Our rather old fireplace insert was starting to disintegrate, so on the recommendation of our handyman, we called Signature Roof and Chimney. Jesse and Blake were very prompt in getting back to me and making an appointment to come out and look at the situation. After all was said and done, they ordered all the parts to replace the insert plus glass doors that were new to the fireplace. We also had them sweep the chimney while they were here. We have a lot of confidence in their work and it looks great!

SERIOUSLY!!!! #1 Roof guys around. We had a leak start in a bedroom during this last big rain storm. I was given thier number by my brother inlaw. I gave them a call that night. They rushed out the next morning and fixed the problem immediately. The best part in my opinion was they didn't waste either of our time. They didn't come out and just tarp it 1 day and say they would be back to fix later, like every other company would of done. I guess we got lucky they had time immediately. It worked out so good we are going to have them do full replacements of our roofs on 3 of our buildings soon. Don't waste your time calling around. Blake and Jesse are two very professional, polite, hard working, courteous and talented individuals. After having two bad experiences with contractors, these two were definitely a God send. They were on time, worked hard all day, great pricing and did excellent work. They installed tongue and groove on the walls and ceiling to my outdoor kitchen. It looks so awesome! Next I am hiring them to install the stacked stone for the fireplace wall. And they also will build an island for the outdoor kitchen for the BBQ, fridge, recycling /garbage and drawers!! I don’t think there is anything these two can’t do. Their workmanship is perfect and they take pride in their work. Highly recommend if you are needing ANY work done. Blake and Jesse are your guys, you won’t go wrong hiring these two!

Signature was quick to respond and get over to the house when we had some leaks around our chimney. They came over, gave me an estimate and told me they’d be back in a few hours to start. Once the work was done they cleaned up very well also which is important to me.

On the house they repaired an ill-fitting piece of the chimney, performed a chimney sweep, and even helped block a stink bug invasion this summer by sealing holes at the top of some very high windows.

A great job done. They were professional and straightforward about our options with our aging & crumbling chimneys. They kept us in communication when parts were needed. In our case, we had them remove the fireplace and gas vent chimneys from 1940's era house, but our home's integrity is intact, and looks good. We felt the price was reasonable for such an extensive job.

Jesse and Blake were amazing to work with and I can’t recommend them enough! In January 2024 I discovered a leak in my primary bedroom and I contacted Signature Roof and Chimney late in the afternoon. Jesse and Blake came out first thing the next morning and located the source of the leak – an ice dam in the valley of the shared roof between mine and my neighbor’s townhomes. They cleared the dam, took all necessary photos and provided a very reasonable repair estimate for my home insurance claim. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about and helpful in explaining how shingles on a flat roof valley are not recommended and that area of the roof should have a membrane to prevent water from seeping under the shingles, which can cause major leaks. Jesse followed up with me on a regular basis while my claim was being processed so we could get the roofing job scheduled in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for better communication or for a better team to complete the work on my roof. They were also ready and willing to talk to my insurance adjustor, my neighbor and his insurance company throughout the process and were happy to split the billing between the two properties to alleviate me having to be the middleman between all parties. Additionally, when my neighbor asked them to give him an estimate to replace his roof they found black mold throughout his attic and when I asked Jesse to check my attic to be safe, he didn’t hesitate to do that on the day they repaired the valley (thankfully no mold on my side!). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jesse and Blake for future jobs as they were truly outstanding! Thanks, guys!

I hired Signature off of a cold call. I happened to see them working on another project and stopped to talk with them about giving a bid for work that I wanted to have performed. My whole experience with them, from start to finish on my siding/window project was professional, honest, and real. We discovered we had leaking siding with dry rot on the sheathing underneath. Because the sheathing is under the siding, it is difficult to know exactly how much damage was done and what the overall costs would be. Signature Roof and Chimney provided us with a very good and honest estimate before the job and did excellent work both repairing the damage as well as making sure they had discovered the full extent of the damage so we wouldn't have any nasty surprises in the future. They were very efficient and easy to work with. I recommend them unreservedly for any siding or roofing work you might need done on your home.
