The process was streamlined, and the workmanship was phenomenal. It has been more than six months, and the new roof is intact without any issues. We have had other companies come by to look at our roof after storms. Each time nothing substantial was found. So when Owen and Rocky from Pinpoint Innovations came by, I was understandably skeptical. But I trusted them and let them work. They took care of everything, and were in contact through the whole process. They showed up the day of, and finished right as I got home from work in the early afternoon. They stayed true to their word, and worked with my insurance company. They did everything. I didn’t have to do anything except for the first payment. This was an easy process. This company is awesome! Initial contact was with Jonathan Parsons, the owner, who then handed the reins over to Cam Watkins. Cam inspected my roof, determined there was some shingle damage due to fallen tree limbs, then handled the entire process of working with my insurance company to get approval to replace my entire roof. The job was quickly scheduled once the materials came in, and it was completed in a single day. The crew put tarps down to cover property and lawn to keep mess to a minimum. Once the job was done and tarps rolled up, they made sure there was no debris left behind anywhere. Cam even came back to inspect my roof to make sure everything was in perfect order. I highly recommend Pinpoint Innovations.

Veteran homeowner here, and let me tell you, the horror stories of contractors taking on jobs that they cannot handle is very real. Thankfully Pinpoint Innovations delivered strongly.

With a 5 day lead time, they were able to come out, provide free quotation, and allow me the opportunities of choosing the roof color and style at a location that was a little out of the way for their services.

On the day itself, they made quick work of it all 4-5 hours (only because the delivery truck was running late), and they even added in 2 ventilation blocks at my last minute request the day of.

After it was finished, I got drone footage of the roof via email.

It's been 2 months and no leaks yet.. if something does change I will definitely be complaining lol. So far so good

We had our roof replaced the end of 2023, and are very happy with the results. Leading up to the work, Cam was very attentive and responsive, particularly dealing with the insurance and mortgage companies. He explained the whole process clearly and walked us through every step of the process.

The day of the project, the team worked from dawn to dusk (short December day). And did not leave til our yard was spotless without a single stray nail. The roof looks fabulous as well. Would highly recommend.

When my insurance company informed me that repairs were needed to my roof or they were going to drop me, Jon got up on the roof, did a visual professional inspection of my roof and found other issues. He helped me contact my insurance company right there in the spot to get my claim started. Even when I found out that my insurance changed my policy without my notice to not cover the entire price of my roof but only partially cover it, Jon worked with me and my insurance to get the job done. I have heard horror stories of nails being in the yard when the work was done by other companies, but I will tell you there was not 1 nail left on my property. Pinpoint Innovations just replaced our roof and did some deck and gutter repairs. They are by far the best contractor we have ever used at our home. We felt comfortable with Cam instantly and trusted his knowledge and expertise. He worked within our budget, stayed in touch throughout the process and arrived on time every time. Our roof was torn off and COMPLETELY replaced in ONE DAY! The crew was phenomenal. They left our home and property cleaner than they found it. The deck and gutter work was impeccably done as well. They discovered the cause of some water damage and resolved it economically where other contractors had given estimates that were astronomical and seemed unreasonable. Now our deck and roof are no longer causes for concern. We are so happy and relieved. We can’t recommend Pinpoint Innovations highly enough and won’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.

I reached out to Pinpoint, and I was in awe; from their initial visit, they exuded knowledge, professionalism, transparency, and honesty. Pinpoint conducted their assessments of the damage and was able to renegotiate our supplemental estimates due to the adjuster's oversight of some of the damages in the evaluation. Extremely knowledgeable and communicative about when they would be there. Quality of a roof to last a lifetime! Crew was able to remove old shingle and add new in a single day.

Owners very nice. Work was fast but the workers replaced a roof over rotten wood. Workers did not speak english there was no interpreter. When done roof was lopsided. Had to pay a contractor for repairs. Owner gave a lil money back but wasnt enough fir repair cost. UPDATE OWNER SPOKE WITH ME ABOUT ISSUE. HE WAS VER NICE AND DECIDED TO ASSIST ME FURTHER IN REMEDIATING THE PROBLEM. ITS. GREAT TO WORK A SOLUTION OUT INSTEAD OF GOING LEGAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Jonathan Parsons, was great he came on time when I asked about my roof estimate. I was not in hurry of doing my roof at first but when he came and inspected the roof he found couple of wind damaged. My insurance came 4 days later and the same day was approved. Jon was there to guide the adjuster, I think it’s a PLUS because he was able to point out all the issue and made the decision faster from the insurance. He scheduled it right away for the installation. His team came on time “oh boy they were fast and clean after work” was awesome. They came at 7am then done by noon. I will 100% recommend him and his team! Overall great job!

We called Pinpoint to inspect and ultimately replace our roof after a bad hail storm.

We needed assistance filing the claim with our insurance company since we have never had an experience with roof damage. The Pinpoint team was with us every step of the way. They met the inspector/adjustors at our home, took photos & provided timely estimates.

Additionally, the team started and completed the work weeks earlier than estimated. They cleared our yard of all debris and materials and provide a great warranty for their services.

The entire experience was top notch and we recommend their services without hesitation.

What a breath of fresh air this whole experience has been! The whole process from Jon’s initial inspection of the roof on my house and on my shed, to the meeting with the insurance adjuster, to the installation of a brand new roof on my house and shed, took less than two weeks! He did all the coordination with my insurance company. On day one of the installation, Jon had breakfast delivered to me. Who does that? A fantastic and compassionate contractor does that! All of the roof companies I had come out were not interested in working with the insurance company to have my roof fixed. They all wanted me to pay for the roof installation out of pocket or by using one of their financing options. I appreciated Jon’s video introduction and asked him to provide me an estimate. When Jon arrived, he noticed wind damage before he even got on the roof and was willing to assist me through the claim process. After the insurance company agreed, Jon and his team replaced my roof with high quality GAF products and did an amazing job and within the insurance company’s set budget. Many roofing contractors looked at our house for a year but none of them gave a second thought to extend their expertise, no one attempted to give us a glimpse of hope. We were denied twice by our home insurance due to wear and tear of our roof (18 years old). We knew the cost of a new roof replacement and it was out of our budget since we have met 7-8 contractors already for almost a year. Despite a few roof repairs, it's not enough. We needed a new roof quickly before we developed further issues. It sounds cliche but I prayed for a good, honest and affordable roofing contractor to send our way. Yes, I took a leap of faith, it was midnight when I put my information online to one of those roofing free estimate companies which made me tadbit nervous. As I recall, I had 10 companies reach out to me by 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM to get our business, I was overwhelmed and also I was skeptical of all of them ... but one company stands out.

His tenacity was impressive!!! He reached out via voicemail, text, email and video clip ... the video clip did really catch my attention, for sure it was bold but for me it stands out of what he said; he wanted to help, he wanted to add value to us and be a resource! Yes, it was scary because I'm not sure how he is going to pursue our claim knowing we were denied already from our home insurance - but his tenacity got us through it, he triple checked our roof and reached out to us to suggest to call back our home insurance adjuster. Jon came to my property that had a roof that needed an entire replacement. He was able to give me both a really good quote, that was even better than what my own contractor gave me as well as doing it within a week of him coming for the initial assessment. Everything was very professional, including the outline of the quote and contract and him and his team was able to do it all within one day (and a day before it actually decided to snow, thankfully lol). Don’t hesitate to use these guys, I believe they are somewhat of a new company, but their professionalism and promptness speak otherwise.

He matched the color as close as possible so that my roof would still look succinct. He was professional with superb response time. He repaired my roof within 5 days of first contact. He provided before and after photos of the job. The digital platform used for the actual contract and payment were easy to use. I never had to worry about Jon showing up late (or not at all). Roof looks great overall. Highly recommend!

Jon is really nice and friendly. He arrive on time and explain the procedure very clearly. Besides, the mold inspection report just came out in the very next day. If anyone need an air quality test about different kind of mold, I would definitely recommend PinPoint.
