Exterior Stucco - Simon Construction faced the 2-story structure of the Lockwood Opera House Condominium, Northfield, MN as well as a 4-bay garage structure. He has been generous with his time and help.

John did a complete remodel on our master bath. I had some idea of what I wanted, but John helped with ideas that made it better than I could imagine. He is meticulous and his work is of the highest quality. I would use him for any project we have.

Jon was our most reliable and attentive sub contractor. He has an outstanding reputation in our community. Jon can do about any type of construction, but he also knows how to do stucco, which is an art. There is an old saying, "there is nothing better than stucco if it's done right, but there is nothing worse than stucco if it's not done right". No matter how bad we wanted stucco, we decided if we couldn't get Jon to do our new home, we would have used a different type of construction.

Has done several jobs for us including roof replacement & soffit repair. Always on time & provided excellent quality work. Did a great job working with our insurance company. Would recommend to all.

Over the years, Jon Simon has done exterior dryvit repair, patch and match work around our condominium building. He is thorough and he is dedicated to doing an excellent job. He is a good listener to the needs of the customer and committed to an end product that is seamless. This is not easy with stucco work. I would not hesitate to hire Jon for any of our construction needs.

Jon Simon did extensive repair on our stucco home and recoated the entire house. His work is meticulous and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jon. Not only did he do outstanding work, he is just an all around nice guy.

Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on patching our stucco after removing a window. Time and care was put into his work to get a patch that matched the original stucco as close as possible. He was very receptive to all my questions and easy to work with.

We had built our home 10 years prior when our stucco started falling off. We called Jon and he came to see what needed to be done. We were amazed at how well he was able to repair the damage and how it flowed seamlessly from old to new!! We have since had Jon back twice to stucco 2 different additions again a PERFECT job. Best stucco company in Minnesota by far.. I built my home in 2005 and Jon Simon and his crews stuccoed my entire homes exterior and even did some interior stucco in the porches. 15 yrs later still looks great !

We bought a new home and Jon’s team came in to repair stucco on a deck post. Awesome work from start to finish. They worked neat and kept us up to date while working at our home. Matching the color of the existing stucco is an art. Jon mixed up a number of different batches until we we’re happy.
