoration and the excellent service I received during the restoration of my home.

While I was out in California for a few days, the main water line in my upstairs bathroom broke. It ran for many hours before it was discovered by a neighbor. My first response when I got the call was panic. Then I called to get an emergency plumber to my home, and then called the insurance company who sent out an emergency water restoration group. That took several days.
While that was going on, I started looking for a construction company who would be able to come in and restore my home…it was badly damaged with the finished basement destroyed. The upstairs took a big hit too; especially, my bathrooms kitchen and floors, and much more. In addition, my home is an older home and it needed to be brought up to todays building codes.
I called a friend who was also in construction and told him what had happened. He immediately recommended Simplified Restoration and said they could do this job. They were called and TJ the owner, and Sherika, project manager, came to my home to assess the damage. When they got to my home TJ did a thorough inspection of my home and showed me all the things that would have to be done. He was obviously, very experienced and knowledgeable regarding restoration and what had to be done after this type of water damage. After his thorough and confident assessment, I knew they were the ones I wanted restoring my home. Hiring SR was the best decision I could have ever made.
All of the subcontractors that were brought in to help restore my home were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, very experienced and their workmanship was excellent!
The customer service that TJ, the owner and Sherika the project manager and those they hired was outstanding. They made sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. They paid close attention to all the details and the communication between us was always positive and direct. I could call them and ask questions or have a concern and it was always addressed. I really appreciated the times when I was having a hard time deciding that TJ would step in and make things happen in a very positive way. Just seemed to know what was needed next!!
Also, Sherika was excellent in handling all the details with my insurance company. There was so much to be done, and I am so grateful she was the expert and handled all of that for me.
When the work was complete, I moved back into a beautiful home that is above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and caring they were. Their integrity showed in every aspect of the restoration of my home.

Simplified restoration was extremely helpful with the explanation of hail damage process for me! They were very knowledgeable and professional!

Had a storm cause hail damage to our property. Was referred to Simplified by a neighbor. The roof their crew was good except they didn’t do the permit process correct so it wasn’t approved. The insurance paid for better than off the shelf windows so they custom ordered windows. They measured wrong so the windows didn’t fit. So they ran to HD and bought the cheap ones instead. They repainted the exterior and it was peeling around the one year mark. The barn had a metal roof that now leaks more than when it was hail damaged. The trim blew off in the wind because they only used a couple screws. The gutters fell off the barn because they used short screws.

We tried getting them to fix the problems and they would always respond “we are working on getting you on the schedule.” Until I gave up and quit calling. They seem nice and responsive but they don’t back their work.

Edit: thank you for the response. I have the correspondences that I kept getting put off requesting you come repair. You said you would put the repair on the schedule and never come out. I followed up to request the repair and the response was “ we got busy and will try to come out next week” and never did.

I want to let you know how impressed I am with Simplified Restoration and thank you for recommending them. They did a phenomenal job on my house. In the intense heat, they all worked long and hard and were very efficient. Their clean up was also above and beyond. I’ve found absolutely no nails or debris which could harm my two dogs. I’ve worked with companies in the past where I was finding nails and sharp objects months after the fact.

If I need any other work done in the future, (even non-insurance related), I am going to call TJ. His company is easy to work with and they provided an excellent product as well as service. I say these things as I work for an award winning company in customer service so I recognize a job well done.

When mother nature decided to wreak havoc on our house TJ was there to fix it. Not only did we need a new roof, but also gutters and siding. Being a newer homeowner, I've never had to deal with filing an insurance claim. I've heard horror stories about insurance not paying...not in our case...TJ was amazing with the communication to my insurance company and they paid for EVERYTHING! TJ got to work right away and roof was repaired within weeks.

I also used his guys to fix some drywall issues and they were very professional and got the job done quickly. You can't even tell work was done, the texture on the wall matches perfectly.

Simplified Restoration is hands down the way to go! I'll definitely being using them again!

Simply stated, TJ and his team are everything the others promise and more! TJ is responsive, knowledgeable, goes far beyond, has skilled staff and follows up with quality control. I called TJ after a storm due to a leak in our garage, TJ responded immediately and found the our 2nd floor windows were causing the leak. Rather than walking away, TJ called his team to come caulk our windows to hold until we could get them replaced. This is just one of the many examples of his respect and loyalty to his customers. We have contracted Simplified Restoration for far more than our roof. TJ and his team have painted the exterior of our home, laid cement, stained our deck - twice, replaced a skylight, gutters and down spouts. Simplified Restoration, TJ and his team are on our speed dial. No one compairs to their service and customer care. If you want what you pay for TJ is the person to call.

This is a bit late in coming but I highly recommend Simplified Restoration! We recently had a leak on the roof in our garage and our gutters were leaking from a few corners. I reached out for roofer recommendations on Next Door and TJ (the owner) reached out. He and Martin came out a couple of days later and inspected the area that was leaking and the gutters. Martin took pictures and TJ not only explained everything in detail and answered questions while he was there; he also texted the photos to me with a detailed explanation of the problem, what needed to be done, and the price (very reasonable IMO). The gutters only needed to be cleaned out and re-sealed at the corners (another roofer told me they needed to be replaced). The leaky roof was just removing the original flashing and felt that was installed improperly, and replacing it with waterproof lining and properly installing flashing over it. Martin took photos of the entire process and completed work, and then sent them to me. TJ and Martin are very professional, very nice people. Martin even came out on a Sunday morning to do the work before the weather turned bad. It's rained several times since the repair and I am happy to say, no leaks! I would most certainly recommend this company and do business with them again.

We used Simplified Restorations to replace our roof a year after a big storm came through. TJ, the owner, met with us to do his initial inspection, and then came back and worked with our insurance inspector when he reviewed the damage. Not only did they find damage on the roof, there was damage to part of the gutter, and even a window screen on the back of the house. They were both incredibly thorough - it was nice to have TJ there with the insurance company. The process was very smooth and went off without a hitch. After we received the check from our insurance company, we scheduled the repair for just a week later. Taking down the old roof, gutters and downspouts, and putting on the new roof happened in one day! I definitely thought it would take longer, but it was so nice to get it all taken care of in one day! When the inspector from the City came out to do the final inspection, he said the roof looked great. TJ handled everything with the final reconciliation to the insurance company, so we didn't have to do anything! I highly recommend Simplified Restorations and will definitely use them again in the future.

Simplified Restorations did my roof, gutters and some painting and deck work after a hail storm. They worked with my insurance company and adjuster, making my end painless and easy. The workers were friendly and my yard was cleaned up when they were finished. This is important to me since I have a dog; I did not find one nail in my yard when they were finished. I would recommend them highly.

TJ was EXTREMELY professional! He met with us at our home to review the plan and was super patient despite our toddler screaming in the background. He is very detail oriented and goes over every aspect of the project so you fully understand. Honestly not over exaggerating, TJ is a great communicator and made the entire process of getting a new roof effortless! I cannot say enough good things about Simplified Restoration! October of 2019 we were under contract to sell our house. It was discovered during inspection that the roof needed to be replaced. It was incredibly complicated (aka stressful), because we were trying to coordinate everything with our realtor, the buyers, and our insurance adjuster. We were told by several people that there was no way we were going to be able to get the roof replaced in time for closing. When we contacted Simplified Restoration, Sherika was able to get someone out that day to inspect the roof and get us a quote. Then they met with our insurance adjuster and helped coordinate all the details there. By the time our insurance company okayed the claim, we were running out of time before our closing date. TJ, Sherika, and the rest of the team were able to remove the old roof and install a whole new roof in just a couple days (in spite of early Colorado snow storms that decided to add some stress to the situation). Throughout the entire process, they stayed in contact with our realtor and us so that we knew everything that was going on. In the end, they made the impossible happen. They got it done with time to spare and the buyers were happy with the new roof they were getting. I seriously can’t recommend them enough!

They were great from the start to the finish! Many contractors gain your business by promising the world and start out good then the further into the project they start not showing up when they say they will or start putting other stuff in front of you because they know they have you on the hook now. This is not the case with Simplified Restorations. They were great from the start to the finish! It’s quality work and great customer service. The pricing is very fair and all the details are handled by them. I have had many home projects done by multiple contractors, simplified was better than all of them. They will get my call first for any future projects.
