Sierra Vista Roofing, LLC replaced the concrete shingle roof on our house and I was impressed beyond expectation with the skill, attention to detail, and resulting product for this project. The team was focused on perfection at all times and I could tell that they were very experienced and dedicated to the job at hand. The entire staff at Sierra bent over backwards to ensure that the roof was exactly what we wanted. At the end of the project, the entire site was cleaned up and left in better condition than when they started. I truly do not believe that there's anyone better in Arizona to do the job. I reviewed several companies who had been recommended, and although Sierra was not the lowest bid (nor the highest) I was impressed with the way I was treated as a customer and the project description as a whole. I was 100% pleased with the job and recommend them highly for your next roofing job.

Jose explained everything thoroughly and gave us a very affordable quote for the entire job; using the same products offered by other roofing companies. The crew started the job on the date and time they said they would; and finished the entire job in the time they quoted! They were experienced and skilled at their craft. They kept the debris cleaned up and contained. They even painted the bird stops and metal flashing the color of the house trim! And matched the broken tile as well! Plus the warranty transfers to a new owner when we sell the house!! This is an excellent roofing company!!!

Jose was very helpful to go over options, his installation crew was hard working and thorough; they blended the cement with color to match the tile, they painted the vents so those would blend in, and they cleaned up daily to ensure all nails and scraps were picked up. Very fair price and all done within 6 days. It was a great experience!!

In April Sierra came out and repaired/replaced the flat part of my roof. I had a major problem with leaks, so wanted to wait till we had several storms come thru before I wrote this review. Because of past experiences with other contractors I was leerier.
WELL THEY PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS. I have no more leaks and they did a very professional job. Their is not one thing I could say bad, it was done in one day, they cleaned up, the work is very very well done and looks great. I would and have recommend them to a few friends. I had a place on my porch roof where the plywood was rotting away. Water from rain had worked its way under the flashing and over the years, rotted it out. Jose and his crew replaced the bad flashing, the plywood (painted it, too) and the shingles. No more rot. Very affordable and Jose was very good about keeping me updated on everything. Great company and I will use them in the future for any roof work.

Sierra Vista Roofing replaced our 25-year old concrete tile roof in September 2020 including the underlayment and several damaged plywood panels. The owner Jorge and Jose provided a clear, detailed explanation, with photos, of what they would do, how long it would probably take, the price, and the warranty. Then they reduced the price significantly when we indicated we liked their offer more than two other companies we met. They, and the team who did the labor, were very courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the process.
In late January (after the first significant rainfall since the repairs), we noticed a damp spot on the patio ceiling where there had been previous, unrepaired damaged. They came out within two days, carefully confirmed, while we watched, that it was not a roofing problem, but a crack in the stucco above the flashing they installed. They repaired it with caulk the next day after allowing it to dry overnight and had another team plaster the damaged area even though this damage was not their fault. A great local team. We recommend them.

Sierra Vista Roofing replaced the underlayment on 2 of our residential properties. They were prompt, made sure the work was done professionally and correctly. Communication was very good about start times. Sierra Vista was easy to work with and completed the jobs on time. We would easily recommend Sierra Vista to other home owners.

Looking for a roofing company then go with Sierra Vista.. We needed new underlayment done on our 2 piece mission clay tile roof .. had a few quotes and chose Sierra Vista due to Jose explaining the process of the 2piece clay and details of what need to be done .. they removed all existing tile chipped away all the old cement on the tile and reused our tile .. The workers had attention to detail and if you know 2piece clay it needs to be done right .. they used better materials than other quotes I received .. went above and beyond in care and craftsmanship .. replaced water damaged fascia that others overlooked and even colored the cement to match the tile which was a nice surprise .. On time very informative along the way of any questions I had .. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Sierra Vista to anyone !!

Found this company through Homeadvisor, so glad!! Three companies to compare and Sierra was in the lead from the moment I submitted my project. They called first, scheduled a visit first and had all samples with. They even had a CAD drawing of the roof line and some type of a mobile printer and were able to print out their estimate right there on site! Talk about efficiency..... They started the next week. All the workers were very polite and very hard-working. They got the roof done in less than two weeks cleaned up around the house every night and even came back to do final adjustments when I requested a change in the concrete color. Jose will really take care of you!

I highly recommend Sierra Vista roofing for your roofing needs. The customer service is great and most important they used high quality materials and delivered high quality work. If you use them your roof will look better than your neighbors and some of your neighbors will see their work and hire them also.

We had an inspection done to our home and needed roofers to come out and replace our broken tiles, tighten up the loosen tiles, fix and seal pipe metal flashings. They were the quickest at getting back to us and they came within the same week to get the work done. The guys were very knowledgable and good at explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the work would take. I was happy with their work and would hire them again and recommend them to people I know.
