Silver State has done five projects for us, including one completed this morning. They constructed a large pergola over our large back patio, one over our outdoor kitchen with a great overhead light, one over a side patio outside our NextGen quarters, three very helpful sun shades on three large windows on the west side of our house, and now a roll up/down sun shade to protect the side patio from the hot afternoon summer sun. Silver State does truly and consistently outstanding work and has not only made the exterior of our home absolutely gorgeous but also more energy-efficient. They are extremely respectful of us and always make the work site neat/clean when done. We are SO proud of their finished work product that we have shown it to several neighbors with our highest recommendation. In each case the neighbor has gotten and accepted a bid for Silver State to do their project - and they have thanked us for recommending them. Also, they worked with an excellent electrical contractor to install the light in our outdoor kitchen patio cover, two ceiling fans under the large back patio cover and a more powerful patio light at the back patio than the one that came with our house. Not only has the work Silver State did made our home more beautiful and a true oasis for our enjoyment, it has added significant value to our property. Without hesitation, we recommend Armando and his crew for your patio covers! Armando designed and built three patio covers for us. (On our project, Armando worked in coordination with CFL Construction who did our patio pavers at the time and they worked as a great team!) Two of the structures have electrical boxes incorporated in a column for plugging in water fountains, decorative lighting, etc. plus wiring was done for an outdoor ceiling fan. The preparation and workmanship for the structures was done competently and in a very timely fashion. We also included two electric-driven sun screens that Armando made sure fit just right! We love the aluminum material for ease of maintenance and the insulated roof panels are fantastic for maintaining a cool patio in the summer sun.
