Called for a jump on our Rv bus at 4pm the owner said his guy was returning from a job and he would call us when he got back and jump the bus. We told him we were leaving the next morning. By 7:30 pm we still had not heard from anyone. Called 6 times in 30 minutes and got no answer. This business is run through his cell phone and he doesn’t have the voice mail set up. Called at 7 am he never apologized. His guy showed up shortly after spent 10 minutes and charged us $157.00!!

Excellent service, Robert helped me get to a hotel when I couldn’t get an Uber. Would recommend them to anyone

We broke down while hauling a horse just outside of T or C, can't say enough good things about these folks. They went out of their way to get us back on the road quick with a great quality repair.

Don't take your car there ,I took my jeep in to replace a front fender trim and they chiped my paint by the front light andnbent my front fender .they did not want to take responsibility for the damage and insistent it was there already enve when I told him I washed my jeepnthe day before and would have noticed it he still didn't want to take responsibility. They told me they would have to manipulate my fender to get the grim to fit enough it was special order and in doing so damaged my jeep do not take tiu car or truck there they are bad news and bad business

This is hands down the best towing company around. I have needed several tows and they are always fast and very communicative. Freddy is very friendly and goes the distance (literally and figuratively). I 10/10 recommend this company to anyone in need of roadside service!

We were traveling from Phoenix to Kansas City and our car broke down and was undrivable. AAA recommended Sierra Towing Service and so Robert took us from Truth and Consequences to Las Cruces. He was knowledgeable, on time and had a funny sense of humor. We are very grateful to Robert. Good job!!!

I went in to get an estimate for body repair on my van after getting in a minor accident. Everyone I encountered there was very polite and helpful. The office manager called the insurance for me to give them the estimate.

Our tow truck driver responded to us thru AAA outside Truth or Consequences, NM after we had a critical failure in our coolant system. This individual was extremely helpful and assisted us over a few days to get safely to Truth or Consequences and later to Albuquerque so we could get the assistance we needed from mechanics there. He repeatedly went the proverbial “extra mile” for us in so many valuable ways and did all he could to help us get home after being stranded on our way back to Colorado. Thanks to all involved, I would recommend this company to any friend or relative with confidence.

Robert was Super helpful. My mother thought she needed her truck towed, but he looked at her truck first and some connection to the battery was just lose. Extremely greatful for an easy fix!

I ran out of gas on the freeway and called AAA for assistance they arranged for Sierra collision and towing to come out and bring me gas. I sat there for over an hour waiting for them and they never came so I called back AAA and they re-contacted Sierra and they said they would be out. Waited for another hour still no one came from Sierra so I looked up their number and called them myself. I spoke to Freddy and he said his driver would come. I waited another hour, no one came so I called Freddy back and now his phone was shut off. AAA was also not able to get ahold of him so basically he was a no-show and left me stranded on the road for hours. He had my contact information and AAA so if something came up he could have let us know that there was a change of plan but he didn't anyway I would not recommend this service.

My sister had a blowout just outside of T or C, driving from Las Cruces to ABQ for Maroon 5 concert. Sierra Towing was called to assist her with changing tire. It took awhile for driver to arrive, but ST wasn't really to blame. It was in part AAA who failed to log sisters initial call. Anyway, when I contacted ST office the gentleman on duty sent someone to help quickly, and was very apologetic at the time it took to receive the call, but assured driver was on his way and would arrive in 20-30min. Also, sister said the driver on call was very kind and also apologetic and welcomely helpful and empathetic to the situation. We were very happy and satisfied with the 2 employees working this night, who ensured my sister's safety and were extremely helpful and professional! Thank you Sierra Towing!

Me and my husband came to T or C from Albuquerque on a Mini vacation to celebrate his birthday unfortunately we were the victims of road rage before leaving Albuquerque and our back windshield got shot out so we drove all the way from Albuquerque to T or C with a busted windshield, these nice people husband and wife I'm not sure own the company or work there we're not able to replace the windshield But did put plastic on it for us and we are very grateful for their hospitality and for what they did for us we thank them from the bottom of our heart for being so kind

I needed to get a couple cars off my lot after calling them with in 3 hrs they where gone.tyvm Sierra Col

11/2 hours to arrive and then over two and a half hours to pull my vehicle out. The truck was in poor maintenance and his tow cable broke and then he could not lift the bed of his truck because the bracket on the bed broke. It was 4 hours from the time of my phone call when the driver brought me a bill for $180. I called the owner and asked for amir $25 discount for having to wait so long for them to complete their services and he was very very rude to me! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Got stuck next to the river, female answered and gave the phone to her husband. The gentleman stated and
I quote " I am not gonna go help someone from El Paso when they should be at home in quarantine. Also before we told him where we were from he was gonna charge 200.00

I got my car stuck in sand today, and while his guy couldn't get me out he called around and made sure that someone could. What a relief... and I'm so grateful he cared enough to help. Highly reccomend

From Dave, the nicest gentleman who rescued me from I-25 and took me all over town in his tow truck trying to find someone who could help me on a Sat in Tor C, waited for me to check into a hotel, called every mechanic he knew, and secretly stuffed my tip back in my purse, to Adrian who suffered my slings and arrows (and dirty looks) and hovering over him and his men, who tried every trick they knew over several days and engine parts until it became hopele$$ and we called the time of death...this is a great team of guys. Good mechanics. Hard-working. Caring. I highly recommend them. Very busy for a reason. Best in town. Adrian is a great guy. Trust him completely.

Top notch service today when my 83 yr old dad locked his keys in his truck at Elephant Butte. Great staff so friendly. Thanks guys we caught 10 fish
