Haven’t had work done but all of my experiences with each and every worker has been very inviting, kind, professional, greeted me with a firm handshake, and does a great job of communicating with people. I trust these people and recommend others to lean towards signature home services if you need work done!

the guys who came and did my roof were awsome the did a great job and made sure the yard was rel clean before they left id refer them to anyone needing a roof!!

From start to finish Signature was very professional and the workmanship was top notch. We had delays do to the weather in Minnesota and Signature never pressured me for additional payments before the work was complete. I would highly recommend them.

Our roof and gutters, downspouts look beautiful. Shane immediately answered our questions and solved a concern (downspouts were cut too short). The next day the crew was out to cut longer extensions. No problems matching our siding. Roofing crew was on time, and CLEANED UP after themselves. We would highly recommend Signature Home Services. Shane was always on time for appointments and is very knowledgeable about his product and the process of dealing with insurance companies. A smaller company with customer care at the forefront. They just did our roof, it looks wonderful. They worked hard, communicated clearly, delivered on time. They were very careful and protected all of our gardens and windows before starting the job. At clean up time the whole crew did several walk throughs checking for materials. I am very impressed with their attention to detail.

I’m surprised there are positive reviews for Signature Home Services. We had a bad experience with our kitchen remodel. There were so many missteps we felt as if they had not done this before. There were significant delays for which we were left guessing as to why and how long. When demo and installation finally began, we were told our project timeline was 6-8 weeks. Five months later, it was still not done, and we had to hire other contractors to complete unfinished work as well as tear out and re-install the tile backsplash and window trim due to sub-standard work. Poor communication, poor workmanship and a lack of accountability and transparency persisted throughout the duration of the project. I recommend you look elsewhere for quality services.

Signature Home Services was great to work with on our hail claim. We had our roof, siding, gutters and windows replaced. They were easy to deal with and communicated well throughout the whole process. We dealt with Brandon, Jesse, BJ and Josh and they were all great guys to work with going above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

Brandon Mogel did a great job. He was professional and had great communication with us which made the process easy for my family on the repairs made to our home. He feels like he is part of our family. The crews were respectful, did great work and cleaned up and protected our property. Also a shout out to BJ, the production manager. He also made the process easy as well for when the crews were out.

Was concerned the roof was leaking. BJ came out and determined it was a condensation issue. Added a vent and bleached some mold areas. Prompt and professional.

Signature did our roof and gutters — could not have gone more smoothly. The work was exceptional but best of all the communication was too! Friendly and professional.

My experience with Signature has been awful. My roof was replaced in May and they didn’t finish the job until November. I expressed from day 1 that I needed not only my roof but also fascia taken care of. I asked the sales gal, Tara, to find out for me if that was covered under insurance or wouldn’t be. I knew it was likely not to be, but wanted that information ahead of time. She ended up dropping the ball and I never saw her again. One of the other reps told me she left the company, only to later find out she hadn’t actually left?? Anyway, Jesse then took over as main point of contact and said he thought there was enough damage to have it be covered under insurance. Long story short and LOTS of back and forth with no real answers, it wasn’t covered and we were expected to pay an extra $5,000. I had been working with Signature since my estimate in April and only was told about the $5,000 cost in NOVEMBER. And I reached out to my insurance to ask if fascia was ever inquired about from Signature. It wasn’t. Signature never inquired with my insurance to see if they could cover the fascia, though they told me NUMEROUS times they would check. Also, Signature told us where we’d get gutters on our house, but when the gutters were actually put on, they didn’t do the entire east side of my house like they said they would. And insurance said they’d cover some damaged window screens, as indicated by paperwork that signature gave us, but when they did the actual job, no screens were provided or installed. I reached out to the office manager via email and she’s yet to respond and address any of my concerns. Absolutely awful, the entire experience. Don’t bother!!!

We had our siding done with Signature Homes and could be more pleased. They followed us through the entire process. We are glad to work with them again.

Called Signature Home Services due to a water leak in our siding when in rained. So professional, friendly, and helpful! Diagnosed the problem, and gave me options to fix the problem. I could not have asked for better customer service!

Jesse was my sales rep and BJ was the project manager for our roofing project. Both of them were very responsive to any questions or concerns. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the project as a whole.

Signature remodeled two bathrooms for us and did a spectacular job. Their entire team is passionate about their work and their skills are unsurpassed: Angela, Jake, Josh (a total rock star!), BJ, Devan, Ryan… they’re all the best in the business. We will use Signature again for future projects, and we recommend them to everyone we know!

Worst agency I have had an experience with. Wasted 6 months of time on my insurance claim. I had to take at least a week of work off for several inspections which never provided an estimate or report of any work needed. Was then told I was required to give them any insurance funding I received. Be careful with this agency. Lots of red flags!

We just worked with Signature Home Services to get our house checked out for hail damage and they helped us work with our insurance company to get it covered. Nikki DeAngelo was my primary contact and she walked us through the entire process & had great communication! The team that came out to do the roof was prompt & did a great job cleaning up. This is an outstanding contractor! I highly recommend this contractor for anything you need. They have replaced my roof, siding, gutters and downspouts as well as a few skylights. They really stand behind their work and communicate very well during the process so there are no surprises. I recommend them all the time when people stop in front of my house and ask who did my siding job because it is so beautiful. I'm very proud of the way my house looks and I have Signature Home Services to thank for it!

This is a master bath remodel which involved removal of tub/bath combo replaced with just a shower. We had tilers, plumbers, drywall and painters working on the project; all coordinated by Jake our project mgr. they were all professional and respectful. They worked with us to get everything the way we wanted for this project. We are very pleased with the quality of all the work done. We feel we made a good decision in choosing Signature Homes for this project.

Signature Home Services exceeded our expectations. Jesse Martin was our key contact and we cannot say enough good things about him. He was able to get a notoriously difficult insurance company to replace both damaged windows and siding on our whole house. This company has at least one aggressive driver in Columbus, MN (about 9 am). He honked in the roundabout, tailgated us, tried to pass on the shoulder, and flew by us on the ramp. We were driving the speed limit and had a van full of kids. Based on past reviews, this seems like a pattern.

We worked with Jesse through the majority of our projects, he couldn’t have made things easier. Will definitely be going back to Signature Home Services with any future renovations due to how he treated us! Thank you Jesse!

I've noticed other people have reviewed how unsafe your drivers are on the road... it's probably why you're so punctual. Your driver this morning decided going the speed limit in front of a school zone wasn't enough and flew by going over 50mph in a 45. Not a big deal, until I then watched as he continued to speed and then proceeded to tailgate the vehicle in front of him when he no longer could. My mother-in-law is in need of a new roof in Apple Valley. I know who I won't be recommending. Do better if you're going to advertise your business on a vehicle... people's safety on the road is far more important to me than good roofing.

They were done in a day, they cleaned up everything. I would use them in a second if need be. Alex was easy to talk to. She was able to answer all my questions.

Bryce Muir is my contact at Signature Homes. He is personable, professional, and thorough. He kept in contact with me throughout the process of replacing my roof due to hail damage. He coordinated with my insurance company and made sure I was represented when my insurance company came out for their inspection. He kept me informed on when they were coming out to do the work. He followed up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns and responded quickly. After my roof was finished, he came out and walked around my property making sure there was no issues. Every person that I have contact with at Signature Homes has been helpful and competent . I have utilized Signature Homes for roofing, siding, and windows over the years and have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

Bryce with Signature is great to work with. We had him out along with several other contractors. He made it a very easy decision. Since choosing Bryce he’s affirmed time and time again why we went with him. His communication style is reliable and consistent. He makes himself available ALL the time.

I put the 5 stars for Bryce. Work with Bryce, he has the customers best interest in mind. He will make sure everything is done and done well. The company is lucky to have him.

Sean came out to review our storm damage from the 9/17/21 storm. He found the siding we were missing is still being manufactured and was able to provide us the name, style and color so that we could find it and have a handyman install it. For the small section that was missing, it would not qualify for an insurance claim. He was able to reconnect the one piece of siding that had popped loose and slid another piece back in place.
I appreciate his professionalism, honesty and helpfulness with the 2 pieces of siding that he fixed. I will keep Signature Home Services in my file for any future siding or roofing issue.

I have only good things to say about Signature Home Services. I am so glad that I stumbled upon them. They are extremely professional and made sure I felt heard, involved, and supported through the project. The new roof looks incredible including the added ridge vent and gorgeous skylights. I am excited to continue to work with this company as they do the siding next.

Shane is a great resource. If you have any storm damage or aging roof, reach out. You'll be happy you did. I have worked with Shane on a few projects. Always responsive, always starlight forward.

We had them check out our roof for hail damage. Everyone was excellent. The workers took extra care to protect everything with covers and then did a thorough job of cleaning up. The job was completed in one day. The whole staff was very professional and we would highly recommend them !!!

I contacted Signature Home Services to replace our roof which had storm damage.

The pros:
1) The installed roof looks great and I believe it is great quality
2) They did a great job of taking samples from our roof and presenting facts to the insurance company, which resulted in costs being covered
3) Nicki is very customer focused

The cons:
1) The detailed estimate of repairs is not transparent. I was told multiple times to stay out of the way and they will handle it. The problem with that approach is it is difficult as a homeowner to manage the entire claim. They are working on the roof piece, but there are other parts of the home that are also damaged. The end result was confusion and lack of clarity.
2) I asked for an estimate and I finally received one. However, it increased significantly over time and I was not informed. The fact that they work with the insurance company and do not loop the homeowner in is a strange way to work.
3) I give a 1 star for communication. Text and emails were not returned, multiple times. The confusion around the costs, and the lack of transparency, are not acceptable to me.

To start: Working with Signature has been by far the *best* experience I have had in my time working with contractors—from start to finish!!!! A bit detail: When I started the roof project, I finally had about $6,000 saved (so proud). I went on yelp to select three contractors and called them. Of the three, only Signature immediately returned my call. I scheduled for the week, and Jesse Martin came over to discuss the project and Signatures product. Jesse was on time (a trend he continued) and was MOST, MOST professional--tremendous communicator. He was calm, friendly, patient, and made sure to not give me the hard sell. Most important, he said we should put in a claim to the insurance to see whether my roof has been damaged.

We started the insurance process and Chris (Signature’s project manager) and Jesse were at my house an hour prior to my insurance adjuster. Chris got on the roof and chalked every spot that was damaged. It turned out to be quite a bit. Once my adjuster came, they both went on the roof again and discussed. The process was incredibly thorough and took about 2 hours. I was amazingly impressed with Chris and Jesse and how professionally they interacted with the insurance adjuster.

Turns out my roof had significant damage and Signature began the process of working with my insurance. Jesse, who was my main contact via text and phone, told me to let Signature manage the approval process and project. I did. Here, I was so, so impressed with the thoroughness and immediate communication. Jesse always kept me in the loop, was incredibly responsive to my questions, and was just present. We needed to dismount my AC as well; again, Jesse worked with my HVAC person and my insurance to get that added. Just absolutely fantastic!!!!

Once we scheduled the roof replacement, the crew of 5 (or 6) were at my house 6:45a SHARP. The old roof was off by 8 and the new roof was on by 5 when I came back home. The crew was AWESOME!!!! Super friendly. I got them a round of donuts and gave them $100.00 for lunch. Nicest, nicest people.

Since then (about 6 weeks) I found MAYBE 5 nails. Clean-up was amazing.

The last step was to get my insurance check to Signature. That took a bit because my mortgage company needed to endorse it. That process took about 6 weeks; that is how long Signature needed to wait for its money. Here again, I worked wit Nikki, who was super, super patient. I checked in with her regularly, and she was very kind and understanding. I really, really, really appreciated it.

All in all, the entire Signature crew--the actual roofers, Jesse, Chris, Nikki—blew my gasket: each and every one of them were professional, respectful, and experienced—and most of all, extremely, extremely reliable and always on time. I never once felt ignored. I actually recommended Signature to my neighbors and they got approved as well. Signature gave me a little thank you with a $100.00 off.

Oh yeah…and the roof looks amazing!!!!

Following the snow melt in late Feb, we experienced water seepage into our front entry ceiling. First, Jesse did a complete roof, gutters and windows check that revealed no obvious problems. Then, after a little sleuthing Jesse and team made the assessment, pulled off a few shingles near our dormer and found a wet but stable decking. The wetness was attributed to the install of the ice & water shield at the dormer wall/roof abutment. They replaced the ice & water shield, installed shingles and, as a precaution, added kick out flashing at the dormer corners. They were courteous, responsive, answered our questions and we very much appreciated the pictures. Thanks much SHS!

Had storm damage last year, the summer of 2019. Signature Home services did a great job negotiating with my stubborn insurance company. Sean was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and knew how to deal with my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything. Sean was able to get my damaged roof and porch screening replaced in a timely and professional manner. They have earned my trust and I will use signature for any future projects. Signature gets five stars from me.

Fantastic quality of work for myself as well as my neighbors who I referred to them. With many companies promising a lot of the same, the character of this company stood out with their community outreach and support of local foundations such as MN Adult & Teen Challenge. It's nice to know they are members of our community and support the community, unlike the storm chasers and the companies they represent.

My roof was damaged by a storm and needed replacement. Signature Home Services did a wonderful job at replacing the roof. Jamey Gonzalez and the Signature crew was very responsive and took care of all negotiations with the insurance company. The roof replacement was scheduled and they completed the tear-off and replacement in one day. Amazing!! Their crew was efficient and did a great job at cleanup. Would definitely hire again if the need arises.

The company came out to do some work and there were some issues that came up throughout the process that may have been concerning. The company then acknowledged those issues and were able to rectify the situation. The fact that they take pride in their work and truly care about the complete satisfaction of their customers is the mark of a company I wiu ok d like to do work with. I will definitely be calling them again if and when I need any work done to our house. Great Job Signature Home Services, LLC!

Driving on the highway and a white truck with this advertisement comes flying up on me out of no where, got incredibly close to my vehicle and then proceed to jump over 2 lanes at the last minute for their exit.. please be aware there are other vehicles on the road.

I knock doors for a living. I met a nice elderly lady who invited me in. Shane was in the middle of an inspection of her windows. He told her they were in great shape & didn't need replacement. He could have sold her no problem. Honesty like this is hard to find. I’d recommend him to any of my loved ones.

I have worked closely with Shane and Shawn from Signature Home Services. What I appreciate the most is the one on one attention that was given to my situation. My insurance company has been very difficult and did everything in their power to deny my claims. Signature Home Services could have easily walked away, but they did not. Signature Home Services is a competent business with good values that takes care of their customers. They have made many improvements to our home over the years. We had them install a new roof and siding and they worked closely with our insurance company so we didn't have to. We also had them install new windows throughout our home, replacing some with much larger picture windows. They worked closely with us by really listening to what we wanted and making recommendations to make sure we would love the end result. We also had them install new covered gutters on our home. They are very responsive both during the job and afterward. They charge a fair price and they stand behind their work. As with any big job, sometimes we had questions. Any concerns that we had were promptly taken care of and we are highly satisfied.

We purchased windows through Signature Home Services and from the first visit to discuss the options through the installation - communication was top-notch and the price aligns to the quality of product and experience. Highly recommended!

Terrible service! I would definitely not recommend and this company. Took our shingles and stated he was going to match them. He didn’t match them and then would not return our calls and emails to get missing shingles back. Service was great until replacement was needed. Not willing to work with us.
