I had the pleasure of having Javier and his crew do my new roof. These men are phenomenal. They went above and beyond to do an amazing job and cleaned up perfectly. I called about 10 different roofing companies and they all said the same thing.... we'll be out there as soon as we can without any specifics. When I called Shrum they told me they would be at my house first thing in the morning the next day. Guess what.... they showed up on time and were super friendly. They had my quote done with 24hrs and I approved the job. They did the work quickly, quietly and most importantly cleanly. I can't stress enough about the clean part. I'm ocd when it comes to straight lines and gutters. If you have time and money to waste call someone else. If you want it done fast and right.... call Shrum.

Shrum roofing is great! They came out the very next day after I called. The gentleman was very nice and even gave us some tips to fix the water spots on our ceiling. They got us on the schedule and the guys came out and completed their work in a day. Lovely people and lovely prices. We will be using them again in the future.

From start to finish they did everything professionally. They answered my calls and return my calls. They promptly came and surveyed the roofing project and provided me with the estimates needed to work with my insurance company. Really appreciated Ronnie keeping in touch with me and working with me on project timing. They completed the tear off, reshingled, and cleaned up in a day and a half. Shrum roofing was great.

Big winds in March ripped up my shingles. They had guys on the roof sealing plastic on it before the next raindrop hit. They did my roof in one day while I was at work and I never had to be inconvenienced one bit. They upgraded my vents and everything looks professional and the inside is bone dry. Great job and a great value.

Roof was damaged in the strong wind storm and these guys were a lifesaver. Marty even helped me work with my insurance company to get the most that i could. They were able to get my material quick and get everything all buttoned up quick. I'm always nervous working with new contractors but they communicated well and did not disappoint. Appreciated dealing with everyone at the company. Kathy is extremely helpful and friendly. The gutters were put on quickly and efficiently. There was one small issue I identified with Kathy and it was fixed immediately, which was great. The price was fair and very competitive. If I had any whiff of an issue, the communication that the job had been scheduled could have been better, but that didn't really affect the job at all.

I called Shrum to reroof a home that I had purchased. They gave me a good quote and came out in the next few day. It was completed in one day and looks great. No surprises. I would highly recommend Shrum Roofing and will use them again.

This is the roofing company to use. They replaced my roof and the next day the owner came by to see how everything was. He pointed out a spot that he thought would look better by putting a piece of white trim instead of a black piece. They back out really quick and replaced it. They also beat all the competition with their pricing. It was really nice to work with a top notch companies.

they re-roofed my house in 2016 and did an excellent job. there was a huge, hard rain storm last night and I called them immediately when I found a leak in my kitchen. they came out first thing the following morning. repaired it right then. they are courteous, professional and priced very reasonably. I highly recommend this company and they have a bunch or really nice guys working for them as well. A+!!

Shrum roofing (Barry) came by and asked if we wanted our roof inspected. Conducted a quick thorough inspection on the day we requested which our insurance company validated (our insurance company was not as quick). They told me it could possibly take about two weeks to complete on a Friday, and to our surprise they had a completely professional crew that came the following Monday morning. The owner personally called and apologized for them showing up so early unannounced to which we quickly thanked him. I encourage anyone to accept their free inspection and quote, it may save you a great deal of frustration when you least expect it.

Billy and his team have roofed my home and done minor repair work for my mother in law's home. I would highly recommend Shrum's Roofing Company for great prices and quality work. They are there when they tell you they will be there and will get the job done right!

First of all I cant not believe that 2 of these reviews are from issues 4 years and 6 years ago but posted in the past year.

Billy has always worked to insure customers are satisfied..beware of throwing STONES as some roofers who do throw stones may also be guilty of questionable work and practices.

I know personally Billy does outstanding work and have known him for almost 20 years and while he may not be perfect he is honest.

I would recommend him for any project and instead of looking in the past look at the future as we all make mistakes and have issues .Roofing is in the top 5 most dangerous jobs in the entire world if only the pay matched the danger and risk. We are fortunate to have roofers like Shrum Roofing and instead of bashing maybe those could make a call to work things out private as his work is never in question.

You will not go wrong by giving Billy an opportunity.

I hired this company before I read any reviews and I'm glad I did! I lived at 222 Gibbs Lane Gallatin Tennessee and Billy was very professional with me told me exactly what was wrong with my roof after the hail storm and he replaced my roof for just the cost of the insurance and of course my deductible. He gave me a 50-year warranty luckily nothing has happened but every time I've ever called mr. Shrum he has answered the phone and answered any of my questions that I may have asked even though I know I was a very annoying homeowner. But he said he understood it was the most valuable thing that I would invest in in my life and I just wanted to make sure it was done right and that's exactly what mr. Shrum did. Thank you again Shrum Roofing I will be glad to refer you to all my friends and family and by the way I did refer him to my grandmother and she said he did a fantastic job as well no problems out of her roof either. So I give Shrum Roofing five stars out of five!
