Signum Enterprise came to my house and helped me fix my crumbling chimney. They did a great job and cleaned after their work was done. No more leak and no more clogged chimney

Matt is great - I called 6 roofing companies when my roof started leaking. Matt was the best person by far.

He has been incredibly helpful—he spoke to my insurance agent when they declined to cover the storm damage and was not pushy with me at all. His prices are great but I felt the most confident moving forward with him because he took the time to answer all my questions.
His team was very polite and fixed my leaky roof on a cold February morning where the high was 20 degrees! I am so grateful for them.

Additionally, my roof leaked again after the repair. I texted Matt that night and he came over the very next morning to take a look. He fixed a patch around my window without any additional charge and told me I could call him any time.

It can be hard to know who to trust when it comes to home repairs but Matt and his team were honest, reliable, and easy to work with. 5/5 stars!

Matt is professional and responsive and pricing is not excessive. Weather is always a factor in his business but he keeps you up to date with scheduling. Michael who did the repair work on our deck is great. He is knowledgeable, capable, thorough and very hard working. They’re also adaptable since repair work like our job uncovers the unknown that we knew could need extra work. Signum is our new go to contractor.

I had to replace my deck because the boards and the framing underneath was rotted. I called Signum for an estimate and they were very responsive and really educated me on the process of work and every detail of the project. We chose composite decking and vinyl railing as it came with a better warranty and is a less headache for us to maintain. Thanks for everything guys

I did a lot of research when choosing a roofing company. I chose them because Matt explained everything thoroughly and his team did a great job on my roof. Their price was fair and they were GAF certified so I got a 50 year warranty though them. I always use Signum team for my projects since then.

We had Signum replace our old aluminum siding with new vinyl siding on our house and garage, and also replace roof shingles and gutters. They were professional, responsive and efficient, and were able to complete all of the work along with removing all debris from the property in less than 2 weeks.
