Jenkins Restoration & Remodel came in, saw the potential, and gave us the fresh start we didn’t even know was possible. They reimagined the entire space—moved walls, rerouted everything, and somehow gave us more room without adding square footage. It’s not just beautiful—it actually functions for how we live. After my ceiling collapsed the crew got started, everything went really quickly. Working well with my insurance company was really important to me and reduced a lot of of my headaches. My rooms where the work took place feel new now.

In Spring of 2025, a wind storm caused a tree to fall on my house which left some damage to my roof and fence. Jenkins Restoration and Remodeling protected my roof with tarp immediately and repaired the roof just two weeks after the incident. In total, the roof took 2 days to complete. 1 day to repair and replace the shingles and 1 day to reinstall the gutters and double check their cleanup. After dealing with this company, I’d definitely recommend for their quality of work, efficiency, and attention to detail.

I still can’t believe this is my kitchen! Jenkins Restoration & Remodel took my outdated, cramped space and turned it into an absolute dream. From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, creative, and always on top of communication. They helped me pick the perfect finishes, maximized every inch of space, and stayed on schedule (which never happens in remodels!). Jenkins Enterprises did an amazing job! Tracy was incredibly helpful — she kept me updated throughout the whole process, sent photos, and worked closely with my insurance adjuster when they asked for proof. They removed a large tree from my property today after the storm and cleaned up the entire yard. Thanks to her, my claim moved along much faster. The communication and professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommend!

We called Jenkins to help with a mold issue in our garage and crawl space. They were extremely quick, kind, and professional in handling our issue; and they even took steps to work with our insurance company, which had been quite difficult for us to that point. In addition to those great things, they arrived on time to do the work (showed up when they said they would), didn't take long to handle it, and made it look like nothing had ever happened at our house. They also stuck to the cost estimate we were given when they came to assess our situation. We WILL be using Jenkins again!

Bob and Chelsey are the best. Chelsey does great service, very detailed and excellent follow up. Bob is a very cool guy, completely knowledgeable and very precise. We weren't able to hire them this time but I still highly recommend this company. Thanks Chelsey and Bob, your company is on point

What a wonderful company. They were very efficient and walked me through the process from the beginning to the end. The efficiency of the office staff, availability of the staff to answer my questions as well as contractors to answer my questions took the stress off of me as I got the modeling and restoration done of my drywall from my bathroom that had a busted pipe in the ceiling. They were able to work with my time schedule as a working mom of toddlers. I was even able to have the service done very quickly after the team looked on their calendar for availability. They were here bright and early with the restoration and bathroom was repaired by the time my toddlers were home from school.

Bobby and crew did a great job on multiple projects. Awesome bath remodel, finish work in basement and dining room to home office conversion. Listened to all of our concerns and were very accommodating in handling changes to the job scope. Very personable and professional.

I had a fantastic experience with Jenkins! They repaired basically the entire bathroom beautifully, stayed super communicative throughout the process, and even handled everything with my insurance directly. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly cared about doing a great job. The owner checked in several times throughout. If I could give no stars I would. I'm a new Maryland Homeowner and my roof sprang a leak near the chimney in late June of this year. Due to it being my first issue with my home, I was in a panic. I reached out to my insurance and was told that Josh Jenkins enterprises would be contacting me. Needless to say 5 days later I finally got a call, in the meanwhile I used a contractor that my cousin was familiar with to start the mitigation inside who responded in 24 hours of the leaking occurring, due to existing allergies and fear of mold. This contractor only did mitigation not roof repair. When Jenkins finally came out, upon inspection of the roof, stated that he could caulk the area. Once he caulked the area, he left. Didn't knock on the door, which I though odd. When I reached out to the office, the response was "he took care of it". Had he knocked and told me it was a temporary fix, he couldve gotten the needed repair job then. By the way, no charge for this was submitted to my insurance company. Fast forward to this weekend. Sunday we had a wind and rain event and the roof sprang a leak in the same area. Immediately I thought of Jenkins because of what I thought was kindness before. The roof is not covered in my policy, so repair costs are at my expense. I called to get quote and a tarp for the interim. Ayla stated she would call Josh to see his availability. After hours with no return call, I called back to be told by Ayla that Josh wasn't interested in my business because i had another contractor doing the mitigation when he came out in June. So all day instead of calling me back so that I could look for someone else Ayla sat on this info until I called. I have never experienced this kind of professional pettiness before. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that it's pettiness and not prejudice since he's Caucasian and I'm a person of color due to living in predominantly 'good Ole ' Calvert county. All it would have taken was a follow up conversation 6 months ago instead of having a tantrum and leaving. I am a DoD civilian with lots of friends and I plan on telling everyone I know to NEVER patronize this business.

Very sad and disappointing.

A job that was stated to take 2-2 days, is now entering it's Third Week! They worked Two Days in Week 1, I did not hear from them for Two more weeks. Returned to say it will be more work to be done. They arrive at many different hours. Take your Business Elsewhere.

Jenkins Construction completed a basement kitchenette for me. The basement kitchenette required plumbing and electrical work. My basement was already finished so the electrical and plumbing work involved cutting into the walls and ceiling. In addition a load bearing wall was also removed. Jenkins also handled the permitting process. Communication throughout the process was fine and my questions and concerns were resolved. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and within budget. Thanks Josh and team!

This team was great. Once the install started I was amazing how fast it was and how nice the project turned out - better than expected!

The entire team is professional, timely and responsive. The completed a bar build out in my basement and finished a room for my home gym.

Working with Jenkins Enterprises was great. Josh made the insuranace process easy and was very patient and always available to answer questions. Josh Jenkins and Bobby Herbert were wonderful. The came to my house check on a leak which I thought was coming from my kitchen sink to our down stairs basement. They arrived promptly and figured out that the leak was actually coming from a pipe in our bathroom. They corrected and fixed the problem the very next day. They were professional, courteous in every which way. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any repair, remodel, water damage and or fire damage. They are a great group of guy and run a great company.

The company did a beautiful job with my basement. I had them knock down a wall between two rooms and I am extremely pleased with the work.

When our ceiling collapsed on a Saturday afternoon they had someone here within two hours to secure the remaining ceiling and clean up. The owner personally assisted us in dealing with our insurance. The repairs were done in a timely manner and with quality materials and workmanship. I cannot recommend Jenkins Enterprises highly enough! Thank you for making this experience less stressful. The end result was beautiful!

We had a flood in our home and Jenkins enterprises took care of everything from helping design the new layout, working with the insurance company, and making sure all work was top quality. They went above and beyond to deliver professional work start to finish. I would recommend them for any project and I look forward to using them again in the future. Their team is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Josh and his crew have been a life saver. I have used his company on 2 separate occasions due to people hitting my house or property with their cars. The work done to the interior to our home and exterior has been phenomenal. His crew are on time, respectful and detail oriented. Josh or Bobby are always a pleasure to deal with and get back to you right away.

I have been using Jenkins Enterprises (JE) for about three years now and by far this is the best landscaping company I have done business with. I own a rental property and started using JE for it but I always cut the grass at my own personal residences because I liked the way I did it. Two years ago I decided to give JE a chance at cutting the grass at my personal residence in addition to my rental property and I never looked back. JE is not the cheapest company I found but the quality of sevice beat every company I ever used in the past. As long as this company is in business I will never cut my own grass again. Thank you JE. I love you!!!

I use them to blow the leaves off my roof. They are always prompt when I call. I have been using their services for over 5 years.

Not only are they my lawn care provider, they came out and fixed a hole in the siding of my house. You cannot even tell there was a hole! They did a phenomenal job, would recommend them to anyone who needs a recommendation!

Had a small leak in our master bathroom and needed repair to our floor and tile. Josh was able to squeeze us in and his crew did an amazing job!!

If you’re looking for a landscaping job that includes mowing and edging the lawn, trimming hedges, cleaning flowerbeds, adding new mulch and any other normal landscaping needs from a company with LOW STANDARDS and VERY HIGH PRICES this is the company for you.

However, If you want a high quality landscaping job on the first visit WITHOUT having to explain what it means to trim hedges/bushes or how to remove weeds from flower beds before adding new mulch then PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!! They are very nice on the phone, but they have very low standards (or no standards) when it comes to yard work. After three visits, they still haven’t done the job right. If I could post pics to this review I would.

The young lady that helped me with snow removal for my business was very nice and knowledgeable. She was quick and efficient and made the process for booking snow removal last minute so easy. The estimate was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the overall job they did. Everything was clean and clear when we arrived the next day. I would like to commend the entire team for their grade A service!!!!

I would like to take the chance to speak on how wonderful Jenkins Enterprises is. They have cut my grass twice a month for over 2 years. They have never missed a mowing. The house they maintain the lawn at I currently rent and my tenants are always satisfied. I even made a few late payments and they have always been more than understanding. This is the way a business should be ran. Communication is always on point and they always answer the phone, which is a rarity these days! I cannot recommend this company enough.
