I got 12 estimates for a small house in an expensive neighborhood in NE. Seattle. Every one of the bidders were competent, and I would have been comfortable hiring and trusting any one of them. Sierra Roofing was every bit as competent but easily the lowest bidder. I had a follow up with Armando on exactly why they were the lowest bidder, but he won my confidence that Sierra could do the job - for about $9k less than the highest bidder - or $3k lower than the next lowest bidder. It was a no brainer. Net/net quality work with quality materials at a very reasonable price. Efficient and polite team that showed up on time and cleaned everything up after completion. At the very least I'd highly recommend having them bid on your roof and save the $. Kudos to Sierra Roofing !

I just had my roof re-done (decking, underlay and shingles) and am so happy that I had Sierra Top Roofing handle the work. They were extremely professional and competent from initial meeting through to final clean-up. Work was done according to schedule and the work crew were very conscientious and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely stellar team. Guys are super friendly, punctual, explained everything clearly and gave a great quote. The work is impeccable, and the cleanup was better than any contracting company I've ever worked with regardless of specialty, down to picking up stray nails with magnets. Other than the perfect roof, you'd never know they were there. I've done several major remodels, and I couldn't recommend a team more highly. If I'm in doing a job in their service area, I'll never go to anyone else.

Wow, I'm thankful my wife and I found Sierra Top Roofing! Oscar and his team were phenomenal to work with -- Very personable, very professional, and great communication. We just had our Sedro Woolley home's (and shed's) roof done by Sierra Top Roofing, and we are very happy with their work, as well as how quickly the team was able to complete this job. They had the old roof removed and the new roof installed in less than two days, leaving our property very clean after all was completed. Prior to the roofing, Oscar was very upfront with the financial breakdown, the overall process, and what we could expect from him and his team. The best part (besides the actual roof) is that it didn't just feel like a salesman pitching their product and business. Oscar is both honest and trustworthy, as well as thorough. We felt very comfortable working with him over other groups/companies that we received bids from. His team uses high quality products, but isn't going to price-gouge you. We paid a competitive and reasonable price for our roof, and when even just one additional piece of plywood needed to be replaced, I was made aware of the minor price change. Again, great communication from Sierra Top. I'm confident this roof will stand the test of time (and PNW weather), but if I need future roof-work done, I'll be reaching out to Sierra Top Roofing. Oscar and his team installed a complete new roof on our Kirkland home. We had Certainteed Landmark shingles installed and Oscar was very responsive from the start till the end of the process. His bid for the work was also very competitive / reasonable. After the installation, he also had someone from his team come out and do some minor adjustments / repairs that I requested.

Overall, I'd recommend Sierra Top Roofing for their quality, very responsive communication, and providing their roofing services for a good value.

Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. The roof turned out perfect and we couldn't be happier! Everything was cleaned up and we couldn't even tell they had been here. We've already recommended them to others!

Sierra Top Roofing did a great job with our project. The company communicates really well during your project and their roofers are fast. I couldn't believe our roof was totally completed in 2 days time, and the gutters only took half a day. I got about 6 estimates and Sierra Top had the best pricing. Armando answered my many questions during the process, and made sure to complete a couple of extra side projects with our venting that was most easily done when the new roof was being put on. Products are quality and so is their workmanship. I appreciated their thorough cleanup following the project as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a roofer!

They did a great job, very reasonably priced and even talked me out of spending more than I needed to. My loft is staying 10 degrees cooler during the day after they fixed my attic venting. A+ will hire again in the future.

Oscar Soto and his team at Sierra Top Roofing were wonderful to work with! They were responsive, thoroughly explained the process and options to me, did quality work on my new roof, and they were the lowest cost bid of the half-dozen quotes I got. I would highly recommend them!

Sierra Roofing gave me a good bid and my roof and gutters were done this week.Every worker was respectful of my property .They were on time and did an excellent job on my roof and gutters.They cleaned up exactly how they said would happen. I heartily recommend this company. Armando explained every detail in the bid and answered all my questions. I am very thankful. It was great to not hear drips last evening when it rained.

Really did a great job. One issue which I identified, which they immediately took care of. Would recommend them to anyone. The least expensive I could find.

If it was offered,I would give Sierra Roofing ten stars! They were professional, efficient, friendly,and they cleaned up, after themselves. Their price for a new roof was very reasonable. It was the best bid that I got. They finished my roof in only three days. Before I hired them, Oscar explained every step of the process to replace my roof. He was very thorough and informative. He answered all my questions. By the time I signed the contract, I knew exactly what was going to happen and the best part of that was that every thing Oscar said would happen happened exactly as he said it would and exactly when he said it would. I highly recommend Sierra Roofing. I've worked in construction and in real estate and I have never encountered a better roofing company.

Sierra Top explained there roofing process and costs. They gave me options for 30 yr and 50 yr shingles. Their pricing was straight forward and it was fair. The workers were professional and they let me know about roofing issues during the work days.
