This post is coming to you a year after Black Diamond Roofing helped us. The roof of our house needed replaced due to storms. Let me tell ya, Matthew Horne and the Black Diamond Roofing Team knocked it out the park! The roof was completed in one day, pictures through the process, and they worked with our insurance to make it easy for us to get this done.

A year later and there has been no issues with any of the work provided. I would gladly recommend to anyone else needing a roof replacement.

Black Diamond Roofing is hands down the best! They handled everything! They made getting our roof replaced super easy, a few weeks have passed and I still can’t believe how easy the process was. If you’re thinking you need someone to replace or just take a look at your roof give them a call, they made the entire process smooth and easy, thanks guys we greatly appreciate everything!

I chose Black Diamond Roofing Solutions to help me with reroofing, gutter repair, vinyl siding repair, and soffit and facia repair due to their experience in all these areas. I am extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them.

They completely reroofed a two story garage apartment that had lost tiles during the recent tornado. They also reroofed a gazebo structure and small playhouse structure, replacing old wooden shingles with new roofing material. Matt Horn took extra time and care to understand what was needed to re-roof my gazebo and to ensure the roofing nails would not come through the interior of the gazebo roof and ruin the appearance. His experience with roofing and his attention to detail was simply exceptional! The crew was also meticulous with making sure the old roofing materials and nails were contained and disposed of properly and they took extra precautions while working around a pond and pool right next to the structures. They even spent additional time rebuilding and painting the top of my gazebo to restore it to like new condition. The roofing jobs went very quickly and came out even better than I imagined they would!

The vinyl siding repairs also turned out exceptionally well. The tornado sheared off a piece of siding and had caused damage to the backing board. Matt made sure all damaged sections were properly replaced and took extra time to perfectly match the color of the new vinyl siding to my old siding. The repaired section looks seamless!

The gutter repairs were also done quickly and the one-piece seamless gutter they installed at the front of my house looks amazing! Right after the installation we had a big rain and I realized several of my gutter downspouts that Black Diamond hadn’t replace had drainage issues. Matt brought his team back (at no charge) to help me clear out my gutters and even re-aligned a few of them to make sure the downspouts worked properly.

The soffit and facia repairs were also done quickly, however there were a few small issues with the extent of the work and since Matt is the type of business owner that insists on work being done right, he brought his crew back to redo the work and make it perfect. The end result was as originally promised and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Black Diamond was able to complete all the work I needed done in a reasonable timeframe and at a very reasonable price! That alone would be a reason to recommend them to neighbors and family without hesitation. But the extra effort that Matt and his crew took to make sure I was happy with their work meant a great deal to me, From Matt Horn (the owner), to Matt Thompson (who helped me with insurance), down to Matt's crew, they are all great people with integrity and do exceptional work.

I had Carter and Dawson come by and do the initial roof assessment, and they were able to show me through video what the extent of damage to the roof was. They explained what the process would be to get the roof fixed, and also, helped to facilitate the entire insurance filings.
When it came time to replace the roof, Black Diamond had a crew at my residence that morning at 7, by 1 pm they were cleaning any leftover debris from my yard. This company is the epitome of professional and efficient!
And to finish it off, the owner stopped by to ensure we were happy with the service of his crews. You can't beat Black Diamond.

Just have my roof done after a tornado hit Clarksville, TN. Carter was amazing to work with. He came down and took the time to look at the house and explain all the options that were best for me. His crew was here early and they worked the whole time. There was no mess!

These guys came to my door, and typically I don’t answer, but I felt good about it this time. They mentioned I had missing shingles, and asked if they could take a look and they’d only quote based on what insurance would cover. They found enough damage and called my insurance and made a claim right there. My agent came out, and sure enough, a couple days later I was approved for the money to replace my roof! Black Diamond knocked it out of the park and we’re extremely easy to work with. They didn’t try to upsell me, and did it for about 1/3 of what I’d been quoted a year before from another roofer. I’m very happy!

My roof was damaged during the crazy wind storm we had at the beginning of the year. My insurance company originally offered me $400 for repairs. After Matt took over the conversation and provided his findings, which were backed up by the shingle manufacturer, they ended up replacing my entire roof.

I had a roof problem for a year at my home in southern Williamson county. Because my “former” homeowners insurance would not cover the damage, I needed a reasonable-but good company. I actually had contacted other roofing companies and got three estimates for my new roof and gutters…none of which I thought were impressive.

Matt was working on a house in my subdivision and I asked him to give me an estimate. I’m glad I did. He was at least $2000 below the others. But it wasn’t just the price! I spoke with Matt in depth and made the decision he was a man I think I can trust and work with. I dealt directly with him and didn’t feel I was dealing with one of layers of middlemen that ultimately increase cost. The end product was fantastic! The yard was clean and his crew even hauled off the obsolete satellite dish. The ugly vents were removed and replaced with a more modern ridge vent. All this was done in a single day. Those men were good and did not waste time getting it done. Just what I was hoping for. Three days later the gutter crew came and worked their magic in one day also. My wife was happy and in my house…that’s important for my quality of life!
